Came back with a very high pricing of $650, on a simple 34' run of EMT/PVC for a 25 amp rated circuit for a mini-split A/C. Being a retired electrical engineer this project should cost no more than $400.00! Very disappointing when the name of the company is Affordable Electric Service! Rip off, period! read more

JR has done jobs for me twice and both times he was efficient and professional. First job was to help me pass inspection by making up all my boxes - something the previous electricians failed to do. Second job was to install switches, outlets, and lights in my home theater. His pricing is fair and reasonable. He will be my first call for an electrician if ever needed again. read more

I received excellent service. Very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and like the name says AFFORDABLE. I love supporting small businesses that charge a fair price with excellent service instead of adding on thousands that go to advertisements. i will be hiring this company again. I highly recommend Affordable Electric for your next job. You can shop arouund, but I'm pretty sure you'll end up back with AES. So thankful, I ran across his profile on Yelp. We had electric lines run so that we could have an electric stove instead of a gas hook up. He did great with very minimal patching required. read more

JR helped me troubleshoot a circuit breaker issue over the phone. He was very kind with his time and told me how to check if the breaker was the issue or if the electric cooktop appliance was the issue. It turned out the appliance was the issue and he saved me a trip from an electrician having to come out. He told me to contact an appliance company to get the issue fixed. He's a stand up guy and I would definitely recommend his services. read more

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug. Affordable electric service was polite, prompt, professional, dedicated, patient, courteous, cleanliness, fast and most importantly they live up to their name "affordable", they had a great price. If you want, understanding, electrical company that does a great job, call affordable electrical service, and have peace of mind.
