The work needed was replace an outlet, replace an indoor ceiling fan and replace an outdoor ceiling fan. He found several oddities. Mitch took care of all replacements easily. The price I thought was fair since he had to run wire from my light fixture to the middle of the room where I wanted the fan located. Cleaned up after the job couldn't even tell that he was there.
