"I can't recommend Best Electric enough! I had them out to install 5 ceiling fans throughout my home and a new light fixture over our kitchen island. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They were punctual, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. They ensured every fan was perfectly balanced (no wobbling at all!) and took the time to make sure the island light was centered and at the ideal height. They even cleaned up all the debris before leaving. If you want high-quality electrical work done right the first time, this is the team to call. 5 stars all the way!" read more

I really enjoyed working with Gary. He did a great job wiring two wall sconces for me and hanging the chandeliers. The wall sconces had to be connected to a switch, which made the job more complex, but he handled it with skill and a great work ethic. Everything looks clean and works perfectly. I'd happily hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing quality electrical work. read more

He did an amazing job! Our son's ceiling fan/light stopped working and Gary was quick to respond and came over as soon as our fan got in. He was polite, made sure to wear shoe covers in the house and even disposed of the old fan. Our house is old and nothing is labeled correctly on the panel so he helped us identify which switch would turn off the electricity. He was kind and worked quickly. Pricing was more than fair and the work was done well. We will definitely be using him again as needs arise. read more

Would only use Best Electrical for all my future needs. 5 stars. Easy to work with. Fast. Polite. Affordable.

I highly recommend this electrician! I called yesterday about some electrical repairs I needed, and he was able to come out first thing this morning. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the repairs taken care of quickly. I really appreciate the prompt service and the quality of his work. Very fair pricing as well. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely use him again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend! read more

Gary from Best Electrical arrived exactly at the time agreed. I appreciated that he asked with each light installation what height, held up so I could decide lower or higher, and explained why one set of bulbs would not work. When finished he gathered boxes and other packing material into two piles: one to recycle, one for trash and even out the trash in secure bag. Definitely five star for professionalism and consideration of my needs. read more

Super service all around. Gary was on time, courteous, and did a wonderful job running wiring for fan installation. Fan functions fantastic. Looks great. Fee was very reasonable. Will definitely use best electrical in the future. read more

Gary responded promptly to an estimate request for a Level 2 charger install. I thought I might have to replace my electric panel as well. He asked for a photo of the panel and said it was perfectly fine (which put my mind at ease). He quoted a price of $500-$850 (depending on the distance for wiring). I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was right on time and quickly installed the charger. He patched up the hole he had to make in the drywall and left the garage cleaner than when he started. The charger worked perfectly and I paid $500. I would use his services again. read more

Exceptional service. Worked with me on a day and time, was very accommodating with scheduling. Removed and installed 2 new light fixtures. Very kind, installed perfectly, on time, took extra time to make sure everything was perfect. Was very respectful and even helped with a light bulb that was stuck in a wall sconce for me. Thank you, again! You did a wonderful job! read more

We had three old ceiling fans replaced with new ones. Gary responded quickly to my request for a quote with a reasonable price. He was able to work around our schedule for both installation dates, showing up exactly when promised. His expertise and skill were obvious, and he finished the jobs quickly, taking all debris, including the old fans, with him. We also asked him to look at our panel box, and he gave us some excellent, honest advice. We'll definitely call him when we're ready for that job. read more

We needed two ring flood light cameras installed on the front and rear of the house. After researching yelp, I ran across Gary Tsai. His reviews on Yelp are all outstanding so I chose him for the install. Gary is soooo nice, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He installed both cameras, cleaned up after his work and his fees were better than I expected. We will be hiring him again in the future and I highly highly recommend him. Very punctual. Good pricing and was able to complete the project in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will use again no questions asked if needed. read more

Gary just installed a level 2 EV charger and was great to work with. Unlike other companies I contacted that wanted to come out, give an estimate, then proceed with the work, Gary did over the phone using photos and my measurements. Being able to get a ballpark idea of the cost before someone showed up at my door made things so much easier and not something any other company would agree to. Where we wanted the charging station vs. where the fuse box was located was a lot farther apart than normal, so the cost was higher. However, I expected this since 75+ feet of wire is over $400 online. I also appreciated that he was able to go through the wall in the garage directly into the fuse box so there was no unsightly conduit on the exterior for the HOA to complain about. The hole in the garage drywall was cut neatly but Gary also took the time to add a patching compound to make it look perfect and seamless. I am happy to say I now "know a guy" for my electrical needs that is honest and reliable. I totally recommend Best Electric. read more

Gary is an absolute gem. I was told by Parker and Sons some months ago that I need to replace my entire electrical box - which is a multi-day job costing thousands - because they said my a/c unit got grounded and damaged the system. They had changed the breaker for the a/c unit at the time which was needed ... but I was worrying about it so had Gary come out for a second opinion. He took all the breakers off and looked at everything and said it looks fine. Nothing was melting, nothing was burned, the bus bar he said looked fine. He double checked all the wires, tightened where needed, checked each breaker for looseness. Explained everything to me. Said everything looks good and I don't need a thing. Didn't even charge me. What an honest and reliable man. He's my new go-to electrician from now on. read more

I don't often take the time to write a review but feel inspired to do so for Best Electrical. This past week we replace a very old and probably dangerous three-phase electric sub panel and choose Best after getting quotes from 3 different electrical contractor. Gary at Best came in with the lowest cost quote, acquired parts, and got this work done very promptly. His crew worked 11 hours straight until the job was done (on the hottest day of the year so far). Not only that, he's a genuinely nice guy. I'd highly recommend Best Electrical for any electrical work needed. read more

I hired Gary to add over 20 recess lights which also included a few new switches to make it happen. At the same time he also did a few new power outlets for me in the backyard. Gary did an excellent job with everything that he did. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest which is exactly what you are looking for when you invite someone into your home. Pricing was also very reasonable. Gary is now my go to electrician and i plan on hiring him again in a few months for additional projects! read more

This business responded right away to a request to look over a problem with my control panel. He came exactly when he said he would. He listened to me describe the issue we were having and asked some pertinent questions. It didn't take him long to fix the issue. I thought the problem was storm related since our blackout in one room came the morning following a storm and just flipping the breaker didn't help. He took the time to show me that the breaker wire was at a very low level and that we had too many things plugged into the outlets for that room to be supported by that wiring. He was very patient and explained it very well. He was able to fix the part that had burned out immediately although with a warning that we would have to keep the number of items plugged in at a lower level. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely call him again with any electrical issue. read more
