So happy I found REEDCO! We are in the process of slowly updating our house and live in the Scottsdale area. I am so happy with the work that Reedco did for me. I called yesterday at the end of the day, and Derek and Moses were here at 8:00 a.m. this morning to fix my external outlet. They identified an issue with the home builder's electrictian's work - Austin Electric, who installed an indoor outlet outside, and also left a part inside of the panelbox that could have causted an electrical fire. I had installed new Lutron Caseta Wireless switches throughout my house and had a pretty good job on most of them but in the laundry room I managed to break the connection to the garage and couldn't figure out how or why. I check the ground/common several times and they were good. So I reached out to several vendors (Eavenson, Super, and Apollo) but got the best responses REEDCO (specifically Michael). In the end another vendor upset me badly by telling he couldn't give me a quote because he could gauge how bad I had "jacked it up." Based on that I decided to check the garage and found that all the switches and outlets were all "hot". Turns out it was just "open neutral" which you can easily test with any $8.00 outlet tester. So I reconnected all the neutral cables in the swtich box and the garage came back online. In the end i didn't use REEDCO but I will not soon forget the level of professionalism shown to me throughout the process, and will definitely use them for my next electrical project. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Stood me up for FOUR days on a simple job to do a GFCI extension for my new hot tub. For four days, I rearranged my schedule for them. They always promised that they were coming - then never called with updates and I had to call them. Were not willing to go the extra mile - seemed like personal business was more important than their customers. I was in in a serious bind because of their disrespect and horrible costumer service, but luckily I found an electrician that actually wanted my business, came when he said he would, and everything is fine. I had a dryer cord that needed to be changed out from a three prong to four prong. I had the cord, but was hesitant to change it myself (or rather my husband was hesitant for me to change it. Ha). I contacted REEDCO and Mike was so kind as to fit me in that same day. I'm guessing electricians don't make their bread and butter by changing out dryer cords, but Mike was gracious enough to take the time out of his day to assist. REEDCO arrived promptly, worked hard to hang light fixtures in our home, and went the extra mile to do a thorough job.

This past Monday was my first experience with Reedco and can say with complete honesty this was hands down the best service I have received from an electrician during my lifetime. I used Home Depot referral service and Reedco was first to respond after my plumber diagnosed an electrical problem with my stacked washer/dryer. Michael sent me Derek, his apprentice Moises and Tim who is VP of Reedco. Derek did the work, Moises and Tim observed, assisted & went for parts. Within the 2 hour time frame Derek repaired my washer/dryer, repaired the wiring to one of my ceiling fan light fixtures (now both work perfect) and examined another ceiling fan & light not working at all and confirmed a blown motor which I suspected (thanks to me messing with it myself) or else he would have fixed that, too. Derek is the hardest working most diligent & efficient human being I have ever seen with the most meticulous attention to detail. There was no cutting corners or trying to make slightly off parts work. The clear priority was doing the job right and me being pleased. The cost was beyond reasonable and there were no games, attempts to upsell or surprise charges. Michael, Derek, Tim and Moises all treated me with enormous kindness and respect and it was a pleasure having them in my home. I am so happy to have found my electrician for life & wish companies for all services had their skill, integrity, knowledge, genuine concern and commitment to excellence.
