Your installer knew it was not working properly when he was as at my home and simply told us to adjust the tension on our own. I told him that it should be fixed properly and he said someone from the office would call us. My ex called the office multiple times telling your office we should not have to do this with no resolution. Based on my conversation this morning with Tiffany and her refusing to even provide your name and saying Janet would call with NO call just you trying to defend your work on yelp, I lost respect for your company.
