We got tired of getting the runaround with our former garage door person. It was poor service and he kept putting us on hold and even admitted he didn't know how to fix a problem door. This is our second time using them. In 2018 they put in a new motor and spring adjustment. In 2025 both of our springs broke. We called them in the morning and they had a repairman here by 11:00 a.m. He was polite, clean and had 25 years of experience. He replaced it within an hour. He said it was the hardest repair he has ever done as he had to work on the springs with our cars parked in the garage as the door would not open until the springs were replaced. Fantastic service when you need it most. My garage door got hung up and bent one of the tracks. After seeing all 5 star review, I gave them a call. Adrian was close by and came over within 30 minutes. I thought the spring had broke on 1 side, but turns out the springs were mismatched from a previous replacement and the door was not balanced, causing the cable on 1 side to fall off. Since the springs were pretty old, I had him change them out with the correct springs. He straightened the bent track, balanced the door, inspected some other trouble spots, lubed it and reset the garage opener settings. He was done with the job fast, and the door hasn't worked this good in years. He could have taken advantage of the situation and overcharged me, but his price was more than fair.
