Our garage door broke and we were able to get a quick apt. We ended up opting to replace our old door, and they were able to find one in the color we wanted in stock. The replacement took place within a few days and it has worked wonderfully since! Pricing was fair as well. read more

I would highly recommend Door Doctor to anyone seeking a fast, honest garage door repair. I spoke with Adam this morning about my issue on the phone and he answered all of my questions and explained several possible scenarios. Adam then made a same day appointment to assess my garage door issue. Nate called ahead of my appointment to inform me of his arrival in advance. Nate arrived on time, quickly found the issue, and helped me with reprogramming my garage door system. Both Adam and Nate were extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to calling Door Doctor for annual maintenance and any future issues. read more

We've been customers of this company for quite some time and have always been very satisfied with their service. Today while visiting my 96 year old Mom she was having issues with her garage door not working. I called them to see if they could help and they were there within an hour. Shoutout to Nate who went above and beyond and explaining to Mom what needed to be done. These guys are honest, courteous, and reliable. read more

***UPDATE*** YES DOOR DOCTORS CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A STUCK GARAGE DOOR REPAIR*** THE OWNER THAT RESPONDED IS LYING WHEN HE SAID I WASN'T A CUSTOMER. I WAS!! AGAIN THE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS INCOMPETENT AND DIDN'T WANT THE JOB BECAUSE MY DOOR WAS LOW CLEARANCE! NO WORRIES DOOR DOCTORS, I FOUND A REPUTABLE CO. THAT FIXED MY DOOR. **OWN YOUR MISTAKES** Absolutely the worst company you could to call if your garage door is working. ZERO stars if possible! My garage door jumped the tracks and wouldn't open. I called Door Doctors which should be called door quacks because the young Hispanic guy that showed up was totally dazed and confused on what to do. He made a call to someone else with the company which didn't seem to help and then he told me there was nothing he could do. REALLY?!? SERIOUSLY?!? Aren't garage doors your specialty? Bottom line is I called another company the next day and the tech had my door working in 20 minutes. Avoid Door Doctors like the plague. You have options don't make these guys one of them. It'll be a waste of time read more

I wanted to leave a review on the two techs that came out and removed and replaced my garage door. They worked together as a team and got the old door down quickly and the new one up,cleaned and adjusted right! Experienced Professionals they know what they are doing. Thank you read more

It's such a challenge finding workmen who are experts in their field--plus being super-reliable and reasonably priced. If your garage doors need repair or replacement, call The Door Doctor at 480.948.6569. Adam is completely trustworthy and totally skilled. Again this week, he repaired an issue I was having and the price was very fair. I've used Door Doctor for years and have never been disappointed. read more

These guys are the best! I would never think about using any other company. Super quick service, as efficient as possible and went above and beyond to get me out of a jam. It doesn't happen often enough, but when you find a company that is this good, just figure you got lucky. Thanks again, Ron, for the great job and extra help. And on top of that, prices are as good as you can get, even though, I would pay top money for this kind of service. read more

Quarantining, and social distancing... had to go pick up grocery and opened the garage... and realized that it wont go up. Both the springs had given up. Called around my usual service tech was not available till tomorrow evening. Found Ron on Yelp. Called him and he showed up in about 15 min, converted the Old Torque Master system to Torsion Spring all in about 30 min. He was super quick, and efficient and had all the required parts in his truck. Explained me everything he was doing and finished the work in no time. I made my Frys 5 pm slot. read more

Ron is the best! I have used Door Doctor on two separate occasions and both times Ron was able to come out the next day and fix the issues in about 15 minutes. When I needed a new logic board, he reprogrammed all of my remotes (including my car) and even replaced a dead battery I wasn't aware of. He always explains what he did and assesses the entire door, not just the apparent problem, to make sure everything is in good shape. Highly recommend! read more

Just had Adam out from the Door Doctor, he was on time, friendly, and efficient! Had a problem with a door binding and after 5 minutes was back and running. Adam also serviced both doors and programmed my vehicles all for the flat service fee! Would highly recommend these guys! Jeff read more

Not sure I have experienced anything like it before. Came out and assessed our garage door situation. I was told everything was working fine and looked great. Made recommendations on how to fix the noisy situation without a pushy, hard sell or expensive trip charge. These guys are first class and will be my ONLY call, moving forward. read more

Very friendly and professional on the phone. Their technician Adam was knowledgable and professional. They did not seem like they were trying to upsell me anything to make a little extra. I called on New year's eve and they sent someone out on New year's day for service. My in-laws have used The door doctors on several occasions over the last 15 years! I would Highly Recommend. Don't be fooled by the other company with the same name. I called the other company first by mistake and they were not as helpful on the phone and I realized I called the wrong door doctor. Honest and fair prices with great service! read more

I came home one evening to a busted main spring on my garage door. I called the Door Doctor the next morning and they were able to come out the next afternoon. Adam was great. He explained my options and did a great job very quickly. I highly recommend them! read more

Ron was awesome! Not only did he get back to my VM within a couple of hours, but was able to go out the next day to look at my garage. After dealing with a botch repair done by a so called credible repair company and then after dealing with a second company who was just trying to upsell me for items that weren't quite necessary, Ron came in and provided an honest estimate and explained the repairs thoroughly to me. Not only did he repair what the other crappy company broke or did half a** on, but he fixed the initial problem within minutes and saved me a ton of money! I will never go through any other garage company again. read more

Ron is an excellent choice for any garage door repair. Fast, prompt, professional repair service, very satisfied with how quickly our cracked panel was able to be repaired. Will use Door Doctor for the next one! Thank you read more

My garage door broke last night, I called door doctor because I weirdly I saw the name on a truck on the freeway a few days ago. I checked Yelp and they had good reviews. They came out this morning and Ron fixed it. He was really nice and now it's not making a terrible noise. Thank you Ron for getting it fixed right away! Great service! read more

I've used these guys twice in last 9 months, once on a rental and then at my own home. Had two different guys out and they both did a really good job. Gave me some lower price options as temp fixes as well as letting me know the long term solutions. Good to find guys that can get you through without telling you there are no other options and hundreds of dollars later you're getting a new garage door, then paying extra to paint it so it matches your house. I'm a tough evaluator... these guys are on point. read more

I spoke to Ron this morning about our beam not working on our 20 year old garage door. It's 3:00 in the afternoon and it's all replaced with a new set! Friendly fella and excellent service! Thank you again! Highly recommended. read more

My garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Door Doctors. No one was available until the next day. I explained my garage door was stuck open and not only did I not feel safe, I had my son's volleyball tournament in two hours and had to leave. The spring broke on our garage as I left for work. I called around to see what was out there, but didnt really have time for research. I really wasnt feelin' the people who came by with quotes or their schpeals.. I looked a few places up when I got home and found these guys... FINALLY, someone who would give me some info over the phone! Accepted some pics by text msg, and talked like normal humans, not from a script! Ron came out Saturday morning, charged me normal costs.. he was $185 and company quoted me over $500 trying to sell this that and the other thing. I am thankful I held off and called around when I got home.. Go with your gut folks.. and the original door doctor (careful, there are others with similar names) 6029710892 read more

This is the second time we have used Door Doctor and they continue to impress us with their professionalism, and skill. We sold our home and are renting for now. Unfortunately the garage door opener decided to quit working shortly upon moving in. We passed on Door Doctor's contact information and a quote to replace the opener to the landlord. He decided to purchase an opener at Home Depot and have a Handyman install the door which took him and his wife 5 hours to put up. The door worked for a week then the cable on the side came undone and the whole door became slanted and would not close. Again we told the landlord to call a professional, licensed company to fix the problem. He sent out another Handyman that proceeded to beat on the door for 45minutes to try to get it closed. He gave up and told the landlord he needs to call out a garage door company. The landlord finally got in touch with the owner Ron at Door Doctor and got him out to fix the door. He had it closed in 15minutes and it back up in running in a little over an hour. This company knows what they are doing and will get your door up and running again! We really appreciate them being so patient with our weird situation, would highly recommend if your door is needing some attention. read more
