I have been using Monsoon Garage Doors since 2018 as I was referred by a friend who used Raul. Over the course of 7 years Raul has replaced 2 door panels on my garage door, the springs and the cables....all at an inconvenient time for me of course. It's not like you can predict when you're going to have a problem with your garage door. My most recent service call was today for the springs (second time). I went with the heavy duty springs this time as we use the garage door a lot. Raul has managed to respond to my house within 12-24 hours to fix the problem(s). Having to replace one of the door panels was an issue in 2021 as there was a supply shortage at the time. Raul has always been quick to respond, courteous, honest and professional with his craft. I have referred him to others who have also been impressed with him! Called up one morning about 0700 when my car was stuck in the garage and I needed to get to work. Raul was able to come over in about an hour. The tension spring apparently finally snapped into two pieces. He asked me a few questions and then had me look at the tension spring which was snapped in two. He brought a new spring with him and after about 20 more minutes I paid and was on my way to work. He even showed me how to lubricate the door hinges, rollers, chain, and sprocket to extend the life of my door and opener. Raul was professional, fast, precise, and professional.
