    My electric bill.

    Here is an update 2 years after installing my 27 panels. Zero credits. I was told I wouldn't have an electric bill.

    I have NO CONFIDENCE the will show up on the 4/8 & have no choice but to take legal action for a $53,000 system that done nothing since 3/3!

    Do NOT go with this company. I have never experienced this kind of terrible and incompetent service from any company in my life. Full stop! From the start of the installation, where their techs wanted to run conduit under the front eaves of a home with large L shaped decorative wood under the eaves about every 8 feet; to their complete and utter destruction of the eaves saying they needed access to go into the attic. All of this right next to where a qualified electrician installed conduit for my EV charger in the garage and did not destroy the eaves to do it. It gets even worse. I am an engineer and I questioned some of the decisions and designs. I was told I would not have clipping - which is a point where the PV energy is higher than the inverter's capability to return the energy to the grid or to the home. This is a more pronounced effect on systems in the months leading up to and after summer solstice when the Sun is higher in the sky. It's basically solar panels on your roof that you've paid for that are doing absolutely nothing for you. I got clipping in January! They completely overutilized an 11.5 kW Powerwall 3 with over 15kW of PV arrays and put only 2kW of PV on a secondary 3.8kW inverter. This is total design incompetence. Furthermore, I informed them that they failed to even commission my secondary Tesla Solar Inverter when I realized it was off and was not doing anything; part of the reason I was not getting the full value out of the system I paid for! They did finally commission the secondary inverter about 3 weeks after PTO. In January, an entire string went offline consisting of 10 of my 43 panels or about 1/4 of the solar production. Multiple appointment messages were sent to me, and now in the hands of my attorney, where they scheduled to come out and fix the problem only to NO SHOW. No message. No call, just NO SHOW. I get a message either later in the day well beyond their scheduled arrival or the following day saying "You may have requested a change in your appointment time, so here's the new time!" Laughable! I wish I was joking. I have all of the messages and this is not a joke. Our World Energy finally did come out to address the bad string - on March 3, 2026! Their competent staff walked on my solar panels - literally walked in the middle of the panels - I have pictures for my attorney. I told the Our World Energy you don't walk in the middle of solar panels! It can produce micro cracks in the cells. He said he didn't know that. After my appointment on the 3rd where I had 75% production, they left me COMPLETELY INOPERATIVE!!! From 75% production to 0%! That's where my system is today. A $53,000 investment I am still paying for doing absolutely nothing for me. Three times since March 3rd they have scheduled to arrive to fix the system and THREE TIMES THEY HAVE NO SHOWED after I rearranged my schedule to be home when they said they would be there for the repairs. This is the most unprofessional, and incompetent company and organization you could ever do business with. Do NOT make the mistake of trusting the sales people. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Our World Energy!

    From the start--Over promised timelines and under delivered and this was salesman Cummins. This person set the company up for failure as it relates to customer service at start. Then there is never a project manager on site, all email or text and many times so delayed the people come and go and they are not aware, and each person who comes out doesn't know what the plan is or what the others did and many mistakes have been made by the independent contractors employed by Our World Energy. Slowly with the new project manager Khalid it is getting addressed which is appreciated for the early issues that no one else would address. I have went through 3 project managers and this last one Khalid is a good one, not on site but he communicates, 8/10 stars for him. Logan is a local tech who we got later in project and he is Excellent 10/10 stars for him as he responds almost immediately when it counts. Sad I didn't get these guys till 7 months into project; btw that salesman who sold me this mess said would be 6-8 week project. This recent rain storm on Tuesday had our kitchen ceiling falling down... woke up to this at 6am Wednesday due to the solar install because the installers broke over 100 tiles with install and obviously tore the protective paper when removing tiles and it's proof by this event they did not replace or seal the paper on roof, or would not be leaking. I just don't trust all these contractors and with no onsite project manager here to supervise this is what u get. Now I have a leaking roof, and if Tech Logan was not local and takes great pride in his work we would not be getting any response until Monday of next week as this is when they can send a roofer. How is this acceptable? I text Logan at 6am and he literally responded within minutes...Logan saw the leak and got up in our ceiling, our attic and on the roof to document issue and made our kitchen usable... cleaned up like a professional and placed a temp patch of drywall until the company could respond. He did so much more and hard to explain.. it is just excellent 10/10 service. Now having to wait for a roofer and our project manager(who has been good so don't get me wrong) can't get anyone out this week and not till next week?? So when it rains I will have more damage ?? This isn't acceptable!! I had no roof issues ever and the issue caused by company and soonest response is Monday of next week!! Meanwhile the risk of more damage to my home compiles if there is another storm. I regret signing on the dotted line for solar... it has literally been a nightmare project and so many issues that I can't even document them all or u would be reading for days!

He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. It was great working directly with a project manager instead of a salesperson. Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.
