Excellent service, timely, professional and Cory was the Best! Called on Monday at 9AM, they were done by noon!

My garage door motor was over 20 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. Though I live in the far southeast valley, Design Array took the job which involved two appointments. Joe came out, inspected the motor and also recommended replacing the original plastic rollers with ones made of nylon. He said Art would be out the following Tuesday to replace the motor and if I wanted, he'd replace the rollers at that time. Today Art installed and programmed the new motor and remotes (I bought an extra one) in addition to installing the nylon rollers, a definite upgrade. Joe and Art were both courteous and professional, and so was Doug when we spoke on the phone to schedule and confirm appointments. I highly recommend Design Array Garage Door Store and would not hesitate to use them again. Great job! read more

One of the springs on my garage door broke and needed replacing. This company was selected through my home warranty company. I called in a service request on a Friday night, and they had me scheduled for the following Wednesday. They notified me via text when they were on their way and had a method for me to track where the driver was. He arrived when he said he would and within the window. He quickly observed the issue and got to work fixing it; in and out in under 40 mins. Let me garage clean. I'm not sure how much it cost since my warranty company paid for the replacement. read more

He had a friendly and trusting personality and would highly recommend this business and ART to anyone in need. The $100 co-pay was well worth the $400 job! Thank you Art! read more

I called because I was having trouble with my wifi and the door. Joe came out and spent 15 minutes working on it. Then he gave me an 800 number to call to fix my problem. After that he charged me $85. When I made the initial call no one told me about $85 for service call. Otherwise I would not had them come out. I called to complain about it and the person I talked to wasn't helpful at all, and actually kinda rude. So anyway I will call another company next time I need help. read more

My seal was broken. I called the company who installed garage and their price was 3 times what these guys quoted just to change the trim.. Not only that but the owner walked me through how to know what strip I needed. He always answers the phone. They were so great and reasonably priced for a simple repair. Will always call them instead of the company I was using in the past. So happy. read more

I had had issues with my garage opener and my warranty company sent out Reliable Garage to fix it, their tech was rude and unprofessional and the job he did I don't know where anyone would find that acceptable, so when I called my warranty company and complained as I have had more issues they sent out Design Array and a gentleman named Art. What a breathe of fresh air, communicative, friendly, and professional, he took the hillbilly looking disaster that Reliable had left me and made it perfect again. If I ever have garage door problems in the future, warranty company or not, I know I'll be calling them read more

One morning, our garage door would not open, and we noticed that the main spring was broken. Eek!! We called Design Array and they were able to send a technician within thirty minutes. Mike came, assessed the situation, and replaced that spring! While there, we asked about replacing our almost 20 year old opener. Mike discussed the new openers, which come with a variety of technical options that you can choose to use, or not. We decided on which opener to buy, and Mike returned on Monday the next week to install it. He also returned (without charge) to show me how to install a replacement light bulb. I know that is not complicated, but it put my mind at ease seeing it done, as I had not paid attention when the new opener was installed. We love our new opener and have already recommended Design Array, and Mike, to friends and family. read more
