The crew arrived on time, was professional, and completed the work cleanly. Noemi helped us throughout the process and was incredibly helpful, making sure everything stayed on track. The system has been up and running for a short time now and seems to be working exactly as it should. Because the installation is so recent, it's still too early to judge the long-term performance and determine if it will meet our economic goals. However, based on the customer service and installation quality so far, we are happy with the service we received.

Dave used to work for the company that installed my system, but is now one of the owners of Sunny Energy RX. I reached out to him with some questions, and he answered right away. Every once in a while, I have questions about my system or things it does, and Dave is always available to answer my questions and give me advice. He is under no obligation to help me out, but always does. He is always friendly, professional, and gets back to me quickly. I wanted to sign up for the monitoring service they have (one less thing for me to worry about). Unfortunately, they do not support my system yet (they are working on it, though), but Dave said that he will check on it from time to time on his own, just to help me out! Wow! It's great to know that there is a company that will assist us, diagnose problems, and do repairs for those of us who had our installers go out of business. It's a service that is greatly needed for many people. I highly recommend Sunny Energy RX!

My project manager will reply if I email her directly, but otherwise I receive no proactive updates about progress or next steps. When the field crews finish for the day, they just leave without saying a word. I've been left with panels unscrewed, wide open, and conduit scattered around my yard. Most recently, the electrical crew assured me everything would be finished and turned on--but once again, it wasn't, and no explanation was provided. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. I went into this wanting to recommend them to coworkers with new builds, but now I'm warning people to stay away.

It's common sense and comes off as cheap and lazy to not address this out of the gate. I now have a several months-out appointment to get this installed. In the past 2 weeks I have had 4 dead birds fall out onto the side yard and clear damages I'm hoping gets cleaned up prior to the netting install. All of this could be avoided with a thorough company that took pride in their work. Scott Czosnyka was my rep and I could not say enough good things about him. An excellent guy who is great at what he does. It was a pleasure working with him.
