My invoice is dated May 26, 2021 and there has not been any follow from this company. I have tried three times to leave messages in the past two weeks and no one has ever returned my calls or made an appointment to finish the job that was promised back at the end of May. If they are not going to complete my original job, at least be honest enough and tell me and refund me the portion that you are not going to do.

He left a great impression, so I kept his number and referred few of my clients to him. I called him for another service. He showed up and inspected the scope of work. He said he will get back to me with an estimate. So I patiently waited and didn't bother moving forward with another company to have it repaired, even though it was urgent matter. Few days goes by, I got no response. So I reached out to him, and he said he is still working on the estimate and making sure I will get the best pricing. Few more days goes by, no response. Then he sent me a message saying he will get back to me soon. So I waited couple more days, I texted and called. No response. At this point, I am thinking maybe he is ignoring my calls and text messages. So I tried using different number, well, he responded within 2 mins. Go figure! If he is not interested doing the job or it is something he can't do. Simple message saying I can't do it would of been okay with me. I would have moved on to another reputable company quickly. Rather than wasting my time chasing around like a bill collector. I guess when you're business start getting busier, you start ignoring the customers and forget about them.

I recall the experience being very pleasant and easy peasy. I should have left a review then! Sorry I did not. Alas... many years later I made the dumb mistake of leaving a 6' ladder against the garage door side rail. Stupid. Never imagined I would forget it was there and close the door on it. Yep. I did. Jumped the whole door up off the rails. Ugh. Well this was almost dark and I was in a panic. No way I wanted to leave the door open all night full of tools and equipment!!! Looked on that door and there was that old school little sticker showing me who was here last!!! I figured it was worth a shot to call and try! Happily they were still in business and the fella could come out right away and fix it and I could sleep with a closed garage door and peace of mind. Actually remembered Mike as soon as he came and was pleased to recall it def was a good previous experience. As well, this one was A+ too. He fixed it fast and efficient and was on his way. We met with Chuck and when he first came out to do the original estimate, he measured everything, and talked through finish options with us and was very detailed during the process. Charles and Philip came out to spray the cabinets and they were very nice and careful while working inside the house. They were also always on time which was really appreciated. The installation process of putting the doors back on only took about a day to finish. We also had a few drawer tracks that were broken and Tim fixed those so they now open and slide very easily. Overall, we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely be working with them again later on this year to finish our laundry room and bathrooms!
