I just reviewed another garage door company, and wish I had known about Monsoon Doors and Raul earlier. My garage door brace had become warped for whatever reason and he quickly came out and fixed and added a new brace and also did a tuneup on door and motor for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and I will use Raul and his company from now on when I have an issue with my garage doors. read more

Great service . Our spring busted that morning . I called around for quotes and Raul gave me the best quote. I went with him since he has 5 stars . Glad I used Raul ... gave advice and didn't push anything . Will use again read more

Raul was fantastic! He came out when scheduled and was able to fix the problem the same day. We are very happy with his service.

Spring on the double door broke on a Saturday night, I thought I'd have to wait to Monday to get someone out to repair it. Called Monsoon, and Raul was at my door in 30 mins flat, no special trip charge for a weekend either. Replaced both springs on my door in under 30 mins and even lubed the rollers; it was like watching a pit crew at the speedway replacing tires ;-) read more

Returned email messages, on time, and fast working. Perfect way to conduct business, could not have asked for better service! Thank you! read more

Responsive. Meticulous. Fairly priced. Professional. And speedy! So. We've only been here one month, the painters are finishing up their (masterful!) job on the exterior, and the garage door that we "knew" needed a repair gives up the ghost. Oh, and family is arriving soon for the holiday. Raul of Monsoon Doors might as well wear a cape and travel by lightning bolt. He responded to my quote request in under 90 minutes, was here another 45 minutes after that, and located the replacement panels needed in another 10 minutes. He returned that afternoon to replace the two damaged panels. He also installed an opener on the single bay door of our garage. And he coordinated work with the painting crew so they weren't in one another's way. Don't bother checking anywhere else. Raul is your guy. read more

Had a great experience with Monsoon Doors. We moved into a new home and needed to install a garage door opener. I had reached out via Message on YELP and was responded to the same day with pricing. Monsoon Doors was very reasonable on price and everything was explained throughly so we agreed to schedule the install. Install was complete within 2 hours and he was super friendly. Would definitely refer Monsoon Doors to family and friends and we will be coming back if/when we need their services in the future. read more

Used their service a couple months ago to fix a broken spring. He told me what he was going to do and explained the wrong parts were initially installed. Price seemed good as I never had to have this type of fix before. I'll use him again if ever needed. read more

I called at 5:45 pm on a Tuesday night in Gilbert due to a spring that decided it wanted to break without warning, Raul said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was on the dot. AMAZING JOB WITH GREAT PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called many places before but Monsoon Doors had the best price, showed up within twenty minutes of calling, and it only took him about 25 minutes to fix it all. I thought it was awesome as well that he told me the spring also has a lifetime parts guarantee through them that I did not know about so that if it ever goes out again, I just need to pay labor only and the part is free. Monsoon Doors and Raul are beyond reproach and would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!! Thank you guys again!!! read more

Raul did a great job and came out to replace the garage door opener the same day. Will use him again in the future

Would highly recommend Raul. He was able to come out last minute and he came on time. Prices are incredibly fair. He got my garage working better than before! He was extremely helpful and gave out great tips for the maintenance of my garage door. He was very knowledgeable about warranties and parts. Thank goodness for this yelp recommendation!!! read more

What a great experience. Fast response and service, pricing was great...and went above and beyond to service the garage door as needed...and didn't even charge. Great guy, easy to deal with, polite, efficient. If highly recommend to anyone and everyone! This is how it should be done! read more

Raul was on time and very professional. He did an awesome job on my spring replacement and like other have said, he goes above and beyond and lubricates other components of your garage door without charging extra. For example, my motor sounded very loud and awful and Raul was able to service it and now it's quiet. He also added some extra screws that were missing to the motor free of charge which I had no idea was missing. I will definitely call him again if any other other garage door needs arise in the future. read more

Not only was he quick at coming out to look my door issue, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he did an amazing job of quickly fixing the door problem without trying to sell me on anything more than a service call. I have reviewed Monsoon Doors in the past the first time I used them. This is the second time we needed our garage door fixed so I called Raul again. Just as the first time he came out the same day and I can't recommend Raul and this company highly enough. Our double garage door had basically cracked due to age, sun and heat. It really should of been replaced, but because of the cost (1300.00 to 1500.00) there was no way we could afford that. So Raul put braces on the door so that it would work correctly. I really believe that anyone else would of just said there was no choice but to replace the door. Raul could of made a lot more money if he had said that. This man is completely honest and he will help in any way he can. So if you need service for your doors please look no further than Monsoon Doors. You will not be disappointed. read more

Raul is THE MAN! Short term notice and he was out the next day to repair our garage door. Instead of trying to upsell us he repaired what was broken or a fair price and reprogrammed our clickers. HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. read more

Great company and phenomenal customer service. I contacted Raul about installing a new garage opener and high cycle springs. During my initial conversation he took the time to explain the benefits of each opener, even telling me what would be more beneficial to me expense wise. He arrived at my house, was punctual, and completed the work in a timely manner. I had him look at every component on my garage and there was zero hard sell. I'll be using him for my future garage door needs. Thanks Raul! read more

Raul was a lifesaver. I called him Fri @ 8 am & he came by @ 2 that afternoon to repair our bent railing & realign our garage. He even did a tune up on it. He was professional, friendly efficient & reasonable; I could not be happier! read more

Quick, professional and courteous. I agree with reviewer Brian N, 5 stars is not enough for Monsoon Doors. I called Raul when I got home from work at 4:00pm fully expecting him to schedule to come out another day to replace my broken door spring. He showed up by 4:30p and was done by 5:30p. Highly recommend!!! read more

Prompt, excellent thorough work by Raul! This is our first garage repair and Raul was an excellent choice. I highly recommend him

Highly Recommend!! Great same day service. My wife destroyed the top panel on our garage door. I thought I was going to have to replace it for around $600 but monsoon was able to replace one rail and pound out the dents instead of replacing the whole panel that saved me hundreds of dollars. Honest and fast service at a reasonable price. read more

I called Monsoon Doors and Raul answered right away. He was easy to chat with on the phone and quoted me a fair and honest price over the phone to replace my broken garage door torsion springs. He offered to come within 45 minutes but I said I was in no rush to have it done the same day and since it was the afternoon I thought I could wait until the next morning when it was cooler outside. Raul came the next day on time and the price was as quoted. Highly recommend and will use again for future service. read more

Sent Monsoon Doors a message for a quote to have my garage door fixed that wasn't opening and sounded like an angry cat when working. I received a phone call maybe 10 minutes later and he was ar my house that evening. He explained everything in detail, no BSing me or trying to get me to spend extra money. Our spring needs to be adjusted or replaced, so he gave me a 30 day warranty for the items replaced today and he even made my garage door no longer sound like a angry cat 5 stars for quick efficiency and a great price! read more
