While communication with Jeff was cordial and polite, the schedule mismanagement and lack of respect of a repeat customer's time was not.

He recently completed a major project at my home, including updating my electrical service, routing new custom conduit around the corner of the house to safely connect my solar system, and installing a new dusk-to-dawn outdoor light and a handy exterior outlet. His honesty and integrity are unmatched. His final bill came in right around his initial estimate ($4,427), which was incredibly fair for the extensive, high-quality work he performed. On top of that, I purchased a used Rheem tankless water heater online that was missing a few screws, and Felix was completely unfazed--he generously installed it for me free of charge, and the copper plumbing work is absolutely flawless.
