We reached out yesterday during business hours (after 8am) and left a message regarding a door issue we are having. We never received a callback. We called again this morning (10:50am) and a man answered the phone. We proceed to tell him the door issue. He wanted us to text him the issue we are having. After letting him know we don't text, he said he was driving and would call back in about ten minutes. The man has not yet called and it's now 5:07pm as I write this review. Now before commenting why can't you text? Here's why- my grandmother has tremors and she obviously doesn't have text or a smart phone. I get home from work today to hear this update from her and it's upsetting. How do you run a business and expect your customers to do the footwork for you by texting the problem they are having. You should be ready to do that as part of the customer service end, and most definitely call people back when you promise. I had really hoped this would work out as we have a list of things that we want done and wanted to start with the door as this is a priority issue. They lost a lot of business and probably a loyal customer. What bothers me most- their handling of our senior population. I feel awful for people like my grandmother that have to navigate the hurdles of today's world and it's paramount that community assist them, and most importantly that businesses are prioritizing our vulnerable population. Shame on this company! read more

We asked if they would be able to repair/replace, sand and paint the wood in our entry way and they quickly advised it would be no problem. They gave us a fair and honest estimate and were available for an appointment a couple days later. They conducted high quality work and made sure all the small details were just right. I will absolutely use them for any future handyman work. Prompt replies, hard work and great value. read more

Very knowledgeable l, professional, clean and timely. I highly recommend. They were able to help me with several home projects.

I've used Two of Crew before, and they were outstanding--so when they reached out recently to check in, I knew exactly who to call. I'm getting married in a week and had a long list on short notice: hanging lights in the yard, fixing doors, sinks, and a handful of other items. They showed up, got everything done quickly, and did it the right way--no shortcuts, no hassle. That combination of speed and quality is rare. They also left everything spotless when they finished, which says a lot about their professionalism. If you want reliable, high-quality work from people who actually care, stop looking--you won't find better than Two of Crew. read more

I am impressed with the professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. The crew assembled and installed gazebo in my yard. They were meticulous and delivered great work. I highly recommend this company! I am already scheduling other projects in the new year. read more

I agree with another reviewer who described the Crew of Two work as "meticulous". I hired the Crew to assemble and install two gazebos at my home at the same time. I had never used the Crew before so naturally I was a tad concerned about whether the outcome of the gazebos will be done professionally especially two of them. I am pleased to say that the Crew delivered and i can't be more happy with the outcome! I highly recommend the Crew of Two. read more

Fast and efficient! Would use again and recommend to others. Fixed my garbage disposal today

I received a quick response after reaching out on Yelp. Virginia and her team were able to come out within a day or so of providing the initial quote. True to their word, the quote was accurate and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how kind, communicative, and helpful they were throughout the project. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable handyman crew. read more

I had called these guys yesterday and they showed up for our appointment today a few mins early. We had a a kitchen faucet and drain leaking, which had caused water damage under the sink. Miguel and his amazing team were incredible and professional. I can't wait to tell all our neighbors looking for home repairs about Crew of Two. He was quick to respond to the estimate and about our various home repairs (exterior / interior painting, grouting the shower tile, repairing faucets, door lock plate, GCFR electrical, etc.). His crew showed up exactly on time, they were all very nice, and they all cleaned up after each project. They worked really hard (and in this AZ summer heat). Highly recommend!!!!!! read more

I requested a service (removing a broken dishwasher) on Saturday morning, Oct 4, 2025. They promised to be there on Saturday afternoon and do the job for $100. They didn't show up. I called again, left a voice message and also left a text message. On Sunday, Oct 5, I called again and left a voice message. They didn't show up--and didn't return my calls. 3 voice mails and 2 text messages--all in vain after they promised to do the job. read more

Crew of Two was amazing! I received a prompt response when I requested an estimate for door repair. They were available to come the next day and provided the service at the price quoted. They worked hard to make sure we were happy with the door functionality. Also, I had a medical issue that required me to push back their arrival time last minute. They were extremely accommodating and kind about it. Would recommend their services! read more

The team replaced two chandeliers on an 18' high ceiling for us and did a fantastic job. We will be using them in the future.

Miguel and his partner Irving did an amazing job at our office. They were able to repair a wall and a wood banister in a matter of days after another company punched a hole with their equipment and scratched up our handrail. They showed up on time, did the repair, and cleaned up after themselves. You can't even tell where they fixed it. read more

Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. I bought new appliances and got into an unprecedented pickle. The cutout for the stove that came with the with the house back in 2015 was poorly made. This caused the new stove we got, to not be able to be pushed back far enough into the cutout. That left us unable to open our dishwasher door as the kitchen design placed both appliances close together. Miguel and Irving kicked butt and cut enough space for the oven to be moved into and provide clearance for the dishwasher door to be opened without issue! They did the job efficiently, for an unexpectedly reasonable rate, and on extremely short notice. https://photos.app.goo.gl/AAXmzdsZnk6jiAY87 for before and after pics. I would definitely hire them again and will be for another patch job I've needed done for some time. read more

Good experience. Fair price. Showed up on time and installed quickly. Thanks crew of two.

These guys were amazing! Reached out after our Ramada moved during a storm. They showed up right away the next morning, helped us relocate it back, and bolted it down for us. Fast response time, fair price, really appreciated it, will definitely use them again! Thank you! read more

Crew of Two was prompt, thorough and fairly priced. We had them repair dry rot & water damage on three exterior doors. They had to make repairs, prep them to be re-stuccoed and painted. After two weeks I noticed something that wasn't quite right and gave them a call. I asked them to come back and modify some of the work they did, they came back the same day and made the changes necessary. They did not ask for additional monies and spent the extra time to make things right. read more

Horrible!! Asked them to do some work for inspection for pool Got a quote for 1900 for a fence. We asked them to start but I quest there was miscommunication and he took back the fence. 6 days later we asked when it would be done. He said that he thought we didn't want it so took back and it would be 200 more for material. In 6 days it went up 200. We swallowed it and said ok. They finished the job and we paid. Today they called and said they needed 300 more because of the materials We already paid 200 more because of materials but after sec paid and job finished they wanted 300 more. So sad that this is how you do business. I know in 6 days the material didn't go up 600 Trying to take advantage of people The day will come and you will need business and people will remember. I am so sick and disgusted Job finished and paid but you want more money. So sick Very sad that you are saying that. We have the receipt for the work and we paid 1950 plus 150 as I will upload Never was there any racial things said as my children are Hispanic along with husband. So that is the most disgusting thing said I have text and receipts that I can upload. Now you go to our neighbors to discuss this. Very unprofessional I am so disgusted at what you implied. To say we have no more money isn't the truth I just uploaded everything I paid. My neighbor has nothing to do with this I just sent all the receipts so I have no idea what you are saying Don't sit out side our gates either. Yes we had cameras I see you took your response off of here and put this new one up. Again that is not how it went but it really doesn't matter. As for the money you returned it to my neighbors Again very unprofessional. They have nothing to do with this. Nor should you be talking to them about any of it and that isn't true about you not being apart of it because the Receipt is your company. You asked for Venmo and Venmo charges and that happens everywhere just like if you went to a restaurant and use a credit card they charge the restaurant that doesn't mean we did not pay. To say that we were racist and said threatening things is a lie and to say you hope no Mexicans work for us again is rude and unprofessional and I would never want to do business with anyone like that again You called my neighbors 7 times and then proceeded to show up at her house and hit into a confrontation with her. read more

The two man crew showed up right on time, the same day I got the quote. They put booties on as soon as they arrived to keep our floors clean, and they worked quickly to get my 3 toilets installed and my GFCI outlet replaced. The work only took 2 hours and 2 of the toilets are upstairs. Their pricing was also very competitive out of the 4 quotes I got, and their response time to my quote request on Yelp was extremely punctual (less than 20 minutes). I would definitely utilize them again to fix any issues we have in the future - so glad we chose to go with them. Thanks again to Miguel at Crew Of Two for coming through! read more
