Can't say enough about how great Response Crew was. I needed a handyman to fix the trim around a closet door that had to removed. They were upfront on their initial scheduling call with their estimates for pricing, minimums, and hours to complete. Overall, very reasonable pricing in comparison to some of the other quotes I received. Definitely not the cheapest (and also not the most expensive), but they pride themselves on quality of work - so you pay for what you get. Within 24 hours of my initial quote request, they had me scheduled, and had their handyman, Carlos Hernandez, out to complete the job. Carlos was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. When he arrived, he briefly scoped the job, measured, and explained what he needed to do/roughly how long it would take him. From there, he went out to get the necessary parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. He cut the trim to length in my driveway, installed the trim, and caulked within 45 minutes. Frankly, the new trim Carlos installed looks even better than the original! I would highly recommend Carlos and the Response Crew team to anyone in need of general handyman services. At our Business Warehouse, we had a leak in the water heater which was above the ceiling. In order for the Building Managements maintenance team to drain the water from the ceiling, they had to punch holes into the ceiling. I contacted Jennifer at Response Crew & got a quote but other things happened and we were not able to schedule the work for another 8 months. When I finally contacted Jennifer, she stated pricing would be the same. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment in which the tech Luis come out. He was on-time, courteous, very professional, explained in depth what the process would be and did a wonderful job. During the repair, I realized that when the water drained along the sides of the walls during the water leak, over time, the water also damaged the wall panels. So while the tech was there I contacted Jennifer again to see if we could have the tech that was onsite look over the damage and then they could give us a quote to come back out to fix that as well. For the 2nd appointment to fix our 2nd issue, Luis was dispatched out again. I was very happy because he was already familiar with what we needed done. I have used their services several times. The first time was to repair the badly rotted fascia around my patio roof. More recently I had some small plumbing jobs: flushing the water heater, replacing the faucet in my reverse osmosis system, and fixing the flush mechanism in a toilet. I found their handymen to be highly capable, flexible, experienced, friendly, and their office staff have great customer service. I've used their services probably a dozen times in every situation that calls for professional help: drywalling, electrical work, plumbing work, cabinetry in shelving work, and about a half dozen more types of handyman work. The prices are quite reasonable and they're very clear up front with their contracts and their hourly prices. They have a minimum cost which includes a couple hours of work and then they give you a fixed price per hour for any work that goes beyond the estimated hours / additional work. They're really good at texting too- as soon as you book them, a text appears with the schedule date and time and when they're on their way they send the picture of the handyman that's going to appear at your front door.
