Exterior electrical work project, teeing off existing outlet, trenching to new locations, installing three or four exterior outlets. So relatively small project. Initially Gerry and his team were very responsive. He came out to see the site, asked good questions and provided a couple things to consider. We agreed to delay the work a week or so but in the meantime he'd get me a quote and get me on the schedule. That was three weeks ago, no quote, no schedule, no response to my follow ups.
