I requested a diagnosis of why the lights in my at home dance studio stopped working suddenly. When I called the lady doing intake (sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely lovely and personable. She took the time to figure out what was necessary, gave me accurate upfront information on what I could expect and what it would cost me. It turned out to be EXACTLY that after service was done. The electricians who came out, Justin and Aiden were incredibly personable, polite, thorough, and a pleasure to have in my home. They were careful opening and closing the front door minding my many pets, a husky and 3 cats. It felt like having a good friend and neighbor come over to do help out. ***Strongly Recommend*** We had 2 additional breakers and GFI outlets added to support Christmas lights and three fan boxes to some of our upstairs bedrooms. Job cost $915. Great company to work with! They do an excellent job of keeping the customer in the loop. The shop I work for is located in Tennessee. I needed some wiring installed for our machine at a location in Tucson. They were prompt and communicated very well. They did a great job and were very professional. A second visit was required to complete the job. They stayed in touch with me until the job had been completed. I contacted them for a follow up question. The representative that answered couldn't answer my question, but assured me that someone would follow up with an answer within the hour. Within a few minutes, I had my answer. Arizona Electrical did a great job installing a Tesla wall charger and pre-wiring for an additional one. They were friendly, curious, and made every effort to make it easier for me to patch drywall after install. They went the extra mile to try and save me money in that respect. To say that I'm disappointed with the service I received from Arizona Electrical Solutions LLC ("AES") is an understatement. I paid this company close to $2,500 to install an electric panel. Upon completion, I cannot do the following without tripping the breaker: use my dishwasher, disposal, or printer. I cannot vacuum my living room. Additionally, I cannot even turn on the coffee pot in my guesthouse without tripping the breaker (this is not an exhaustive list, there are other items). It must be noted that all these items worked perfectly fine before AES performed their "service." I attempted to call the owner, Will McClure, to inquire about these problems, yet he could not find the decency to return my calls to discuss. He did send a worker over to check my panel and he only attempted to extort an additional $5,000 from me to "fix" the problem created by AES! When I requested some type of resolution, the only response from the owner was to threaten placing a lien on my property and then he contacted his attorney, Gib Zickerman (yes, that's his real name) who has only threatened a "Business slander" lawsuit if I complained about the services received in any public forum. Furthermore, I believe in an effort to intimidate me, this Zickerman contacted the State Bar of Arizona to complain about me (I'm an attorney). Unbelievable! How low this company will stoop knows no bounds. And remember, they have been paid in full by me -- I don't know what they're upset about, I'm sure they can use their dishwasher. Prior work on our irrigation system caused a breakage in our underground wiring for decorative yard lights. Despite a diligent attempt, the irrigation company could not locate the break. Using sophisticated equipment, Jose and his partner located the break and ascertained a more effective way to bypass the break and get our lights working with minimum digging in our yard. The work was done efficiently and at a reasonable price. I also noted that the work was done neatly and carefully.
