The folks here are on point! I had a garage door that wasn't functioning properly and squeaking quite a bit and I reached out to Blue Fox. Jeremy got back with me answered my questions and I scheduled an estimate which he walked me through. Their communication and follow up via text was excellent. Service was very professional and quick. They gave me all the information I needed, and I didn't need to replace my garage door, which would've been costly! I would hire these folks again for the value that I received. Thanks Jeremy! read more

This was our third time working with Blue Fox Garage Doors, and once again, they did not disappoint. Gabe came out on May 2nd to complete our annual garage door tune-up, and as always, he was prompt, courteous, and incredibly communicative. We always look forward to seeing Gabe -- not just because he does great work, but because he brings such a positive attitude every time. It's rare to find a technician who's not only skilled but genuinely pleasant to work with. He takes time to explain what he's doing, answers any questions, and ensures everything is in perfect working order before wrapping up. We really appreciate the consistency and professionalism Blue Fox provides, and Gabe is a huge part of why we keep coming back. Highly recommend this company if you're looking for honest, reliable, and friendly garage door service. read more

Previously had Blue Fox replace our door when I backed my truck into it. We had it replaced with an insulated door. Our original garage door opener later died, and we had Blue fox replace it with a jackshaft opener, at which time they "adjusted" the rails. Everything was great. Great service. The price seemed appropriate. They did great work. This morning, a year after having the opener installed, I opened the garage door and then when I tried to close it the door went crooked and got stuck half way open. We called blue fox and they could not come out until the next day. I understand if you're busy, but we can't even close our garage door. So, it's like my front door is unlocked, except every single person driving by can see it. An elderly woman and a disabled man. What are we supposed to do? read more

I needed blue fox again 6mo later. A spring broke. Gabe returned and replaced both springs. Professional, on time, excellent work. I highly recommend this company. read more

I use Blue Fox Garage Doors for annual maintenance on my garage door. Gabe Apodaca, the technician, shows up timely, communicates great, gets right to work and in no time he's completed a quality job! I do highly recommend this company and technician!! read more

We had Jeremy come out to give us a quote after getting his name as a referral. We already had other companies give us a quote. Jeremy was definitely the most friendly person that came. He was not pushy at all like the others, didn't come off as a typical salesman, and responded very promptly to all my questions. We had Ryan do the installation. He was so professional and nice, also very helpful and answered all our questions. Their prices were definitely reasonable. Since it has just been installed, i can't speak to the longevity of the garage doors, but we love the way they look. read more

Great service, great value... Woke up and thankfully i didn't have to work, but I get in the car to leave and my garage won't open. Did what I always do and searched Yelp for garage services with the best reviews close to me. Found Blue Fox. They knew exactly what I needed within minutes and had a technician out to my house within a few hours. He was professional and did an incredible job. Highly recommend. read more

I had excellent service from Gabe on two separate occasions. The first time he came out was to figure out why my garage door was only partially opening and to give me an estimate on the costs to repair the issue. He was honest, telling me that the fix would only be temporary and that our motor was going. When discussing my options for garage door motors, he considered the time and costs of my choices. We ended up buying the motor that he recommended and he installed it for us at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending Blue Fox Garage Door to my friends and family. read more

I am so impressed with this company! They installed a replacement garage door opening system for us after the builder installed system in our new house failed. The reception / scheduling staff is very prompt and great with communication. The installer we had was great, knowledgeable & price was great compared with the price to repair the existing low quality system. We had an issue with our new system about a year later when my husband was out of town. When I explained that we had no help to get our cars out, the owner literally came out to our home at the end of the same day, helped us get our cars out, and made the repair. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend Blue Fox! read more

I received an immediate response from them. They gave me suggestions, along with video, to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately it was more involved. They came out the next day, actually earlier than expected which was great. They fixed it be quickly and efficiently. read more

The garage door was jammed in the open position. Gabe from Blue Fox came the same day and replaced the opener and adjusted the springs. It is now the quietest and smoothest it's been in the 8 years we've lived in the house. I was unable to connect the new opener to the Home Link in the car and Blue Fox was quick to provide assistance and to be sure that I was satisfied with the service. All employees including Gabe, Jamie and the folks handling the scheduling and phones were exceptional. Thank You! read more

we called yesterday to make an appointment. they were able to get to us the next day. Gabe was here when he said he would be. very friendly. he was able to fix everything all at one time. he had everything he needed in his truck. I highly recommend them read more

I've been having issues with my garage door closing so after trying to troubleshoot it myself I contacted BlueFox based on the yelp recommendation and reviews. I was able to schedule a next day appointment for a tech to come out and provide an assessment of my door. Gabe was my tech and he provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He knew exactly what was wrong with my door within a minute of me explaining to him what was happening and looking at the system. It took him 15 minutes to replace the broken sprocket and gear. Highly recommend! read more

Reliable and Trustworthy! Those are the two things you look for when acquiring any home service. It's what I consider key when fixing garage door issues. Shout out to Jason at Blue Fox and customer service specialist who helped with scheduling on a Saturday morning! So on a Saturday morning, attempted to open the garage door and wouldn't lift more than an inch off the ground. Tried manual lift and it was not too heavy to lift and noticed that carriage brought the door down smoothly but couldn't pull it out. After talking to some experts - hints that door spring may be broken. Saturday service was hard to come by and found Blue Fox via Yelp. Called and got into tech's schedule despite a full day of work. Got text for confirmation and Jason was at the door at scheduled time. Super informative and identified issue as broken springs. While the quote for parts, labor and service included seemed pricey ~ close to $500, I needed to be able to get out of there rather than wait till Monday; no guarantee that others would be cheaper for this kind of work. Jason worked swiftly and got done with the repair and installation in 30min. Super efficient and explained how to conduct the annual tests. Very impressed with the service! Signed them up to replace one of the trims - look forward to their service next week!! Thank you Jason and Blue Fox team for a great service!! Appreciate you finding time to accommodate me on a late minute Saturday request!! read more

I needed a new garage door and they were not the cheapest but they were not the mode expensive. They gave me a time quote which was updated regularly and spot on. When the first was ready the techs were prompt and responsive letting me know they were going to be a wee bit late as the prior job went over. No worries! They installed the door, professionally and reviewed the installent guide lines . I recommend them! read more

Previously, I left a bad review for this company because the tech never showed up and I was never contacted again even after three phone calls. I complained to them when I called him and the owner text me and sent me his personal number. I called and left him a message and within the hour he called me back scheduled me to come out so that they could do my garage door and took $100 off of my price. He apologized profusely, and I think that they are going to be great because he's trying to make it right. read more

Daniel T did a great job getting our door back up and running. Would recommend to anyone needing assistance

***Becareful they will try to nickel and dime you*** ==========================================Nice try but you guys are scammers and I hope people don't have to go through what I did. Casey obviously does not understand customer service and apologizing means accepting your mistake which he does not like to do. Now I understand why his business is struggling. Good luck with the business but I can never recommend blue fox garage doors to anyone even to my worse enemy. I think as the boss you should next time check there work next time and know who you hire. Gabe was obviously not happy and decided to do a horrible job. read more

First Class operation. On time, on budget and great work.

Highly recommend Blue Fox. We had both garage door lifts replaced within a few months of each other. Both times they were quick in responding, and thorough in the communication after scheduling an appointment. Each time they offered a complete line of available door lifts and were transparent in their pricing and availability of what they had on the truck(s). When it comes time to replace our doors, we will be sure to call Blue Fox again and have them back out. read more

Not sure how they have such high reviews, considering that they seem to be such novices. Terrible service. A year and I am STILL fighting with the doors as they LEAK and are NOT ALIGNED. They jackhammer on the way down because the tracks are not straight. (8 days ago I tried to reach out to them for warranty work - crickets). RUDE!! Blue Fox was supposed to be a 3 day install. Took 3 weeks. They were unable to figure out how to make it go up correctly. They had to hire a competitor company to come figure out how to fix their mistakes, get the proper type of lubrication, install the correct size springs, and add bracing that Blue was clueless should have been there. The A1 tech was able to understand the reasons for it not working just by looking at it, when the Blue techs were still scratching their heads clueless. 3 novice installers. They used my tools and supplies (ladders, saw horses, etc.) without even bothering to ask. I would have said yes, if they had been polite, but to use a homeowners supplies "at will" is just rude. They lied and tried to convince me to get a center track and told me that a side mount would not hold the weight of the door. Craftsman disagreed. Turns out - Blue confessed they said it simply because they are not that familiar with side mounts, so it scared them. Door would not go down on its own- I was the one that looked at the rails from the side and noticed that they were bowed and needed support to keep them from sagging and the door would then start down on its own weight. Was told that the ceiling lights would need to be moved as they were obstructing the supports. I paid a contractor to move the lights and then Blue decided they did not want to make new supports, (I guess because they spent more time than they expected on this job and were loosing money), and fed me a line that it was fine. After the doors were installed - the doors all of a sudden got stuck in the open position. It was a Saturday night and they do not answer their phones on the weekend. My antique car collection had to be moved to a neighbors garage to keep them from being exposed. On Monday when I finally got a hold of them - they wanted to make an appointment to close the door on Thursday. They corrected one problem by installing a center track without my approval, and when they were asked by my roommate if I approved it - he looked stunned (he new he was caught) and hesitantly replied YES, which was a lie. I was completely blind sided by his "resolution". They then charged my credit card for the balance even tho I did not authorize it, in addition to the contract stating that the balance was due "upon completion" which it still was not. read more

Our garage door panels were cracking, so we called Blue Fox for a repair, but ended up buying a new door. Gabe was our first contact with Blue Fox. He check led out the door, discovered how it had deteriorated and explained our options. He temporarily put a bandaid fix to keep the door from failing. We ordered the new door, and it was worth waiting for. Daniel started the job by himself, and worked diligently and methodically. After a while, Brad came to help Daniel with the heavier panels, etc. Their finished work is beautiful and quiet! Highly recommend Blue Fox! read more
