I recently hired ReedCo Electric to do 2 pretty major jobs for me, one being installing a new circuit and 4 ceiling fan boxes in a rental unit as well as installing a brand new breaker panel and a 220v circuit for a mini-split system at our own home. Both jobs were done on time and to our complete satisfaction! Rosemarie the office coordinator was a real joy to work with, friendly and super communicative. Mike was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done correctly, to code, and that we had coordinated with APS and city inspectors so that the work was done quickly and all within 1 day. Everyone that worked on these 2 projects was friendly, pleasant, and more than willing to answer any questions and address any small issues making sure that in the end, the jobs were done to our complete satisfaction. No doubt in my mind that I'll be keeping their contact info and using them again in the future! As a landlord and a home owner, it's super important to have licensed contractors that you can rely on. And all in all, the folks at ReedCo are folks you can put your trust in! read more

Did not show up at the time window promised. In fact, didn't show up at all that day. Do yourself a favor and call another electrician to show up at the same time so you get a better chance of someone showing up. read more

Great experience! Efficient, on time, and good quality work. I recommend Reedco Electric.

Mike and Rose Marie went above and beyond! I ordered an over-the-range microwave from another company but it could not be installed because of the venting and an electrical need. When I called Reedco for this small electrical job, Mike also had me send pictures to help me figure out who to call for the ventilation problem (even though this wasn't an electrical issue) and coached me on some options. He truly cared about helping me out! They are just great people and will be using again. read more

Reedco did a great job in record time very satisfied. They came out on time with great energy. They completed the work in 15 mins

Wanted to send praise and a thank you to Tim at Reedco for their service and continued service in our community. My dad is a 99.5 year-old WWII veteran who lives independently in his home, he is just getting over radiation treatment and getting his appetite back for the first time 2 months. His refrigerator and microwave went out. He called Reedco Electric, a company he had never used before and got them booked. He then reached to me to let us know. Tim from Reedco attended quickly onsite & restored power to the refrigerator he also found that the microwave was completely dead and likely caused the circuit breaker to go off - which took out the fridge. Tim explained that Reedco loves to support veterans and the call out was on Reedco. Further more, Tim reached out to us and explained that he also loves to support veterans in the community and offered to buy my father a new microwave.  Upon delivering the microwave back to my dad, he accompanied the delivery with a great chicken dinner for him to enjoy. Tim & Reedco turned a very stressful afternoon into a labor of passion. read more

Very responsive and timely. We required new ballast on our fluorescent lights in the garage. He fixed those relatively quickly. We asked if he could also repair the fluorescent light in the master closet. Also we wanted him to place some timers for our outside lights. He fixed everything and was pleasant and professional. We would use them again for any electrical issues. read more

They installed our Tesla charger years back and have been great to work with on other projects as well.

The electrician installed a Lutron smart switch and and a regular switch. He offered advice on future upgrades. I was not told of the cost until after the job that the company had a 2 hours service call minimum. So to install one light switch was $414.00. This was surprising to me, would have been 5 stars but the fault is on the company. read more

I will be reporting this company on yelp, mapquest, the better bisiness bureau, and home advisor. I had a horrific experience with this company. The vice president came to my home and said theyd do anything to keep me from filling a complaint and would come with a crew and make everything right. He said there would be No Charge and they would do all the work that was not done. The owner came with two apprentices. I WAS told they didnt know how to work on the security system or the cabinet and couldnt install the pump on my waterfall correctly. They couldnt even set timers to go off on my cabinets that I furnished. They only did one thing I originally hired them to do. They did do other things they claimed wasnt right but not most of the things I was supposed to pay $727 to have done. They were supposed to come in a team of four and stay four hours but after three hours the owner who came with two apprentices who did the work he announced they had to leave. They left the house and one apprentice came back in. He asked if I was still going to dispute the charges because he was going to give me a sweet deal. I said youre not supposed to be charging me a thing. He said well can you sign just showing we did these things? I wrote this work was to be done for no charge etc. It is now five months later and I came across my credit card statement from the first date they came when I filed the dispute and refused to pay. This co.pany furnished fradulent paperwork to my bank with a signature not mine dated 4/28 to get paid the $727! I will also tell you I told Rosemary the secretary to charge my card $50 for the two apprentices and when the phone did not hang up I heard her calling her boss a jerk as he told her the electrician he sent already lost his ass doing the job and he wasnt giving the apprentices the extra money she promised me she give them. The electrician was nasty when he came and told me hed work for 6 hours but wanted 1000 for only working a few hours. After he left I discovered the work wasnt done properly and he had me in tears. Im 78 years old and just got out of the hospital. The ironic thing is I hired the owner because he seemed so nice and honest. read more

Jacob showed up and was professional from the start. He went over everything we wanted done and explained to us the best way to do everything. Once his apprentice, Jayden, arrived, they went to pick up a few parts and quickly got to work. Both Jayden and Jacob were professional and very polite. Both even acknowledging our autistic children who said hi to them at times instead of ignoring them as we've seen in the past with other people from other companies. After the work was done, both Jayden and Jacob made sure I was happy with everything and explained what they found in my garage which was a bit surprising. We wanted 4 sockets instead of 2 and the house was initially wired that way but never completed. When we have future electric work being needed, we definitely plan to call Reedco again! And a special thanks to Mike as well, who helped me over the phone a few weeks back when I couldn't figure out which GFCI popped. He guided me through it and helped me to figure out where there was a GFCI that I couldn't find. read more

Professional, quick response, honest, timely, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend.

This company came to my office to help me with some electrical work. I messaged them and received an immediate response. Scheduling the service was easy and the team worked with my schedule to make sure they can complete their work without me having to shut my office down during business hours for them to do so. They arrived timely, got straight to work, and did an amazing job while they were at it. The price was fair and the service was superb. I will certainly hire this company again when in need. read more

Beyond grateful that I found ReedCo Electric!! I'm a permanently disabled veteran and just bought a house with a pool which was an exciting moment for me, even though the water temp of the pool was 55°. I needed the pool to be heated so I could continue my water therapy exercises without acquiring hypothermia. I explained my needs regarding a heated pool, and that I'm not trying to throw a pool party or anything during my initial call with sweet RoseMarie. They literally dropped everything to help me when I informed them that I am a disabled veteran, and I need their help to continue my water therapy exercises! I can't thank the owner Michael and his sweet wife RoseMarie enough for figuring out how to fit my job in their busy schedule immediately. Tim arrived within a day or two to figure out a way for the water heater to have a plug in on the side of my house. It was a very complicated endeavor considering the materials and skills required. Tim, Michael. and RoseMarie were very generous with the quote offered. I am on a fixed income due to my disabilities, and there are no words that can express how much I appreciate their generosity. Derek arrived with another gentleman and they did a fabulous job installing everything within one day. Dereknwas very patient with me as he answered all of my many questions. They even cleaned up behind themselves when they accessed the attic. Everything has been working great for over 2 months now and it has been lovely to continue my physical therapy exercises in warm water! I am forever grateful and THANK YOU!!! TL:DR ~ ReedCo is an outstanding company to work with!! They literally dropped everything and worked hard to install a plug in for my pool water heater. The owner Michael and VP Tim made my job a high priority when they learned that I was a disabled veteran who needed the pool to be heated so I could continue my acquatic physical therapy exercises. I just bought the house and they were very generous with the quote offered for their outstanding and reliable work. I'll never go anywhere else for my electrical needs. THANK YOU read more

I was experiencing electrical issues in my kitchen. I had never called an electrician previously. I prayed God would lead me to the right company. Words cannot describe how thankful I was with the experience I had with this company. The young lady on the phone was exceptional. The guys that came out were so impressive. Jay ended up doing the work. Jay was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I would recommend Reedo to anyone. If you're looking for a pleasant experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for competency. Give them a call. read more

I called on a Friday afternoon and received a call by owner Mike within an hour. I was then scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. Derrick came out and added a timer to my porch lights, added a new GFI outlet to my laundry room, did troubleshoot to an outlet under sink and replaced a bad wire in my electric box. He was professional, and cleaned as he worked. He let me know what the choices were for all repairs. Bonus: veteran owned, bonded and insured. Price was amazing for the work he did. Finally, a job done right the first time! read more

Reedco did everything right. From appointment scheduling, to follow up after the job was completed. Our electrician was Wayman, and he was amazing. He even let my 8 year old watch his work. They were quick and efficient with our service changing our breaker! We had our breaker pop yesterday. The customer service is amazing and our technicians were awesome as well. The only reason for it being 4/5 stars is we weren't told the quote before repair. But they didn't charge us the full amount for that reason, so we are happy! Thank you Reedco Electric!!! read more

Great support from Mike Reed! His team was busy so he personally left the office to diagnose and fix a broken circuit at our house. There was a faulty outlet that took down a circuit, he replaced the outlet. Also, a previous electrician installed the wrong type of breaker in the panel so he swapped that out too. I couldn't be happier and more thankful for the quick turnaround time and help from Mike! Highly recommended, great business ethic, and a personable guy. Thanks Mike! read more

I can't say enough good things about the electricians that were sent to my house. Replaced my main breaker as well as did some Cleanup in the electrical box and they were very professional, on time, and just overall nice guys! I woke Saturday morning and noticed half of my kitchen was without electricity. I called ReedCo and spoke to Mike who was so gracious with me. He asked to do some troubleshooting with him prior to scheduling to come out. He mentioned that he'd like to save me money if he could do so. We talked through flipping the circuit breakers and the GFI. It actually was the GFI that when pushed, brought my electricity back on. He said it sometimes happens and it may need to be replaced but for now, it said I should be good. I could call back if felt I wanted it changed out. I absolutely will call him for any future work. I respect his business ethics. Thanks Mike! read more
