Gerry's Electric has truly been a breath of fresh air. Gerry is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. In our opinion, Gerry's Electric is the cat's meow. As far as our family is concerned, Gerry is the only electrician we will use from now on. We recently moved into a home built in 1980 and have been hiring a number of companies to help bring the property up to date. Unfortunately, in the process, we learned the hard way that not every company can be trusted. We began this journey believing that if we hired licensed professionals, we would be treated fairly and receive quality work. Sadly, that was not our experience. After hiring Mister Sparky, signing an $8,000 contract, and being left with unfinished, sloppy work that now has to be redone, we were extremely discouraged. We were given promises that were not kept, the job was never completed properly, and the entire experience left us with a large bill and a great deal of frustration. The electricity to our pool stopped working and we booked a few companies to come out and provide a few quotes. Gerry was the most knowledgeable, and affordable of all 4. Not only was he detail oriented when discussing the issue, but he was very accommodating to our tenants. He also was very respectful and got the job done quickly. I am extremely grateful for Gallantry Electric for contacting me reference my posted project/concerns I had regarding my old EV charging setup in my garage. My initial contact was with Ms. Kathryn and her communication was great. She answered my questions, was transparent about everything and I didn't feel any pressure. I ultimately chose to go with Gallantry Electric and I am beyond happy with the results. I spoke with Kathryn the day prior to my appointment to confirm. Kathryn advised me that Gerry would contact me in advance to advise when he was on the way to my residence. The next morning, Gerry did just that and even arrived earlier than scheduled. I was extremely impressed by this. Gerry was friendly and I immediately felt as though I was dealing with a good person. He was genuine, transparent about what work he would need to do, gave his recommendations and the cost. Gerry advised me that he would get the necessary parts and get started on hooking up my Tesla wall connector. Gerry finished the job in about 1.5 hours and WOW... The setup was extremely clean and much better than what was previously done by someone else. Gerry was awesome!! He was professional and a real pleasure to work with. We had him come out to remove and replace 2 existing ceiling fans and then run the wires and complete the installation on 2 new ceiling fans. He also removed and replace 5 exterior lighting fixtures. One of the new exterior fixtures wasn't working and I thought we were going to have to return it, but Gerry was able to diagnose the problem, fix it and get it working!! Jerry helped us out RIGHT AWAY with a consultation & that week we got plugged in for an appointment to install our in home charger!
