At about 7:50AM this morning I realized my garage wasn't working. I went to find quotes online, messaged Same Day, and was able to set up an appointment for 12PM. They ended up calling and asking if I wanted it even earlier at 10AM. They ended up having to replace a broken spring plus the other spring that was about ready to go along with bearings and the wheels. Everything was done and fixed by 10:45AM, so it was less than 3 total hours from noticing the problem to having a solution. I can't say enough about how quick and professional they were. Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything. Jeff came out about an hour after I called about our hung door, inspected it within about 20 minutes, then fixed it about 30 minutes after that, replacing worn out bearings, cables, and screws. All for a very reasonable price considering we needed it done as quickly as possible so we could get our cars out and take care of other business. Garage door was out of balance. I initially called another company( A-1). Their technician immediately stated that they would not work on old springs and he would have to quote new ones. I called Same Day Garage services to help me get my remotes sorted out with my 3 garage doors, some worked for some doors, some didn't work at all, it was a mess. Unrelated to the last repair. The latch on the garage got caught on the rails and caused the garage door to come off tracks and bend the rails. Same Day garage came out the same day I called them.
