They installed our new door over 8 years ago. It worked well until this weekend, when it almost went off the rails! We left them a phone message and they returned our call Monday morning. Our service man, Joe, completed the repairs by 11am Monday! How's that for great service?!!! We recommend Design Array for quality product installation and excellent service. read more

Called Design Array to service a very noisy garage door. Arturo was very thorough and went the extra mile by cleaning the hinges prior to lubricating them. He explained everything he did so that it was easy to understand. Same day service! read more

Our home warranty company sent these guys out after we filed a claim for a faulty garage door. We have two garage doors that were opening/closing as they please...as though they were possessed. The guy who came to our house was kind, knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service ever. Our garage doors are fixed, work perfectly, he helped program our key pads and made sure all was perfect before he left. Highly recommend! read more

Replaced a broken spring. They were fast, efficient, and provided quality work at fair price. Professional staff. Thanks

Would never use again, I wish there were a zero star to select. First repair tech caused a second issue and refused to repair. Tech was rude, threatened to tear out all repairs and manager refused to get on the phone. read more

Garage door would only go up a few inches this morning and we saw the spring was broken. Called these guys and Art came out really quickly. He not only fixed the spring, but did preventive maintenance on the entire mechanism. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Design Array Garage Door Store and will definitely use them for any future garage opener or door needs. read more

My husband and I needed a new garage door and new garage door opener for our Sun City home built in 1972. We had 3 estimates prior to choosing this company. We chose them for several reasons. #1) Family owned and operated. Brother runs it, and sister is the secretary. They keep it small and personable with Mike installing the garage doors and performing annual garage door tune-up's. These are the three people I have mostly dealt with, though I know there are others. #2) Great showroom. #3) Reasonable prices. Apparently we're not the only ones that like this place, three of my neighbors got their garage doors and garage doors openers from them also. Yes, so there are four of us in a row that got our garage doors from Design Array! read more

Mike did a fantastic job installing our new garage door opener. Our door quit working and when I phoned Doug he got us in that same day! Mike was very professional and went through the new system set up with me - even set it up to work in my car. Can't say enough about how kind and courteous he was. read more

Design array has been awesome both times I have used them (for different garage door issues). Originally, I was referred to them through my home warranty. I was very pleased with Joe and how kind and honest he was. The second time I had an issue, I specifically called the home warranty to make sure I was once again referred to Design Array again. Joe came back, and again, kindly fixed my garage and answered any questions I had. He was prompt, knowledgeable, honest again, and just overall super nice. When I need to fully replace my garage doors, I will absolutely be giving Design Array a call. read more

Good service twice in a row now. After they fixed a problem with the door attachment pulling loose last week, a new problem with the drive belt occured. Again I filled in the service request form online. It was the evening before Thanksgiving, and they were at my house on Friday morning to do the repair. Good service. read more

Design Array's service man, Frank, did a quick and efficient repair of our garage door -- replacing a broken spring. The company was referred to us by Fidelity National Home Warranty on Monday and Design Array sent Frank out on Tuesday. Repair was completed in about 30 minutes. read more

Garage door was fixed the same day I called with an issue. Very timely. Tech went above and beyond to do extra maintenance on the track that was not part of the work order. Have used Design Array for many years and will continue to do so. And they give a veteran discount. Much appreciated. read more

I have been a customer of Design Array for 26 yrs. I have purchased 3 doors and lots of maintenance over that period. I have always been treated fairly with professional courtesy. Today all that changed. I was quoted $4 per ft.for a new liner but a jumbo liner at $7per ft was installed instead. I didn't refuse to pay the additional $47 but I did go to the store and question why the additional price. I was told they would honor the original estimate but they would never come back to my house again. I can't imagine they would lose a 26 year customer over $47.00. Jay Freeman read more

I have need info or help with my garage door or opener and every time I go and ask them they have the answer that fixes it every time. I know they strive for the best customer service! And I can say that my experience is they are top notch and great. If you don't need it they will not replace it I have been lucky most of my repairs are setting issues but when I did need it replaced I looked no further! Great work, clean fast service..thanks.. read more

Design Array put in a new garage door and opener for my parents and I liked it so much I had them put in the same for me. When my rental property needed a new opener, I called them first. Now I've moved to a new home and even though my garage opener was fine, I wanted one that closed automatically if I forgot to close it so I called Design Array. They arrived promptly and the install took little time. They even checked and adjusted my garage door as part of the install. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I'm so glad I found a company I can trust! read more

These guys are very professional and efficient. I have an oversize garage door (18' x 10'). One of the cables had come off, and it was stuck 2/3 of the way down and crooked. The first guys I Called didn't think they could handle it?? So I was real happy when Design Array said they would come to Wickenburg. He had it fixed in no time. I would highly recommend them! read more

I had purchased a custom Carriage House style door from another well known Phoenix area door company one year ago and recently backed my car into it (long story) and needed to have it replaced. I repeatedly called the "four letter name" of the company that sold it to me but they never managed to get back to me. Once I moved to plan "B" and found that Design Array Garage Door Store on 99th Ave. in Peoria carried the same brand, I had my door in very short order. Not only did they order and install the new door ASAP, they also set me up with a state-of-the-art opener. The installed a new keypad, programmed it, programmed all my remotes and even my Smart Phone! I'm thrilled beyond belief and totally makes up for all the grief and frustration I experienced because of the "four letter name" of the competitor. The Salesman Scott was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. He showed enough empathy to make me feel I'd made the right choice. The installer was incredible! Helpful, on-time (even installed a day earlier than planned!!) and friendly. What a glorious contrast to "the other place"! The installer no sooner pulled away when a neighbor walking by stopped and rang my doorbell, asking about the gorgeous Carriage House door. She loved it and wanted one for her house. I gave her Scotts name and number and e-mailed my referral to him that day. Looks like a $2700 sale turned into a $5400 sale "just like that"! You really never know who you're dealing with and how things will turn out (for both parties). Best to be on your best behavior when you hold yourself out to the public. Fine job, guys. I appreciate the stellar service, as I'm sure my neighbor will, as well. This will surely not be the last door you install in this neighborhood! Guarantee it! Thank you!!! read more

Excellent service! I contacted them and received same day service. The technician was polite and explained everything. The spring had broken and needed to be replaced. The work was done so quickly. I highly recommend!! read more

My garage door opener unit was having trouble. The logic board was going out on my Chamberlain Liftmaster unit since it was older (1997). I have Fidelity Home Warranty (highly recommended) which referred/recommended me to Design Array Garage Door Store to fix my unit. Mike came out and did an EXCELLENT job. He was able to fix my unit by changing the logic board, program my remotes, and mount my keypad remote to the garage wall which he was so courteous to do. I highly highly recommend this company. They treated me very well and I'm glad Fidelity sent them out. read more

I had an appointment with this company. The technician showed up as scheduled between 2 & 4, but, unfortunately I was just finishing paying for a airline ticket on line and I had to ask him to hold on a minute. I then asked him if he had the list of repairs from the inspection report and he said that he didn't know what he was supposed to do. I stated again that the report had been given to his company. Thinking that he might be able to check on that while I was finishing up. He left ! When my realtor called them real quick to see why he left he stated that I was yelling at the technician and that I needed to hire a different company. This was absolutely not true. All I had to do was print the report out for him if he didn't have it. He just needed to give me a minute. Now He shows that he arrived at 2:27 and left at 2:43. This is also not true. He left in 5 minutes after arrival. His email is now stating that the job was completed and ready for billing. I am not quite sure what needed to be done differently, but where is any customer service in what I have just described. I would hate to have a warranty issue with this company.... read more

Great service! Great price! I will not need another garage door opener for a long time thanks to the Garage Door Store, but I will certainly tell my family and friends about them! With the added security with the Wi-Fi connected to my smart phone, I will always know when the door is open. Thanks for the great service you provided to me! read more

I can't say enough about this company and the business they run! It's hard to find good businesses these days that put their customers first! I started out calling them because my only two year old garage door opener was malfunctioning! They told me it's not the best one out there but would do what they could to fix it since it was under warranty! Of course i was skeptical because i figured they just wanted more money! I was so wrong! After they changed the mother board (per manufacture request) it worked for less than a month! To make a long story short, I had to replace to whole unit, and this company only charged me for the remainder of the balance of what I had already spent!! Well, I won't be needing their services anytime soon now, but if you are in the market-these guys get 5 stars!! And they even have a show room you can go see different brands! read more

Very impressed with this company from initial contact with office personnel to the installer serviceman provided. I will certainly recommend as the occasion arises. Installer was very professional, courteous and informative. Immediately installed a new opening system as requested and returned for an adjustment days later. My neighbor was right in his recommendation for great service and price and customer satisfaction services. read more
