What really bothered me was that I mentioned I'm currently recovering from cancer and that money is tight right now. That didn't stop the representative from continuing to pressure me for additional services and add ons. I honestly feel bad for elderly homeowners or others who may be more easily persuaded under these kinds of tactics. This company advertises well, but in my experience they do not truly care about the customer. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for your garage door needs.
