This company has an A+ rating at the BBB and there is a reason why...... Our garage door was original from 1984. It weighed over 500 pounds and the poor Genie garage door opener suffered under lifting such a monster for many years. One day my husband came back from the store and "The Door" was stuck and wouldn't open or close. We could visibly see the panels were falling apart and cracking. I had been afraid for sometime that this thing would break and fall on us or our vehicles at anytime. We called Quick Response and Ryan came out that afternoon. He immediately repaired the one panel in particular. We talked to him about a new garage door that would be suitable for our situation. We decided to bite the bullet and get the garage door of our dreams that satisfied our homeowner's association standards. This replacement door had to be custom make as it was 18 feet. Thanks to Ryan's repair we limped along until the new door was done. I will never forget watching Ryan take the monster apart and then install the beautiful new door and opener! I call him (Ryan) Spiderman as his ability to deconstruct and construct the old door and the new door was really something to watch!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this garage door company. They charged the initial $85 service call, but the problem was never actually fixed. After the technician, Daniel, left, the issue continued. I called the company multiple times requesting a follow-up visit, but my calls were either ignored or never returned. There was absolutely no effort to stand behind their work or provide proper customer service. To make matters worse, when I called the office and asked to speak with a manager, the front office representative was dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns or connecting me with management. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority at all. From my perspective, the technician's solution was simply spraying what appeared to be a basic garage door lubricant--something similar to a $10 can you can buy at Home Depot--and expecting that to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it did not. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. They were quick to collect the initial service fee, but when the repair didn't solve the problem, getting any follow-up support was nearly impossible. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and values customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

We bought a Genie garage opener replacement from Lowes & Quick Response Garage Door Service (Ryan M) came out today to change out our old broken opener. My husband asked if Ryan might be able to put on door handles because Home Depot's garage door installer that hung our new doors installed a few months ago didn't add them onto a second 1 car garage door with no way to lift it. Ryan M not only was early for the appt, he installed our new quiet opener & added handles on both of our doors. He helped me to set a keypad code & like a dummy I should've asked him how I could change my code because we did that with our old one on occasion. I called the number he texted me from to see if he could walk me through with directions to write down how to reset our code when ready. He was very kind to go through the steps with me (& I wrote them down) after he left! It's nice to know that there are employees who go above & beyond to help customers. Couldn't be happier with the way this went. The spring on my garage door snapped at about 11:30am. Was in the middle of something with work, so didn't start looking online for a repair company until about 12:30pm. Made a few calls and went with Quick Response Garage Door Service at about 1:10pm. The technician, Duane, arrived about 30 minutes later. And as I write this review at 2:30pm, my garage door is already repaired and working smoother than it was before. I'll definitely use this company again. A couple other things I liked: Duane was great - Super nice guy, clearly knew his stuff, did a great job on the repair itself, and worked quickly too. This company sends a link to be able to track the technician and see how far away he is. I wish more companies that performed services at your house did this. They gave me a ballpark quote on the phone, and it was in the same range as the other couple companies I called for same-day service. Oh my goodness. What a great company I found. So happy this company broke away from Sears. I called the Sears number that we had in our file only to be answered by Quick Response. And quick they were. Our garage door all of a sudden decided to work intermittently. We cleaned the lazier lights and it worked perfectly. But since we had a call into this company and the garage door could use a service we went ahead with the call. Daniel called to let us know he would arrive in 30 minutes, a plus, when he walked up I can usually tell if a person is going to be good or not. And in just saying the words "good morning" to each other I knew Daniel was going to be good. Great company, quick response to our call. Great customer service. All around great company. I found Quick Response Garage Door Repairs on the internet. I booked an appointment online for a same day response. I was very impressed with their quick response and especially their serviceman Bryan. He showed up with all the parts and equipment needed to not only fix my problem but I chose to have him completlety rebuild my garage door rod and springs, rollers, cables and even replaced my door opener with a higher quality product. I myself am a first responder and have worked in the electrical field for over 30 years and I was really impressed with Bryan's efficiency, his skilled work, his speed and accuracy. Quick Response should be proud to have him as an employee. Bryan also had a great attitude and was very professional. My wife and I are amazed with Bryan. We had a drunk driver drive in to the side of our house. Bryan left his business card by the damage. When we were ready we gave Bryan a call. He was extremely professional. He gave us an honest quote. And the response time to get our new garage door installed was a few days because of the holiday. Bryan's work ethics are the best. I cannot express enough praise to this company and their workmanship. All the way from the sales rep, Scott, who made 2 trips out to my home just to confirm everything was going to fit in the selected cabinets I chose, to Mario, the installer, was 100% stress free. The quality of the cabinets is amazing and looks beautiful. Mario was at the house by 8:05am and my install window was 800am-1100am, so I was thrilled with the prompt service. He did an excellent job installing these beautiful cabinets. The price was slightly higher than the other competitors, but I chose Quick Response for it's good reputation and amazing customer service. I called Quick Response at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and spoke with Michelle. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodated our schedule to have Brian come to our home at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning. Brian was on time, very friendly and did a great job fixing our broken garage door. Will definitely use them again, if needed. I need to add that Quick Response had installed garage cabinets last year and was extremely pleased with the results. Great selection of cabinet colors and styles. So happy to learn that they also do garage doors. Learned also today that they do epoxy on garage floors. Will call them to come out to freshen up the epoxy in our garage and patio. I called and they said they could come out the very next day. They sent a picture of the tech so I would know who was coming. He called saying he was ahead of schedule ask if it was ok to come early which worked out great. He checked out the opener and said he could adjust it and it would probably last a little while longer but did recommend replacing it soon. It was nice to hear them not automatically say it needed replaced but I did have them go ahead and replace it. He had the new already on his truck. He had a few options to choose from. We picked one and they had it installed in less than an hour. Tech was super nice and knowledgeable, cleaned up and took the old one with him. From the start Jim from sales an estimator was outstanding. He was very thorough, took his time and checked and rechecked his measurements because I was doing custom made cabinets and needed to fit specific large containers inside of the cabinets. He was professional easy to talk to, listened to my every detail of what I wanted and took his time with me and delivered exactly what I wanted. The installer Robert was just as amazing and easy to work with and also paid attention to my every detail. We ran into a difficult problem but Robert unmoved by the challenge and found a solution to fix the problem and didn't miss a beat.
