We recently had an interior door replaced. Luis was prompt, friendly, and I am happy to say that the door is very snug once latched, and not creating any knocking sounds when our HVAC starts and stops. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. Can't say enough about how great Response Crew was. I needed a handyman to fix the trim around a closet door that had to removed. They were upfront on their initial scheduling call with their estimates for pricing, minimums, and hours to complete. Overall, very reasonable pricing in comparison to some of the other quotes I received. Definitely not the cheapest (and also not the most expensive), but they pride themselves on quality of work - so you pay for what you get. Within 24 hours of my initial quote request, they had me scheduled, and had their handyman, Carlos Hernandez, out to complete the job. Carlos was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. When he arrived, he briefly scoped the job, measured, and explained what he needed to do/roughly how long it would take him. From there, he went out to get the necessary parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. He cut the trim to length in my driveway, installed the trim, and caulked within 45 minutes. Amazing experience from start to finish! Junior handled a tricky stucco patch for me recently which ended up being bigger than initially shown in the damage. He was professional, provided a fair estimate which he was able to beat, and executed the work flawlessly to the point where I don't even know where the damage is. At our Business Warehouse, we had a leak in the water heater which was above the ceiling. In order for the Building Managements maintenance team to drain the water from the ceiling, they had to punch holes into the ceiling. I contacted Jennifer at Response Crew & got a quote but other things happened and we were not able to schedule the work for another 8 months. When I finally contacted Jennifer, she stated pricing would be the same. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment in which the tech Luis come out. He was on-time, courteous, very professional, explained in depth what the process would be and did a wonderful job. During the repair, I realized that when the water drained along the sides of the walls during the water leak, over time, the water also damaged the wall panels. So while the tech was there I contacted Jennifer again to see if we could have the tech that was onsite look over the damage and then they could give us a quote to come back out to fix that as well.
