He showed my husband exactly what was happening and explained how the bad spring had been putting extra strain on the opener, stretching the chain and damaging the sprocket. There was no vague "you need this too" sales pitch. He showed us the problem, explained why it needed to be addressed, and only did the work that was necessary. At about 7:50AM this morning I realized my garage wasn't working. I went to find quotes online,…read moremessaged Same Day, and was able to set up an appointment for 12PM. They ended up calling and asking if I wanted it even earlier at 10AM. They ended up having to replace a broken spring plus the other spring that was about ready to go along with bearings and the wheels. Everything was done and fixed by 10:45AM, so it was less than 3 total hours from noticing the problem to having a solution. I can't say enough about how quick and professional they were. Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything. Pricing was consistent with what you'd expect from competitors as well. Just an all around great experience and I couldn't recommend them more.

They did not work Mon. Today when Ray, the technician, arrived they suddenly ALL WORKED! He mentioned it likely was due to an old garage door opener (2012). He removed the housing and said a small area was warm but the rest looked clean. He also checked the remote on the garage frame. This service call cost $189.95 for a brief inspection. I find this price to be exorbitant along with the bid for a newly installed 1/2 hp Genie opener...$799. I regret calling this company. Not Ray's fault if this is the company policy of $189 for a service call.
