So I already gave these guys a 5 star review after they installed the epoxy in my garage and it looks absolutely beautiful! Now I wish I could give them a 10 star rating because I called in to let them know that there are dark spots on the epoxy that concerned me. This morning one of the owners(Curt) came out to check it out and it was a super simple fix. He just wiped the spots with water! I was so embarrassed! I'm very disappointed in this company. They installed our garage floor, and I recommended to my Aunt and Uncle. When we were presented with options, it was easy to select because we simply had to pick a color, no mention of chip counts or other options. My family had their floor installed and the crew showed up with a partial bag of "chips" to mix in. They were told by the crew installing that it would take weeks to order more of this chip color. The crew called into their management and was told to proceed. The result was very disappointing and resulted in a white floor with a few specks that was very slippery. My Aunt called in to the office and was told that the cost would have been double for more chips. When I compared estimates with my Aunt, their "less chip" floor was nearly double the cost of our "more chip" floor (granted it's slightly bigger, but not terribly so). This "higher chip count" logic was clearly a tactic to gaslight my Aunt. The man also continued to insult her with one condescending remark after another. She asked to speak to the owner, the man gave her contact info, and she called back in, only to reach the same man that thought it was funny to have her call him back. Long story short, Quick Response refused to offer any solution to the issue. This company fails to realize that women play a large role in researching and selecting vendors for home projects. We're not going to put up with this nonsense. There's a ton of vendors in the valley that do the same thing as Quick Response, and they will treat women respectfully and not try to pull these shady tactics. UPDATE: Thanks for the response Cassandra, not exactly sure that recap is accurate. It's always a red flag when owners respond to reviews so defensively versus being solution / customer satisfaction oriented. Yikes. I also posted this review to facebook and a male employee responds "Wow is all we can say Tara. We hope you feel better soon". EDIT:Cassandra seems to think the caulking is the problem. They replaced the caulking with a manufacturer recommended compound and the VOCs were still massively over the healthy limit. From start to finish, they never looked at any data or test. Just followed their "nose" and blamed the caulking. Even now, they refuse to address the faulty flooring, but we'll see what the courts have to say after a look at the samples that have been tested. Xylene is indeed used in your floor and it was the highest detected VOC. Don't judge a company by what they do when everything goes right, judge them by what they do when everything goes wrong. Quick Response Floor Coating installed a polyaspartic floor in my garage that has continuously emitted toxic VOC fumes for over 7 months. Air quality tests confirmed unsafe chemical levels matching the product they applied, making the space unusable. From day one, they refused accountability and ignored the ongoing health hazard. They continue to acknowledge the problem but refuse to do anything about it. After months of frustration, I reached out again and was told they'd grind the floor to fix the problem -- then they ghosted me when it came time to schedule. And good luck having the ROC do anything about it, they expect you to perform testing that costs more than the floor itself. If everything goes right, you might think they're fine. But if there's a problem, expect excuses, delays, and no resolution. My experience has been expensive, unhealthy, and infuriating. I would never hire them again, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. read more

Didn't grind the floor to level, didn't scrape the flakes well enough, didn't scrape the part of the wall at all and covered up the post tension slab stamped in the concrete, I guess that's what you get for just under 3 hours start to finish. read more

Installed an epoxy floor in garage other than what was selected (the company was referred to me by my brother in law and we said we wanted the exact same floor) and quoted and then tried to fix the situation by offering a very small discount on the job. Then the floor that was installed developed issues and they had to redo the clear coat. Meanwhile, they unplugged our garage refrigerator during the repairs. We had left for a 2 week vacation and came home to spoiled fridge and freezer full of food. They denied doing so and never made good on anything and took no responsibility. Honest company, Great quality and price. I researched Polyaspartic flooring contractor reviews in Phoenix that were licensed and bonded to get info on materials and cost per square foot installed for a 450 square foot three car garage. Quick Response provided a no nonsense price over the phone. Scott then came out to provide me a quote, which I compared to the other two vendors. I choose the floor type of Polyaspartic since it is stronger and better than the epoxy from the local home stores. I also wanted to get a solid color since I work in the garage on projects and you can find items you drop when the floor is solid. My next door neighbor also had her floor done a week after mine by the same company but she wanted the multi color pattern. I have some pics of my battleship gray and her brown gravel floor to see the differences. Doug, Allen and James arrived on time and installed the new floor. The three of them made it look easy and glad that I did not try to install myself since I have never installed a floor, plus I did not have all the tools and some may be hard to rent. The install came out very good and needed some touch ups. Kurt came out and did a fantastic job on a couple items I found. He then came back a few days later and did a power wash to clean up. I am very satisfied with the installation and highly recommend. read more

The Quick Response Team of Alan, Jared, and Brandon showed up today on the early end of the window for arrival. They went to work quickly and got the floor ground down to a nice surface in about an hour. Without any breaks went into the surface skimming, then the initial coat of epoxy and then the flakes. This part of the project had to dry out some so they took a lunch break and came back for the final glossy topcoat. The final product is a high quality and strong surface. I opted for the total broadcast in a nice gray. It came out beautiful. This is a large laundry room in our house and is a great upgrade. I highly recommend Quick Response. The estimate was exactly what I paid, the Team that did the work were superb and the price was absolutely worth it. Super company and I will use them again for my next project. read more

Everything worked out great. The floor looks great and they did do it very fast. If I am critical of anything, is that there communication could be better. I had to call late afternoon before they were to arrive to see what time they were arriving and what had to be done. I received a call around 6:30pm informing that the garage had to be cleared out and that they would arrive at 6am. That did not work for me as my daughter sleeps right above the garage and there is a no work ordinance before 6:30am. He gladly rescheduled me to later in the day.
