We had a fantastic experience with Ramirez's Discount Garage Doors. He was incredibly quick to communicate and got us on the schedule right away, so we ended up having essentially no downtime with our garage door. He came out to replace a broken spring and do a tune-up, and while working on the door he found a bent sprocket on the garage door opener. He showed my husband exactly what was happening and explained how the bad spring had been putting extra strain on the opener, stretching the chain and damaging the sprocket. There was no vague "you need this too" sales pitch. He showed us the problem, explained why it needed to be addressed, and only did the work that was necessary. The garage door is now fixed and running noticeably quieter than before. I also really appreciated his communication. I made the mistake of using Yelp's "request a quote" feature and got absolutely bombarded by some companies, with multiple calls and messages over a 24-hour period. Ramirez's Discount Garage Doors did none of that. His communication was prompt and helpful without being excessive, and there was no aggressive sales pitch over the phone. Affordable, honest, quick, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend Ramirez's Discount Garage Doors for any garage door repair. read more

Excellent and fast service! Did not try to upsell. Nice to be able to support local.

Had to replace a broken torquemaster spring. AHS sent this company with a 2 star rating wanting to charge $1300 for a torsion spring conversion. Told me the torquemaster spring couldn't be replaced. Called Ramirez told me he could replace both springs at a fraction of the price. No kidding he came early and had the job done in less than an hour. He also lubed all my hinges and garage door purrs like a kitten. Had no idea it could be that quiet. I would give this guy 100 stars if I could. Would highly recommend. read more

Although he didn't have to come out. I find him to be an honest person and would highly recommend his business. He assisted me over the phone and it worked. Most company would not have done that in order to get the service fee charge. I would call him again for any future repairs if needed. read more

OUTSTANDING contractor. Prompt, polite, efficient, and a good honest price. I had him replace a jackshaft opener at our home in Queen Creek and I am glad I no longer have to look up a contractor for garage door services. Have him bid a job with absolute confidence. read more

After reaching out to several garage door companies, I landed on Ramirez's. Our garage door springs had snapped and the door opener was malfunctioning requiring full service. It was an older Genie unit, due to be replaced. I was not able to get anyone on the phone, but I got a text shortly after my call. I was offered a same day appointment, but opted to schedule the following day. Jose arrived to my house on time, diagnosed the issues, and provided a quote. He explained to me my options and had a very no-pressure approach when offering his services. The price was on par with other quotes we had received. He had a new unit (LiftMaster) on hand and was able to replace the springs and unit within 2-2.5 hours. Jose was professional, approachable, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and was patient during our decision makring process. We are very happy with our working garage door and would 100% recommend Ramirez's Discount Garage Doors! read more

Very professional, respectful of your time, and they also speak Spanish, I would definitely recommend them!

I called them on Saturday about 5 pm. I saw their ad saying that they have 24 hour service. Today is Monday. They still have not returned my call. Thank goodness we found a wonderful company who came right out. We were stuck because the garage door wouldn't open. It's a funny way to run a business. I even gave my name twice and very slowly left my phone number twice. read more

I needed to find help on our stuck garage door for my rental property last month and Jose was quick to respond with an assessment and a reasonable estimate. Jose was responsive throughout the whole communication process and was flexible to make the timing work. In the end he replaced with a good garage door opener at a reasonable price, not trying to gouge an out-of-town owner like some others would. Both my tenant and I were very happy with Jose's service. Highly recommend them! read more

I would give Jose 6 out of 5 stars if I could for his professionalism pricing and timely service. Replaced a garage door for a tenant in less than 48 hrs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top shelf garage service read more

Jose was prompt, communicative & able to get the chocolate color garage door, recommended the short & long squares, went with the long squares. How amazing it looks, seals are tight & quiet opening & closing. The prices are affordable for his quality of work. It took about 2-3 hrs for demo of old door & new door was up in no time today. I'm at a lost for words, outstanding, pure professionalism. I will be in touch for a new garage door opener whenever it needs replacing since it's still practically brand new Thanks again read more

Again, a solid 5 stars. A bit late with my review but ***THANK YOU!!*** for honest pricing, quick scheduling, and a solid warranty.

Working with Jose on having my damaged garage door replaced was a great experience. Jose was professional and went over options. Originally planned on just repairing it but then decided to move forward with a new garage door. Jose communicated very well with the process. At some point I will need a new garage door opener in which I will reach out with this company. 5 stars read more

Jose was an outstanding contractor that I will be using again. He gave me a fair quote over the phone and scheduled me promptly for the next morning and was fast, efficient and effective. He replaced my garage door seal for the price he quoted and checked out the whole system and made a few small adjustments and greased the moving parts so it works much more quietly and perfectly as it should. He obviously knew what he was doing and was on time and over delivered on the service provided. And lastly he was less than half of the other company that quoted for the service!!! read more

Ramirez’s Discount Garage Doors - New springs installed in 30 minutes!! - Garage Door Services Near Me - Buckeye, Arizona

Ramirez's Discount Garage saved the day for us! Another company damaged our garage door, causing a hole that eventually turned into a large crack. We could no longer open our garage. We sought quotes through Yelp and got the most affordable from Ramirez's and another company. We chose to go with Ramirez's because they were responsive, flexible, and professional. They were able to install a garage door within two days and even agreed to install a new motor we had purchased. The staff arrived at the agreed upon time and even texted in advance so we could ensure our dogs were locked away. Our garage is working great and we are so thrilled. Thank you! read more

Absolutely recommend. They came within the time we were told, fixed everything and charged what they quoted us.

Great experience! We looked for quotes on a Friday night and he responded SO fast with an immediate quote (other places wanted to set up an appointment first or wouldn't quote directly). He gave us a time frame for the next day availability and even showed up an hour early to fix our garage door (broken spring). He worked quickly (45-60 mins) and we paid with Zelle. Super easy and efficient and I appreciated how fast he responded to my inquiry and how direct he was. Thanks so much! read more

Our garage doors were 10years old and they were falling apart. Needed new ones and was getting high quotes and very long wait times... up to two months. Jose answered my Yelp request writhing minutes and not three days later was installing the exact garage doors we wanted at much much less than I had been getting quoted from others. Very happy. I would recommend to anyone/everyone! Thank you! read more

Ramirez was awesome. Responded back quickly, came out to us on his day off, fixed the garage ASAP, and cost a lot less than we thought it would. Our garage door opener failed on a Friday so I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. However, when I called Jose to let him know what was going on, he offered to come out the next day to replace it! On Saturday, he texted to see if he could come earlier which was great for me. Once at our house, he completed the job in about an hour which was great. That included install a wall opener as well as a keypad in front. The best part is that he helped me set up the app that I can use to open/close the garage door. Very happy with the whole experience and really appreciate how fast he got us up and running!
