We recently moved into a home built in 1980 and have been hiring a number of companies to help bring the property up to date. I am extremely grateful for Gallantry Electric for contacting me reference my posted project/concerns I had regarding my old EV charging setup in my garage. My initial contact was with Ms. Kathryn and her communication was great. She answered my questions, was transparent about everything and I didn't feel any pressure. I ultimately chose to go with Gallantry Electric and I am beyond happy with the results. I spoke with Kathryn the day prior to my appointment to confirm. Kathryn advised me that Gerry would contact me in advance to advise when he was on the way to my residence. The next morning, Gerry did just that and even arrived earlier than scheduled. I was extremely impressed by this. Gerry was friendly and I immediately felt as though I was dealing with a good person. He was genuine, transparent about what work he would need to do, gave his recommendations and the cost.
