Having the skylights our in made an incredible difference! During the day it's bright enough that you don't need to turn on the light. I was a little torn about weather or not to get the living room one but very glad I did. Our living room had a lot of light already but this deco tipped it to where we never turn the lights on during the day. You can see a noticeable difference when the clouds block out the sun. The guys also did a great job figuring out where to put it so that the room will have nice even light.

We had 2 interior wall outlets that worked independently from the exterior light until Tap changed the timers. After 5 weeks they still have not corrected the issue.

They wanted to keep $1,500 and never once gave me an itemized breakdown, despite me asking twice -- and never showed me a single photo of the "partial" work they claimed. So I brought in two separate licensed HVAC companies. Both found no sign of any recent duct work. The ducts FOR called "beyond repair" got repaired for about $500 in one afternoon. It took a formal demand letter to get most of my money back. Document everything before you hand these folks a deposit.

A recessed outlet was supposed to be installed from a new attic junction box. They powered it from a switch 3 feet away without the attic junction box and without accessing the attic. Furthermore, they installed a regular outlet and not a recessed outlet. Less work was performed and the electrician verbally agreed a price reduction should occur. An outlet in the kitchen, adjacent to the garage, was supposed to have been cleaned up with 2 additional junction boxes. No additional junction boxes were installed. Electrician added longer pig-tails to power the outlet and screwed the dry wall removed from the opposite side (garage side). Less work was performed and the electrician verbally agreed a price reduction should occur. Existing conduit on the east side of the house was to be replaced with larger conduit. Existing conduit was not replaced. Less work was performed and the electrician verbally agreed a price reduction should occur. Our electrician stated that he must input the work performed into their system, it would be compared to the original work scope, and lead to a price adjustment. Upon receiving the invoice for the original work scope at the original price, we emailed Look Electric and their response was simply that they expect full payment. I called and spoke to Bo Bowman - who sent the email. He mentioned that he spoke to his electrician and the electrician stated he had no conversation with me about any cost reductions. The electrician lied. I stated that I intend to pay $3000 since that is a reflection of the work performed and he stated his people worked 32.5 hours when he scoped 32 hours and claimed he lost money on the job. I then stated that he needs to send men back to my home to complete the work quoted if I need to pay the full amount. He then threatened to place a lien on our home for less than $500. Residential customers BE WARNED not to get ripped off by Bo Bowman and Look Electric.
