Absolutely fantastic. This is my first ever time choosing wallpaper (and a mural at that), so I clearly was not about to try myself. I reached out to several businesses but ultimately chose this crew, and I'm so glad I did. I was slightly confused by who I was talking to as the company has a different name here than elsewhere (ProWall Design), and this made me a bit nervous, but I realized I was communicating with Robert who was always very quick to respond. Their estimate was reasonably priced, and Robert was so kind and accommodating when our timelines shifted a bit due to builder issues. We also ran into a small issue during the installation that was a result of the manufacturing process (NOT their fault at all). Andy installed 3 panels and waited for me to come and decide whether I was happy with the result thus far. I know this was an inconvenience to them, but they prioritized my satisfaction, which meant a lot to me. When I came to make the decision, I saw what an amazing job they were doing and we proceeded. The final result is spectacular. Everyone I show is blown away. People ask me who painted it (not realizing that it is wallpaper panels). Andy was incredibly fast while maintaining excellence in workmanship. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Had wallpaper installed in my powder room last weekend and honestly it's some of the best work I've seen. They removed the old paper, fixed a few dents and imperfections in the drywall, and prepped everything evenly looking at the video I filmed, you'll see how they lined up the pattern perfectly even over that awkward corner. No bubbles, seams barely visible unless you're looking up close. What impressed me most was how clean they were: dropped cloths everywhere, they taped off baseboards and outlets, and vacuumed before packing up. Took one day total and they texted me progress updates so I always knew what was happening. Considering I paid around $550 for about 3.5 square meters (removal, prep, install). I feel it was fair. read more
