Mike called to let me know that two of his people would be over, told me their names, and to let them know what I needed done. Memo and Guillermo came on time and reversed some wall switches for me, installed a VERY high fan, and installed a new double 110 outlet in the laundry room (who gets by with just one?). While they were here, I noticed that my house had no cable outlet for my Cox modem, so they took care of that for me, too, switching the input from Direct TV to Cox outside the house. They were done in about an hour, very pleasant and explained everything to me in simple terms, and I peppered them with questions the entire time. Mike billed my email a couple of days later, easy as pie. Couldn't recommend these guys enough, they're very experienced and capable. I'm very happy with my service. read more

Mike came out to our house in November to quote the electric for an upcoming Pool Spa we are buying in May 2023. We showed him additional things we would like done and I even told him we got the run around from previous contractor for a year and to please be honest and upfront, so we do not waste our time that if he doesn't want the job to tell us. Mike said he wanted it and would give us a quote, that was Nov. 30th. 3 weeks went by and on Dec. 19 I text him and asked if he was going to quote the work and I even asked again, if you do not want the job, please tell us and we will move on. No response. I text him on Dec. 24 stating no worries, have a nice holiday we will move on and call Sunset Spa to get another contact. However 10 minutes later he responds and said he wanted the job. I waited again and followed up Jan 5th and got no response, so I decided to call as oppose to texting and he said he would have a quote to us by Monday Jan 9th. It's now 5 days later and no word from Mike. I'm upset because this guy wasted our time. Why even respond back and say he will quote it? He's done nothing but waste my time and I'm calling Sunset Spa to let them know and show them the text messages and call history, so they do not refer another customer to Mike at Creative Electric. Also to get another referral. Shame on you. We were nothing but nice to you, welcoming you into our home and my husband having friendly conversation with you about his collection and things. We trusted you and thought you were a nice person. Next time just be honest. We could of parted on good terms. THUMBS UP to Mike and his worker Memo. The two of them went far above and beyond expectations. I called Mike one late afternoon for what I thought was a simple circuit breaker switch exchange. He called Memo asking if he could schedule me in earlier the next morning. Memo arrived 7:00 am (before his first scheduled appointment) hoping to finish the job before his next appointment. When he opened the breaker box he discovered that two of the breakers had holes the size of a nickle......not good. We are fortunate this was discovered because it was an electrical disaster waiting to happen. So, what was expected to be a simple fix turned into a more complex repair. Because of that, Mike needed to adjust scheduling for the day. I know it was an inconvenience for them but we appreciated the attention we received. Mike was recommended by another contractor I used. Timing was an issue as I was sandwiching the electrical remodeling between two plumbing jobs, each needing the electrical work to complement them. Despite being very booked up, Mike squeezed me in and sent two hard-working electricians to my rental property to do the installation of new wiring coming from the exterior of my home into my garage, and around the garage corners into a small storage room where outlets were set up for a tankless water heater and installation of stacked laundry units. The men were kind, professional and really diligent. They cleaned up everything afterwards and couldn't have done a better job. Loved that they showed up on time and got right to work. Once everything was done in the back yard, it looked as if nothing was done because they took the time to make the yard look the way it did before putting electrical wire and such under ground.
