Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything. I had a problem with my garage door and called a few other BBB listed companies. I was hoping to get it resolved the same day. One was able to come out two days in the future, and, I'm positive that they were good. However, I called JT's Overhead and they were able to come out the same day. JT's charged nothing for the service call and JT, I guess JT the third and his assistant were thorough, transparent about the prices and what they were going to do. EXCELLENT!! Arrived within 20 minutes. It's was very late at night around midnight and very Cold. My mom broke the garage control! LOL, I found JT'S on Yelp. I called and JTS answered immediately, they arrived quickly replaced entire broken electric garage door opener with a Brand New one it came with a 10 year warranty, new garage light, 2 remote controls for our vehicles, an outside keypad, and an inside wall control button. I Memorial Day I was trying to set up a new vehicle on my garage instead of using the learn button on the wall mount I press the button on the unit itself messed it up, somehow cleared all the programming and the garage door will not respond to anything.
