Suggest DO NOT USE! This contractor was to install Barnwood type doors at our home in April 2026 timeframe and as of this writing not done the work nor re-imbursed us. We have hired and attorney and filed complaints with the AZ ROC and AZ BBB. We have since learned there are other complaints pending. Something is going on with this contractor as he is destroying the reputation he built up. Do NOT give any money to this business. We gave a deposit $5000+ for new garage doors back in June and we never received them. It has been ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. The July 4th holiday delayed the order, the distribution center, doors arrived damaged, his truck broke down on the way to install them . Jeff is a pathological compulsive LIAR. We are now in the process of disputing the charge with our credit card company and we will be filing a formal complaint with the ROC and BBB. AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

We used them in the past with good results, On July 11, he charged us $ 1900. for garage door repair and said he couldn't just adjust it so we could get our car in and out! After waiting a couple of weeks and them telling us for days that they would have the panels in, he stopped by to adjust the door so we could get the car in and out of the garage! He still didn't have the panels! He told us he would give us a $ 400.00 dollar credit for the inconveinence. We have NOT received the credit!!! We do not recommend this company!!! read more

Had to replace a garage door and motor due to one of our rental tenants driving into the door. JTs team was on site within 30 minutes, after me calling at 4:30PM, to check the door and call me with an update, estimate and photos. Door and motor were both replaced by 12:00PM the following day!! Talk about great service! Thanks folks. read more

I was able to get an appointment the next day for my garage door that was not closing and opening smoothly. I received text updates and they arrived at the beginning of the timeframe I was provided. The garage door was fixed, they sold me a garage key, helped me program a garage key I already had and the keypad which was a huge plus. The cost for the service was about $200. I would use them again . read more

Everything went pretty much as planned. I decided on a new garage door opener and rail system, and I was able to have it installed the very next day. The pricing seemed a bit high, but I guess that's the new norm. Other than that, the quality of the equipment is good, and the garage door is working as it should. I also enjoy the MyQ garage door opener Wi-Fi system, along with the option to add cameras in the future. I will likely use JTS Overhead Doors again. Thank you! Goodbye! read more

I was impressed with many garage door repair places at how quickly they responded. I went through Zelp-shout out to Zelp for their projects and sending to vendors quickly. What I quickly learned is that Zelp has bots or AI who respond after a certain hour and then the vendor returns the call later. I had my garage door opener for 22 years from Liftmaster and before (2) days ago I didn't know anything about garage door openers other than one day I envisioned I wouldn't be able to open the door, but didn't realize there would be ZERO warning. I was out on a Saturday night enjoying a lovely quaint Italian meal to come home to a garage door that didn't open. Just hours ago I walked out the same door with no issue. In a panic, thankfully I had my house keys as I usually walk out the garage door. So impressed by Liftmaster that I decided to go with another Liftmaster. I went with the 87504-267 Model that came with (2) remotes, a keypad and new door opener. Big change from 22 years ago- now this model has LED lights, video for the garage and programmable on your phone with Myq app. There were some repairs places that tried to steer me to cheaper models and some that said they would install only Liftmaster. I don't know that I will get another 22 years as things aren't made as good as they used to be. It happened on a Saturday night and many were closed on Sunday and I needed to get to work on Monday, but who I decided on wasn't able to come on a Sunday but he was worth the wait but came in the morning. I liked the way he explained things to me and he was a little cheaper than some other bids, but it wasn't about the price as thanks to Zelpers on here I stayed away from the ones with bad reviews and other zelpers who said they were too expensive. What was the deciding factor for me was he said he was a third generation family business. He kept me informed on the time he was going to show up. He offered free estimates but I had done my research and knew what I wanted. When he arrived I didn't know that my springs and coil were broken and he gave me a good price to fix that as well. MANY COMPANIES DON'T DO FREE ESTIMATES... nice touch that he does. I met the owner Jeff who had gotten a bit delayed in an accident on the 202 but he was great-got the phone app working- programmed my car and the wall unit and left with a handshake and smile. Jeff is a very respectful young man who has learned from his family how to provide excellent service. You get 1 year labor and 5 years parts. Their motto is " Don't Cuss, Call Us" and they also offer 24/7 emergency service at no additional cost. Other than unavailability on a Sunday, which I understand as a few installers could come out, there was nothing else I could have asked for. BIG THANK YOU JEFF- KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. As he left I gave my neighbor his card as my neighbor has the same opener as me and needs it replaced. read more

Super fast friendly response after hours for spring replacement. Ends up the builders of our new house installed a single spring, which is dangerous and kids could have easily been crushed when the door came crashing down earlier. Jeff at JT Overhead Doors came out within 20 minutes. Replaced the spring with two springs system and installed a bearing which was also missing. Super fast in and out, door is back in business, and far safer now with two springs. Competitive and fair pricing. Going to have them come back in a week and install a better opener. Great service, highly recommended. read more

They were out about 3 months ago to replace the main spring and rollers. Today my door started to not close when the remote was pushed. I called about 4 PM and they were out in under an hour (they were coming from 45 minutes away). Turns out one of the sensors had gotten misaligned causing the problem. He adjusted the sensors and relubed the entire spring and rollers. No charge. THAT'S customer service. Highly recommend for all your garage door needs! read more

I had a problem with my garage door keypad. I had another company come this morning and it was a terrible experience. They left and my keypad was still broken. I called JT'S. Wow! What a difference! JT came out very quickly and within 10-15 minutes problem fixed. JT is a very pleasant and hard working young man. He is professional and quick. Pricing is very reasonable and fair. I will use JT'S OVERHEAD DOORS again. read more

Great communication and pride in doing a good job. We're very happy with our new garage door!

Very quick response. I was quoted $450-550 for the replacement of two overhead roll up garage springs. Unfortunately, when the techs (2) arrived, they quoted $650. After I told them what I was originally quoted, they called the office and the quote was adjusted to $550. I found this a bit hinky. $550 was still on the high side of the other quotes I'd received. The techs were great and gone in about 30 minutes. But if I have to have a garage door serviced again, I'd probably look elsewhere. read more

JTS just left my house with the door fixed. I had my door fixed within less than 2 hours from contact with them and was only charged a 90 service fee. I had another estimate for $518 from a different company before them. The 518.00 seemed like a ridiculous charge for what appeared to be a simple fix. I contacted JTS based on reviews from YELP. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks Paula read more

Service requested was same day, efficient, and professional! This firm sets a high standard! Highly recommend! We thought the services and on truck products were reasonably priced to proceed on the same day our garage door opener failed! Grateful! read more

Do business with these people. Here's why: I called to get a tech out for a service call and Jeff (l believe) was responsive and professional. My usual guy almost always takes a week to arrive and instead Jeff offered to send his guy out the day of the call or the day after. We settled on the next day (Sunday) and the tech was delayed due to an emergency service call. He arrived about 45 minutes late but once there, fixed everything (cleared out error codes, adjusted the open/close settings, repositioned the gate pushrod, and reprogrammed the remotes). Everything worked beautifully and they were very apologetic about the timing. I won't tell you what they did financially as an apology but let's say it was disproportionately beneficial to the customer (in this case, me). It was simply above and beyond. This family run operation is professional and customer focused - call them without hesitation. They are my new repair guys! read more

I'm so happy to have JT Overhead door replace my garage door springs. Even on the Black Friday morning a Technician, Branden came to my house at 6AM exactly on time, fixed/replaced my springs and gave explanation kindly. Works done are very satisfied. read more

Great job and they did great custom spring repair and were very timely! Will use and recommend them in the future.

Amazing experience and will absolutely trust/recommend in the future. Branden was on his way home from work and stopped to replace my garage door springs. Not only was he incredibly professional, he made sure to take the time to review his competition with me and go over any questions. I know when it's the end of my day, all I want to do is go home and crash on the couch. JTS went way above and beyond. Needs six stars. read more

Very good customer service and a quick response. Had my problems solved within 15 minutes.

My garage door tension spring broke, so I sent out a call for assistance via Yelp. A few businesses responded, but Jeff over at JTS Overhead Doors was the only one who offered to come out that day to assess the situation. At no cost! He promptly answered every question I had and did not try to sell me unnecessary nuts & bolts. The 2 man team arrived at my home, immediately knew what was wrong, and had everything ready to complete the repairs. I stood watching throughout the process and was told/shown what caused the break, why it happened, and what needed to be replaced. Very professional and informative employees. outstanding company! Had 2 other estimates, both said my only option was expensive complete door replacement. Called JTs, they were busy so the owner Jeff came out that day, his cost was less than the other companies for a better quality door. My tenant locked the door with the metal lock and later tried to open it with the remote. Jeff said he would try to repair it, no one offered to even try to fix it but him. He fixed it, then adjusted it and lubed all 3 doors, and told me if it had any issues down the line, we could change it out. It has worked for 4 years now.
