The team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive - any questions were answered instantly. Quaility service is ongoing. It does not end with the inital installation. What stood out the most is how strongly they stand by their product. It gave me real confidence knowing they back their work and are committed to customer satisfaction. The installation process was smooth, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a reliable solar company that delivers both quality product and outstandfing service, I highly recommend Aneva Solar. ---Janet L - Goodyear AZ

Their warranty stood out immediately as being far superior to the others, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. What really set them apart was their full-service approach. They handled everything--from HOA approval and permitting to system design--making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Unlike other companies I spoke with that rely heavily on sales reps and subcontractors, Aneva completes all work in-house, which made a big difference to me. The installation team was outstanding--professional, polite, and very respectful of my home. They kept the work area clean throughout the process, and even went the extra mile in small ways (one of the installers even brought cookies for my dogs!). Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The installation quality, communication, and follow-up have all been excellent. I highly recommend Aneva Solar to anyone considering going solar.

He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. Beyond helpful and just honest and hardworking! They were super communicative dealing with scheduling and working with our busy schedule and planned vacation to help us get the system installed and up and running!!

It was great working directly with a project manager instead of a salesperson. Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

I was told upfront that I would still have an APS bill but it would depend on my usage and since I didn't pay cash, I have the financing bill on top of it. My bill dropped from hundreds per month to less than $30 per month (even in the summer). Sunsolar Solutions has saved me thousands of dollars over this past year. My bill for financing is equivalent to what my regular energy bill was in the winter before going Solar. So it's still a huge savings especially in the summer. My house is 1600 sq fr for reference and we have a Tesla battery. I truly believe my experience has been so positive due to this battery. It automatically kicks on during on peak hours so I don't have to worry about the energy bill while making dinner in the evening. It's truly been a blessing. One of our lights was acting up this week so my husband disconnected the power to try to fix it. The battery automatically kicked on so he had to disconnect the system to fully shut off the power. After he swapped the light he turned the power back on but forgot to turn the system back on. Within 24 hours Sunsolar Solutions was notified that my system was not connected and they had a service technician out the next morning. I did not need to call them. I had already realized the issue and turned it back on but they are on top of it and still had someone come out to troubleshoot and make sure it was running smoothly. The technician was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing. Great company all around. I've read the other reviews. The company reads all those reviews too and gets better every time. So the issues you read about from months ago, they're not issues anymore. If your system goes out and you don't realize, they already know and are sending someone out to fix it. Don't want to keep track of on peak/ off peak hours? They automate that so you don't have to even think about it. Want to know how much your system is producing? There's an app so you have track its output/input. They truly are the solution to solar energy.

If you are interested in solar, consider buying from the manufacturer and hiring someone to install. This company will rip you off. **To Val B: the information I provided above is not inaccurate. We purchased our solar fall 2021. Our first inverter broke spring 2022, followed by another broken inverter fall 2022. July 2025 a fuse went bad, followed by another broken inverter fall 2025 which was not caught by the monitoring service. If you are willing to spend ~$50000 and have broken equipment 4x in a four year period therefore missing out on 4-8 months worth of full power generation, then I would recommend this company. And this group messed up out installion so a new team from Arizona had to come and fix it? Better yet we learned that the Texas crew has made mistakes before, so we weren't the first ones. Did you know that after the fixed install another guy came out from their place found another issue which he fixed? Where you aware that the battery pack they sell (we didnt want Musk) they clearly do not know that it requires a piece inserted to get Maricopa County inspector to sign off? Who knew. Not us and clearly not them. Don't worry they had the piece the second time the inspector came out. For the final inspection sign off it was an added cluster. Ignore the times they give you because they are just hypothetical. Let's see 9 to 12 pm doesn't mean 2.45 pm. Where did these times come from? The cable guy does a better job. Bonus - Did the company ever call us to apologize for their ineptitude? Nope. We had to reach out to get them to give us a small refund. Which was pulling teeth. Don't fret though they send the bill faster than they finish the project, and we totally understand the inspector time-frames which are beyond OWE control, but for a company who strives excellence I make a small recommendation. Don't ever bring in the Texas crew to anyone in the area. I ask on behalf of the customers you supposedly care about. In Maricopa County.

He chose this company based on their amazing reviews even though I didn't feel comfortable at all since it wasn't a local company. Another deciding factor was the rebate we were supposed to have processed for our battery which would ultimately make it free. My husband dealt with Robert Healy (senior energy consultant) throughout the process and said he was extremely helpful and communicative. During installation, there was a lot of miscommunication in regards to what they said and what SCE told us, it almost felt like we were doing most of the leg work in processing everything. The installers would just show up whenever and although they were professional and polite, they would go missing for long periods of time while they took up all our garage space with the panels. They also had shut down our first system for a month which resulted in an outrageous electric bill for us. When I asked about that when they came back a month later, they said it shouldn't have been shut off and turned it back on. In almost a year since having the panels, we still paid a bill every single month with a supposed 125% coverage. We went back and forth between this company and SCE with NO solution or help. We were frustrated and were told that it's because the weather was overcast and the panels weren't getting enough sun and that's why we were stuck with a bill. Nearing a year later, we can't get a hold of anybody in regards to the battery rebate!! My husband has emailed and kept getting passed around over and over with now zero communication from this company. Robert emailed to tell my husband on January 5th 2022 that the rebate was being processed and it would go through by the 7th, that was the last we have heard on the rebate status and we have been ignored ever since. I don't know if all solar companies are like the two we have used, but it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We wouldn't recommend them at all!

I signed a contract with Zenernet for a solar panel installation in August of 2021, based on fantastic reviews for customer service and being rated as one of the best solar companies to work with. Additionally, Zenernet offered Tier 1 panels. We weren't planning to finance the system, so there were no issues with banks, etc. Our original estimated installation date was the week of November 22, 2021. After signing the contract with Zenernet and approving the final design, we were waiting for the permit to install the system from the city. It was taking a long time and our estimated install date came and passed. I had a Zenernet project manager calling me weekly to give me an update that amounted to "still waiting for the permit" for about 5 or 6 weeks until I decided to investigate myself. A five minute google search brought me to my city's permit website. I looked it up and the project permit was rejected by the city almost immediately after Zenernet filed it due to it being filed under the wrong category (it was filed under "electrical" instead of "solar"). I called Zenernet to tell them about the issue and they said that they had already fixed it and re-filed the application but I didn't see that on the permitting website. I looked a few hours after talking to Zenernet, and what do you know, there was a brand new application filed under the correct category. Oh well. Several weeks and months passed with various reasons for not making any progress. I got an email from Zenernet saying that I was being assigned a single project manager to be my single point of contact as several customers had complained about having to communicate with multiple contacts at Zenernet. I replied to the email, cc'ing my project manager, and got an auto reply email from them basically saying that they're too busy and will get back to me whenever they have time. I continued to get passed around from one rep to another for months until finally Zenernet informed me that the installer that they hired for my project indicated that I needed to do some landscaping work in front of where the inverter panel would be located, but they didn't have any information about what exactly needed to be done. We went back and forth on this for weeks until I asked to talk to the installer myself and was informed that the installer wasn't responding to requests for info from Zenernet. I told Zenernet that it appeared that the installer might need to be replaced if they won't respond to their requests and won't tell us what landscaping work needed done. Several weeks passed again and finally Zenernet informed me that they found an alternate installer who was more responsive. The new installer was on the ball and found issues with Zenernet's system drawings, etc and fixed their paperwork, essentially without being paid. The new installer ultimately fixed Zenernet's system plans, city permit application and submitted an application for interconnection with the electric grid. Meanwhile, Zenernet seemed to completely give up on managing the project. I heard nothing from them for weeks on end and my messages would often go unanswered or take weeks to get a response. The new installer got all the paperwork in order and (finally) scheduled an installation date (scheduled for early August 2022). When the installer went to Zenernet's warehouse to pick up all of the equipment the day before the installation, no one was there to get them the gear. They spent the entire morning and most of the afternoon just sitting there waiting for their equipment. They tried calling my project manager and the Zenernet CEO with no response. I did the same when the installer called me and told me what was happening and that they might need to reschedule. I also called every contact I had at Zenernet, including emailing the CEO and calling both his office and cell. Someone finally got them the equipment at the very end of the workday. We got the panels installed in early August 2022 and all that was left was to get connected to the grid. Meanwhile, Zenernet was emailing me "updates" about my project that were months old. I kept replying that the panels were installed and if they wanted to be helpful, they could work on getting our application for electrical grid connection approved. I never got a reply to that. I tracked down our interconnection application and walked it through the process myself and got connected. Later, I got another "update" from Zenernet and I told them the project was done but they didn't respond. Once they called the installer and realized they were done, they sent me the invoice for the final payment, saying they wouldn't help with the interconnection until I made the final payment. Continued in attached photo.

I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.
