I have a general mistrust in big businesses and salesmen who unnecessarily upsell you or recommend replacing serviceable components to take advantage of their non-expert customers and pad profits. Zero Fox was the only business who seemed to actually read the diagnostic information I had collected and reported while working on the system myself. Emilio listened to me and thoroughly investigated our system and components. before recommending action. He clearly and patiently explained what he was seeing and how he thought things would play out in the long term with and without intervention. It was clear that he understood the system components and how they function together holistically. It was also clear he was really trying to work with us toward an ideal long-term solution and not just take our money. As I suspected, the motor unit was at the end of its life.
