I'm going to give you a special insider tip from a customer who learned the hard way that you want to avoid this company. Did you know they can bring in installer team from Texas? And this group messed up out installion so a new team from Arizona had to come and fix it? Better yet we learned that the Texas crew has made mistakes before, so we weren't the first ones. Did you know that after the fixed install another guy came out from their place found another issue which he fixed? Where you aware that the battery pack they sell (we didnt want Musk) they clearly do not know that it requires a piece inserted to get Maricopa County inspector to sign off? Who knew. Not us and clearly not them. Don't worry they had the piece the second time the inspector came out. For the final inspection sign off it was an added cluster. Ignore the times they give you because they are just hypothetical. Let's see 9 to 12 pm doesn't mean 2.45 pm. Where did these times come from? The cable guy does a better job. Bonus - Did the company ever call us to apologize for their ineptitude? Nope. We had to reach out to get them to give us a small refund. Which was pulling teeth. Don't fret though they send the bill faster than they finish the project, and we totally understand the inspector time-frames which are beyond OWE control, but for a company who strives excellence I make a small recommendation. The salesperson sure did tell us how great of an investment this would be and why their company is best but lied flat out to our faces. Told us we'd get a check from OWE for the first two months to offset the loan payment for the panels so we aren't "paying twice" for energy from SRP and for the panels while we start to generate power. No, we didn't think to get this in writing and learned our lesson. When we called and spoke with a supervisor, he knew exactly what was told to us before we said it and then said that if we didn't get something in writing it won't hold up. Essentially admitting he knows about the dishonest sales practices of his salespeople and refusing to make it right. In fact, they've ghosted us for over a month when we demanded to speak to a manager. We've been charged our highest winter bill from SRP for similar energy usage despite having the panels. When we reviewed why with SRP, we learned (now another SRP agent misguided us initially so this part isn't completely on OWE) how much of our generated energy we were wasting by selling back to SRP. The OWE agent said that we would just be storing up our energy at SRP and buying extra... the entire process was intentionally misleading. Additionally, he said we'd be getting enough panels to provide 110% of our energy needs based on our previous year usage with SRP. We are only generating about half right now, though I know winter is a bit different with shorter and more overcast days . We will see how short this pans out in the summer but I definitely do not expect close to that promise in generated energy. Now, we had intended to buy solar but had not yet done any research prior to this meeting as it came on spontaneously. Since we were interested, we agreed expecting to hear him out and not buy. But with the tax incentives changing and the timeline presented, we felt that moment was the best time to buy. Do NOT go with this company. I have never experienced this kind of terrible and incompetent service from any company in my life. Full stop! From the start of the installation, where their techs wanted to run conduit under the front eaves of a home with large L shaped decorative wood under the eaves about every 8 feet; to their complete and utter destruction of the eaves saying they needed access to go into the attic. All of this right next to where a qualified electrician installed conduit for my EV charger in the garage and did not destroy the eaves to do it. It gets even worse. I am an engineer and I questioned some of the decisions and designs. I was told I would not have clipping - which is a point where the PV energy is higher than the inverter's capability to return the energy to the grid or to the home. This is a more pronounced effect on systems in the months leading up to and after summer solstice when the Sun is higher in the sky. It's basically solar panels on your roof that you've paid for that are doing absolutely nothing for you. I got clipping in January! They completely overutilized an 11.5 kW Powerwall 3 with over 15kW of PV arrays and put only 2kW of PV on a secondary 3.8kW inverter. This is total design incompetence. Furthermore, I informed them that they failed to even commission my secondary Tesla Solar Inverter when I realized it was off and was not doing anything; part of the reason I was not getting the full value out of the system I paid for! They did finally commission the secondary inverter about 3 weeks after PTO. In January, an entire string went offline consisting of 10 of my 43 panels or about 1/4 of the solar production. Multiple appointment messages were sent to me, and now in the hands of my attorney, where they scheduled to come out and fix the problem only to NO SHOW. No message. No call, just NO SHOW. I get a message either later in the day well beyond their scheduled arrival or the following day saying "You may have requested a change in your appointment time, so here's the new time!" Laughable! I wish I was joking. I have all of the messages and this is not a joke. Our World Energy finally did come out to address the bad string - on March 3, 2026! Their competent staff walked on my solar panels - literally walked in the middle of the panels - I have pictures for my attorney. I told the Our World Energy you don't walk in the middle of solar panels! It can produce micro cracks in the cells. He said he didn't know that. After my appointment on the 3rd where I had 75% production, they left me COMPLETELY INOPERATIVE!!! From 75% production to 0%! That's where my system is today. A $53,000 investment I am still paying for doing absolutely nothing for me. Three times since March 3rd they have scheduled to arrive to fix the system and THREE TIMES THEY HAVE NO SHOWED after I rearranged my schedule to be home when they said they would be there for the repairs. This is the most unprofessional, and incompetent company and organization you could ever do business with. Do NOT make the mistake of trusting the sales people. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Our World Energy! read more

Glad Our World Energy stopped by our house and informed us about a missing component for our existing solar energy system that could help us become more self reliant. The process has been smooth from the proposal review to getting our battery installed and Eds has been awesome from the start, asking how I preferred to receive updates and the frequency so I stay updated on our project. There was a small hiccup with some crossed wires that happened on a weekend, but the on-call tech, the sales rep, and Eds were great getting everything resolved as quickly as possible. This company scammed my father and started installing panels last year (2025). My father passed away in June and I have been lied to, hung up on, and harassed by this company. I haven't seen the contract my father signed, I'm paying his bills and there is clearly no savings, and I feel helpless! I want these panels removed, and I want to be done dealing with this company. From the start--Over promised timelines and under delivered and this was salesman Cummins. This person set the company up for failure as it relates to customer service at start. Then there is never a project manager on site, all email or text and many times so delayed the people come and go and they are not aware, and each person who comes out doesn't know what the plan is or what the others did and many mistakes have been made by the independent contractors employed by Our World Energy. Slowly with the new project manager Khalid it is getting addressed which is appreciated for the early issues that no one else would address. I have went through 3 project managers and this last one Khalid is a good one, not on site but he communicates, 8/10 stars for him. Logan is a local tech who we got later in project and he is Excellent 10/10 stars for him as he responds almost immediately when it counts. Sad I didn't get these guys till 7 months into project; btw that salesman who sold me this mess said would be 6-8 week project. This recent rain storm on Tuesday had our kitchen ceiling falling down... woke up to this at 6am Wednesday due to the solar install because the installers broke over 100 tiles with install and obviously tore the protective paper when removing tiles and it's proof by this event they did not replace or seal the paper on roof, or would not be leaking. I just don't trust all these contractors and with no onsite project manager here to supervise this is what u get. Now I have a leaking roof, and if Tech Logan was not local and takes great pride in his work we would not be getting any response until Monday of next week as this is when they can send a roofer. How is this acceptable? I text Logan at 6am and he literally responded within minutes...Logan saw the leak and got up in our ceiling, our attic and on the roof to document issue and made our kitchen usable... cleaned up like a professional and placed a temp patch of drywall until the company could respond. He did so much more and hard to explain.. it is just excellent 10/10 service. Now having to wait for a roofer and our project manager(who has been good so don't get me wrong) can't get anyone out this week and not till next week?? So when it rains I will have more damage ?? This isn't acceptable!! I had no roof issues ever and the issue caused by company and soonest response is Monday of next week!! Meanwhile the risk of more damage to my home compiles if there is another storm. I regret signing on the dotted line for solar... it has literally been a nightmare project and so many issues that I can't even document them all or u would be reading for days! read more

Our new solar system just came online and I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Our World Energy. Every step of the process was just amazing. It all started when I posted on reddit asking about quotes received from other solar companies. I received a response from u/TucsonSolarAdvisor, who offered to discuss my questions in DMs. They were incredibly helpful, answering lots and LOTS of my questions with zero pressure to buy anything. I eventually asked and started the quoting process for a system through Our World Energy. After accepting the quote, things moved quickly. I was put in touch with Nikki, who did an amazing job keeping me informed every step of the way, even remembering to touch-base on a weekly basis when we were just waiting for the local utility company to complete their steps. The longest part of the process was easily the local utility company. It took more than 3 months from when the panels were up until Xcel finally approved everything and the system could be turned on. Nikki kept us updated the whole time, including when to expect visits from xcel or OWE techs as they worked through final inspections and adjustments. My only critical feedback for OWE is their payment process. At this point, every company should have simple and secure methods of taking electronic payments with no added fees. That said, OWE was happy to wait for a check to come through the mail and never pressured me on payment due dates. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with the entire process and the result. While waiting for the system to come online, Xcel announced a 10% rate increase, which cut my estimated investment recovery time by a full year. I'd highly recommend Our World Energy to anyone looking to avoid skyrocketing energy costs. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. I have been attempting to get this project finished in my house going on 5 months now, and all I've gotten is mistakes, excuses, and no shows. I have called and asked to speak to a Program Manager level or higher as I was done with attempting to address my frustrations with some 22 year old "Project Lead" who is incompetent. Nope, didn't happen. Either that is all they have, or they gatekeep you from speaking to anyone higher. My patience has reached its end. If Our World Energy fails to get my expensive Tesla Powerwall up and fully operational by this weeks end, I will be placing a stop work order on this project and contacting an attorney. X (Twitter) where I have a strong presence will be my next stop to vent my frustrations if this is not finished by weeks end. Our World Energy (OWE) provided on several occasions misleading information concerning the financial responsibilities I would have after the installation of Solar Panels and a Tesla Battery on my home. In March 2025 OWE sales man, Thomas, was in our home and a sales meeting proceeded. During this meeting we were given the benefits of this company's product (Solar Panels and Tesla Battery). We were assured repeatedly that the loan payment facilitated by OWE with Dividend Financial (DF) would be our only concern. Specific items that were spoken misleadingly include: Financial Responsibility we would undertake. The lack of responsibility OWE took in their salesman's "misrepresentation". The amount of principle the loan payment would be covering. Further financial responsibility that would still be due to our non-solar energy provided, SRP. OWE installed and successfully transitioned our home to solar panels and battery June 2, 2025. I was told by Thomas that payments would not be due to DF until 60 days after service was activated. On June 24, 2025 our first automatic payment was charged. I contacted OWE customer service concerning the payment discrepancy, they informed me I was misinformed and the 60 days began at contract signing. When discussing financial difficulties with Thomas before any documents were signed he assured me that the panels would cover the cost of the payments. On June 24, 2025, I was charged by SRP service and energy fees nearing what I was already paying pre-solar. I was told by Thomas that he was not responsible for SRPs fees. He said "eventually" the buy-back program SRP offered would compensate for the fees. None of this was discussed during the sales meeting. The payment plan I was offered by Dividend was for "interest only". This is a fixed payment so additional payments can not be made to the Principle of the balance, unless renegotiations occurred. This was also not addressed during sales discussions. read more

Hi, you can not understand the frustration I have with this company, I will give 0 stars, my proyect is not finish and I have a bunch of questions and they do not want to answer any of my calls, they just want emails when they don't even answer my questions, they just said what they want to said (sign, sign and sign) when they are making a lot of mistakes and they are not respecting what we talk with the seller ISAAC MORGAN, so EVA VALENCIA and SOFIA OLGUÍN are the proyect Manager and I'm not receiving any treat from them as a Managers they are not resolving any of the problems. I been calling to the open line for customer service and they just past my report to them but they don't act like a customer service, they answer and listen to me very nicely but no resolving problems. We all ready have panels and we pay for them but for same reason they stop producing (by SRP ) so 2 days later ISAAK MORGAN was in my house and he said is going to start taking care the problem from my panels if we add more from his company (OUR WORLD ENERGY) what we think it was awesome and we start talking about it, and also he said he is going to get a 10 dlls discount ( as you know this Montly payment increase every year. So when he give me the discount he come to my house so we can sign in front of him. And we was opening the document and signing right away, naw with the documents in paper because I request them to EVA VALENCIA ,and naw I know everything is a lie. After that signature, with out appointment they show up to my house to install the panels, ( I never received a blueprint of the panels layout ) so I told them I do not want In front of my house. They said the production is going to be lower about 6.5 % if they move them. (I told them if I will know this since the first I will not sign any thing with them) So this is when the problem started, ISAAK MORGAN never again answered any phone call and I been changed manager like 3 times. Naw they said if I don't sign by tomorrow 4-03-26 I will have to pay 5000 because they move the panels, because they did as a courtesy for me!!! ( when they did the mistake in my property not me) So naw: -THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE MY PANELS TOGETHER WITH THEYR PANELS. - THE PRICE IS THE SAME ( no discount) - No warranty on my roof where they removed the panels and we still have Same spikes in my roof. - the also promise I'm not going to revive a bill from SRP and if I do I will have to pay and let them know so they can reimburse me the money. All the equipment is installed they are just waiting for my last signatures to finish and they are putting a lot of pressure on me, I do not feel confident with this company and the way I been treated, naw I'm thinking in the future if any more issues come a cross. read more

This process has been a TOTAL FAILURE. The initial design included removal of old panels, partial roof replacement, installation of new system and battery. Initial APS application was delayed for approx 5 mos because application had wrong address, wrong placement etc. Received a call from OWE, they are replacing the current project manager with a new one. Then the system was installed but battery would not talk to system. An 8 hour service call but of course there is weeks of waiting. Then the system connect to the fuse box was botched and a new panel had to be installed. More weeks. Then there was a leak under the panels into the carport. The discussion went back and forth between roofing company and OWE as to who caused the rooftop damage. OWE decided to send out their own repairman but still leaking. Now the roofing company comes back out to find out exactly were the roof is leaking. I think it was at least 4 months for OWE to accept responsibility for the damage. They decided to remove the panels. Weeks wait. The panels were off for over a month. Then of course more weeks/month before they decided to schedule the repair of the roof tiles. Now more weeks have elapsed and they took down the sheetrock and insulation in the carport roof. Oh no- BLACK MOLD!! due to MONTHs of water logged insulation and sheetrock. They came out and took down some insulation but left others and sprayed a solution on the visible areas but did not remove the fiberglass to completely treat all areas. I called a mold removal company to have them evaluate the situation. I forwarded the evaluation to OWE. OWE came out now removed all the sheetrock and insulation. I received a call last week from the OWE service center, they are going to use the professional mold removal company-- only they have not contacted them yet! Then of course the treatment has to cure/set and then I will have to most assuredly repeatedly call OWE to finish the repair. I checked today. Calls and calls and still no movement on the mold treatment. Wonder how long I will have to wait for the carport to be fully repaired. One could only hope for some resolution to this issue. Maybe the contractors' board can help. read more

Last year I purchased my first house, and realizing I live in a perpetually sunny place, decided to do the solar thing. From the very first conversation I had with my rep, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything like some companies. Whoever I talked to, in person or otherwise, showed respect and empathy, holding my hand through the entire process. The crew that came to install the panels were well-mannered and I could tell they loved what they do. They were quick as well! We look for companies who will uphold the standards of customer service, and these folks are the gold standard! Kat, Noemi, Caleb, and others whose names I don't recall, but you know who you are, are what being nice is about! We are nearing completion of our installation, and have been happy with everything so far. Our sales rep, Haiapo, is friendly and not pushy at all - very helpful, patient, and responsive! Our coordinator, Eds, has been very attentive, proactive, and provides timely follow-up. The only reason we rated 4 instead of 5 is because the price originally included upgrading to a higher amp panel which would give us some breathing room for additional circuits. Aftet the site visit, the engineers estimated it would cost 5X more than what we contracted for. But, they offered several options, including the ability to cancel without penalty, and we found a middle ground to work with and chose to move forward, and so far, we have been happy with that decision. read more

Do not use this company. Met with sales rep in January. It is now December and system is still not working. Installers were horrible. Placed panels in the wrong position and had to come back and move them. Company messed up paperwork that was submitted to aps which made it take longer to get approval. Once approved the system didn't work. Company said they'll refund me payments and aps bills and never got it. Wanted them to remove everything since it was broken they said it will cost me money to remove system. Bird netting is terrible. Birds duck under it. Manager I talked to said "this isn't the first time I heard these complaints and we are trying to do some internal reconstruction." Horrible horrible experience. read more

Go with a local company that actually treats you like a person. I spent $26k on a system that doesn't work for me. The salesman pushy and says "yes" to everything then in the end the system doesn't work. I've had 4 electricians out here to look at the panel they installed and all 4 say it isn't right. Our World Energy was fantastic from start to finish. They coordinated everything--financing, installing a new roof, and then installing the solar panels exactly where I approved them on the roof. Ed's our project coordinator, kept us well informed and explained the whole process. The whole process was efficient and well organized, and every person I worked with was friendly and professional. The workmanship was high-quality, and I've been extremely happy with the final result. I've already been telling my neighbors about them. Our World Energy - Solar Installation Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Started my home solar journey back in June 2025 with Our World Energy. It started with the sales rep Joe Parkinson. He was friendly and got me a good price. I was then handed over to my project coordinator Arra Nathalie Diaz. This is. When things started taking a turn for the worse. Nathalie, couldn't get information correct on the solar proposal, and could not effectively and efficiently communicate with me. I contacted Joe about my issues informing him that I was going to cancel my purchase unless he fixed things. We ended that call, and he later called me back saying that he took care of things and due to the problems I was dealing with they would credit me 4 months of payments. Fast forward I to today, 10/9/2025 my solar is up and producing. I still haven't received my 4 months rebate. OWE still has not finished painting conduit ran exterior of the house, and they left broken roof tiles. I have tried to get ahold of Arra, and any one else for that matter. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. And if you do, it wont be your Project Coordinator, and if it is they are next to useless in actually getting anything taken care of. OWE will not take care of anything that I as the customer am concerned about, they just care about closing a sale and washing their hands. STAY FAR AWAY from Our World Energy. read more

We just recently had our roof replaced. When Our World Energy sent their people to have the solar panels taken off they broke one of the panels. We contacted Our World Energy to inform them immediately, with a picture of the broken panel. They told us they were checking the situation. We didn't hear anything back until they came to reinstall the panels. They put all the panels back up, including the broken one, and then proceeded to tell us it was already broken when the technicians took it down. This is not true! First off, putting up a broken panel is a fire hazard. Second, they broke it and should have replaced the panel, which they are refusing to do. read more
