He did an awesome job on my spring replacement and like other have said, he goes above and beyond and lubricates other components of your garage door without charging extra. For example, my motor sounded very loud and awful and Raul was able to service it and now it's quiet. He also added some extra screws that were missing to the motor free of charge which I had no idea was missing. I have reviewed Monsoon Doors in the past the first time I used them. This is the second time we needed our garage door fixed so I called Raul again. Just as the first time he came out the same day and I can't recommend Raul and this company highly enough. Our double garage door had basically cracked due to age, sun and heat. It really should of been replaced, but because of the cost (1300.00 to 1500.00) there was no way we could afford that. So Raul put braces on the door so that it would work correctly. I really believe that anyone else would of just said there was no choice but to replace the door. Raul could of made a lot more money if he had said that.
