We didn't have an emergency, yet they were able to get to us the same day. Tyler came out at the beginning of the two hour window. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and made the necessary fix, as well as servicing the door and providing a safety inspection. This is our second time using Gecko, and we recommend them whenever anyone has a garage door issue. read more

Best service at a great price. They completely replaced my old garage door And the new one is great.

Excellent service. Service was performed by Bailey Fortier, who I highly recommend for his knowledge and personality.

My experience with Gecko was excellent. I contacted them in the evening after finding my garage door unopenable due to a broken spring. They made my repair top priority and Greg Hathaway arrived as scheduled at 8:00 am the following morning. Greg evaluated the problem provided a thorough estimate and reviewed my options with me very thoroughly. I asked him how long the repair might take as I had to leave for another appointment in a couple of hours. He quickly arranged to have another repairman join him to complete the job in about an hour. I'm very happy with the work that they did and really enjoying the technology of my new system. This is my second experience with Gecko and I highly recommend them for their great level of customer service. read more

Bad start to a morning when your garage door won't open but Geico Garage Doors came to the rescue. I called them and within an hour they were at the front door. I needed a cable replaced but I had a large dresser stored in the garage that was in the way. No problem! Greg was able to move it out of the way, fix the door and move the dresser back where it was! Great service!!!! read more

Excellent customer service and quality work!! I've used them for several years and have never been disappointed.

This company had a very quick response. I called them in the morning and they had a technician out later that afternoon. After I got a quote from another company that was ridiculous and completely overpriced I called Gecko and got a more reasonable quote. I probably spent about $200 more than waiting for Home Depot or Lowes to come out, but the service they provided seemed worth it. They installed a LiftMaster so now we can use our smartphone's to control it. They replaced the rubber seal on the door. read more

Well, this is the first time we've ever had to replace a garage door. I work in sales and have for over 35 years. It's tough when you need a quote and they're all over the board with manufacturers, models, install availability and of course price. I'm a very efficient shopper and once I research what I want, very specific in my questioning and expect a no-nonsense answer, simple right? Unfortunately, not for many companies. But Gecko did what I requested. I gave them the details of what I wanted. They gave me a quote and they beat their estimated install date. Other companies responded initially, but then vanished or quoted higher prices or had lead dates way out. Initially, I dealt with the tech, Jake, to give me information and get measurements, which he brought back to the office. The quote arrived quickly. He was a personable guy and never tried to sell me on anything. He GAVE me an education on all the specs of doors and what we might consider. Then guess what... I dealt with the owners thereafter. They were no-nonsense business people, like I am. I respected that. Btw, even the receptionist was very pleasant and seemed to always be in a good mood. Bottom line is...need a garage door? Go with these guys. I did the research for you and trust me, if I had the time, I would be even more specific and complimentative of this transaction. read more

We called Gecko to repair my grandmothers garage door. They were prompt and friendly. Money is tight for my grandma and when we discovered she needed a whole new lift they gave us some money saving suggestions on how to get the work done. Appreciate the work and advice they gave. read more

Our 1999 Genie garage door opener was beginning to growl and the screw/worm drive that was wearing out was beginning to drip grease. Almost a year ago we had it all serviced and the tech who came out advised us it was going to go sometime soon. Rather than be trapped in our home when it would fail, we decided to get it replaced before it became a 9-1-1 emergency. I happened to call them about 8:30 AM and they had a tech to me for a 2-4 PM appointment time frame. Dwight arrived at about 2:15 and advised it would be a 2-hour job. And it was!!! Clean and neat; he removed the old Genie and put in the highly rated Lift Master (as a property claim adjuster for over 30 years, I knew the Lift Master name and reputation. With a belt drive installed, it was so quiet, a sense I'd not heard before. Very grateful for a professional service well done. read more

Called Gecko and spoke to Julie on the phone. She was patient and had answers to all of my questions about our broken spring! Greg came out the next day and was incredibly kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. Will recommend Gecko to all of my friends and family! read more

The service was exceptional. They installed my RV garage opener in Az. I would definitely recommend them.

My garage door springs broke on a Sunday afternoon, I was their first appointment Monday morning. Jake was very friendly and provided superior service to get my garage door working again. I had other companies quote me on the project, one was so low balled I questioned their service and the fact they had no reviews anywhere online. Other companies would offer free estimates and wouldn't give a cost estimate or would charge a service fee just to show up. I would highly recommend Gecko Garage Doors read more

This company from the moment I called was so amazing. I'm a single mom who lost her husband 4 years ago. 3 months after buying our home. 4 years ago my garage broke, as in caved in the middle panels when opened thus making my garage inoperable for 4 years!!! This company took me under their wings, offered an amazing price (after being gouged on pricing from multiple other places and home insurance not wanting to cover a new one) they came out quoted (I had to take my kid to the doctor last minute) And missed the initial walk through and quoting. The lady at the front desk called and said they saw the damage on the outside and will send over an emailed quote. Which included everything from labor to the painting so there wasn't anything hidden from me and caught off guard. WOW is all I can say, I had to go through with this company. It was a sign when I told them my name and he said his wife shared same spelling with me. This company healed a deep part of me they don't even know. I was told 2 weeks on my door being at the warehouse, it came way sooner! And they were willing to install next day, however my work schedule prevented install from Friday to Monday. They came early and the tech JAKE was so friendly and professional. He installed in a timely manner and held conversation with me. GECKO GARAGE will be getting all my business Thank you so much for getting my garage up and running I can't wait to continue to do business with y'all as yearly tune ups and passing the home to a new owner is in the books for the next 5-8 years So I'm 100% certain this was an amazing investment for my home. Again thank you so much. You deserve so many good things happening to you as a business and individuals. read more
