Without turning this into a saga, I'd like to thank Christian Lanham for his work on our roof. As well as Melanie, Kelsea, Katlien and Koryn. First I tried the homebuilders company I've used them before but this time, they just wouldn't coordinate with the Solar Company or respond well to me. The wind probably caused Solar and Vent problems, last December water began leaking into the house below the Solar panel area. Molly Rushing at Sun Run Customer Care had Titan do their part, they were great too. I told Molly how frustrated I was with the homebuilders roofing company, she referred me to Reimagine Roofing in Phoenix. Right after I called them Christian texted, with his picture and asking when he could set up a time to inspect, inside and out. Reimagine coordinated panel removal, the roof was reinspected repairs made and panels reinstalled. Christian was great to work with and he responded quickly to my calls, coordinating our schedules. He diagnosed a problem with the Pipe and O'hagen vents. And explained in detail that these vents were only nailed in place, never sealed with mastic this left them vulnerable to wind damage, gaps were forming between the flashing and the roof. In a heavy driving rain could come in and damage the ceiling Several of my neighbors have visibly damaged vents and tiles from past windstorms. I'll pass the word about Reimagine roofing. Christian is bright and energetic he worked quickly professionally when he was at our home. I hope to see him working on our neighbors' roofs soon. The rest of the staff that I worked, Melanie, Kelsea, Katlien and Koryn. were always helpful and I really thank them for actually getting my roof fixed. read more

Contract was signed for 3 kitchen bay windows on 3/21/26. Job was completed on 7/7/26. Haven the salesmen said it would take 6 weeks, since the 2 smaller windows needed to be ordered. Called at 6 weeks and was told the windows were order 3 weeks ago. Called over 20 times and told me someone would call. Never received any call backs. How do these people sleep at time? Installation started on June 17th. Installer never tested windows. Ben, the contractor came when job was completed on 6/19th. The 2 small windows did not remain open and was told the tracks were missing. June 24th a window tech came and agreed the tracks were missing and took pictures. With a few more visits to get the right tracks and installation was completed on July 7th. There was always an excuse from "NON" Reimagine blaming the window manufacturer or window installers. The window installers were great. PLEASE LISTEN, do not hire them. It was a very frustrating process. Hasn't rain in Arizona yet, so don't know if they leak. read more

Empty promises. Promised that my siding would be replaced in 1-2 days, it took 4 weeks. Terrible communication. No quality checks, had to point out problems and remind them to pick up the old siding. Bad experience. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Not only does it take multiple phone calls/texts to get ant type of answer, they don't show up on time for an estimate - if at all. In January 2024, Reimagine Roofing was scheduled to replace the roof on my investment property. Unfortunately, the crew left roofing materials outside in freezing temperatures, which damaged them. They attempted to convince me to proceed with the compromised materials, assuring me the warranty would cover any issues. I firmly declined and insisted on new, undamaged materials--which they claimed to provide. The project took significantly longer than promised, but was eventually completed. Six months later, I hired an independent roofer to inspect the work because I had lingering concerns about the company's trustworthiness. The roofer confirmed my fears, stating that the roof appeared to be roughly 10 years old, though no immediate repairs were required at that time. In May 2025, I personally visited the property and noticed shingles lifting off the roof. I promptly contacted Reimagine Roofing to file a warranty claim and sent them photos of the damage. They downplayed the issue and vaguely promised repairs, but never followed up with a detailed plan or timeline. Since then, I've experienced ongoing issues: ignored calls, missed appointments, broken promises, and rude, dismissive behavior from their staff. I've spent hours trying to reach their VP, who is consistently unavailable. The only time I received a callback was after I threatened legal action, and even then, it was relayed through a salesperson. This delay has become critical--I am unable to list my property during peak selling season due to the unresolved roof issues. I paid $14,000 in full for this roof, and the level of service I've received is completely unacceptable. This company has shown a pattern of dishonesty, poor communication, and failure to honor their warranty. I have already filed a claim with BBB. Even after that, they show no care whatsoever. I am now considering legal action as the next step. It's been months and they still have not confirmed a time when my roof will be repaired. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIFIC AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Another reviewer referred to these guys as a clown car, and I couldn't agree more. Reimagine replaced our roof on June 2, 2023, in Atlanta. Our solar panel company contracted with them to replace the roof, which is a good idea if the roof is aging because you don't want to replace a roof after the solar panels have been installed. By January of 2024, the roof began leaking while still under warranty. We immediately contacted Reimagine, who sent out someone to repair the roof. The following month, during a hard rain, the roof began leaking again in the same place, and so we reached out to Reimagine a second time. This time, Reimagine sent out a "supervisor", who assured us that the roof would not leak anymore. By July, however, the roof started leaking again in the original place as well as a new place. On July 8, we reached out to Reimagine a third time. This time, however, no one even called us back. While waiting for Reimagine to return our phone call, the rain kept coming, causing more damage to our ceiling as well as the roof. We called again on July 23, demanding to speak to someone who could help us. We spoke to Jade, then Anthony. Anthony said he would get back to us, but he never did. We informed Reimagine that we would be reporting them to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Better Business Bureau. I should mention that this roof cost us $27,115.00--a significant investment. We just wanted a roof that didn't leak. We didn't think that was too much to ask. So, we hired a reputable local roofing company to conduct a comprehensive roof inspection, which they completed on August 5. They found numerous problems with the roof: Sealant Issues: o Box Vents, HVAC Stacks, and Power Vents: § Original sealants on the fasteners of these components were not replaced during the roof installation. § Clear silicone or caulk has been applied over the original sealants. § The newly applied sealant is not bonding properly and is not adhering to the shingles. This could lead to potential leaks and further damage if not addressed. Flashing Concerns: o Brick Wall, Chimney, and Dormer Areas: § In all three areas, the old flashing from the original roof was reused during the new shingle installation. § The reused step flashing shows significant weathering and old sealant, indicating it was not replaced. § The old step flashing is too short and does not meet current standards for adequate coverage. Recommendation: Replace any step flashing that is less than 3 inches with 4 x 4 step flashing to ensure proper protection and adherence to current roofing standards. Recommendations: * Sealant Replacement: o Remove the failing clear silicone or caulk from the box vents, HVAC stacks, and power vents. o Reapply appropriate roofing sealant that will bond correctly and adhere to the shingles. * Flashing Replacement: o Replace the old, weathered step flashing in the brick wall, chimney, and dormer areas. o Ensure that the new flashing is at least 4 x 4 in size to provide adequate coverage and prevent future leaks. Obviously, Reimagine did a horrible job with our roof replacement. The roof inspectors estimated the total cost of repairs to be $4,240.00. Because our roof was continuing to leak in two separate places every time it rained, and because Reimagine was still not responding, we decided to move forward with these repairs. When we sent Reimagine the invoice, they countered that we had voided the warranty because we let someone else complete the roof repairs! You really can't make this stuff up. At this point, we hired an attorney, who informed us that because this company is located in Arizona, we would have to take them to small claims court in Arizona. Keep in mind that both my wife and I have full-time jobs and are full-time parents, so our time to work the Arizona legal system was limited. On October 16, our attorney sent Reimagine the roof inspectors' report and informed them that they needed to settle our claim for $4,240.00 and stop stonewalling us. The clown car finally stopped careening down the hill, and we just received a check for $4,240.00, of which we paid almost half to our attorney. But it was worth it! Bottom line: don't trust Reimagine with your roofing; otherwise, you'll be reimagining some leaks you never expected. If you live outside Arizona, you are especially vulnerable to this predation. Reimagine Roofing sure has lived up to the best and beyond imaginable for us. We had an ugly scary roof problem hanging over our heads for too long. Our low slope fiber SIP 1960s roof cathedraluzed to a handwidth of our ceiling could take no further damage and needed perfect finished edge and tlc. It didn't leak ( miraculously perhaps) but was crumbling from the edges from a couple makefix fascia redos. - we were a job no one wanted. But then came Eric the OG Reimaginator, thoroughly owning this roof over our family's head and the majority of this buildings enclosure- and showed this problem who's BOSS!!! Not only did he QC and PM, but Eric earned my glimmer of hope and trust by sitting and sketching and talking and figuring options for me extensively before beginning. Could it be true someone could see and embrace the fabrication, coordination, the actual connectors , the new, the old, the knowns and the unknowns? And all my driving questions? Would it pay to Reimagine my nightmare roof? YEP.. Eric, the OG Reimaginator could and did handle all that, the sketch session made later moments of bump so much less sketchy, or not sketchy at all! Eric's foresight was on point. Eric fully grasped that devilish tiny detail of is there or is there not proper slope on the eave for my kind of roof. which is everything. My contractor neighbor called me and said "those guys worked all day crafting and sculpting the entire eave slope edge to make sure it worked. I have roof envy." My neighbor has the same kind of roof and knows too well how a reroof or maintenance can look good but still pond at the very edge and put you in deeper long term trouble. Who will take ownership beyond just one trade? For one detsil? Eric. I so loved the value management Eric discussed way ahead about what parts of the roof were performing or not, prioritizing core functions as essential, and so got us to the best bang for the buck strategy- in terms of structural integrity and energy efficiency. and then made sure that strategy became a best outcome reality for us. All with so incredibly little stress even facing a surprise or two! This company owned this responsibility, so I won big. Eric got us there with great communication updates and responses - start to finish and everything in between) Hard to imagine -Can there be a better team than Reimagine Roofing with Eric? Eric was the Boss QC, PM, and insightful foresightful OG Reimaginator through the whole process! Eric- and ReImagine Roofing, Jeff and the whole group- please know we are so so thankful! We sit out back looking at that crisp fascia ( exact right color by the way) and ask- did that really just happen? Maybe I'm gushy, but seriously: My roof and fascia now look great and ARE great- AND- Thanks to Eric - my biggest, most looming homecare issue has been- incredibly-- THE easiest, least stressful, most peace of mind throughout construction experience that has EVER happened on my house! I would like to give Reimaging Roofing a big zero. In January 2024, I paid them $25,000 for a new roof. Since then, I've experienced three separate leaks in the exact same spot. When the first leak happened, I scheduled an appointment--they never showed. I called back multiple times, left messages, and heard nothing. After seven calls and weeks of being ignored, I finally reached a manager who came out and simply slapped on some caulking. Then came another snowstorm, and the roof leaked again. I went through the same frustrating runaround just trying to get them to show up. The second visit? They spent maybe 10 minutes on it and left. Fast forward several months--another storm, another leak in the same spot. I was beyond frustrated. When I called again, I asked to speak to an executive. I was told he wasn't in the office yet as I called at 9am, but Noah, the person who answered, promised he'd have him call me when he arrived. That was 2:30 p.m.--no call. I followed up, and Noah said the executive was in a meeting and would call me afterward. Again, no call. I finally had to involve my home insurance due to water damage these leaks were causing. Reimagine took my $25K and gave me a 10-year warranty that's essentially worthless, because they don't stand by their work. I rarely write reviews, but the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and basic decency from Reimagine Roofing is absolutely unacceptable. No one should have to go through this. read more

The roofing side of the company was good except the demo crew was found with an empty case of beer bottles and one of the crew fell thru the roof. Brian and the team handled it quickly and said that demo crew would never work for them again. The metal roof turned out amazing and withstood a horrendous hail storm which demolished several surrounding homes, walls, and even my own personal travel trailer. My problem with the company is the solar side. Dustin is horrible at communicating and I have been trying to get a faulty inverter replaced on a single solar panel for approximately 6 months. Also when installing the solar I asked them to angle the panels to get the maximum effect and the crew said they would. When they installed the solar I wasn't home and when I returned the panels were flat. When I spoke to the team about it I got no response. So all said and done, use them for roofing but avoid them for solar!!! Update... 1.5 years later and they still have not repaired my solar panel. I have called multiple times and they say they will get back to me. This is a solar panel that is under warranty. This company will take your money and yes, they will do the job, but not to your specifications or even as they promise, and they will run and you will never hear back from them. You have a warranty issue and they do nothing about it. Avoid this company and go with someone else. read more

This roofing job was a 24 foot concrete slab and an canopy entry to a High End Home in Vail AZ. Matt Danley was the lead welder on-sight. As the home owner, I have appreciated working with Matt on site. Matt has the experience to look at concrete footers and adapt the plan to a successful conclusion. The final product will be viewed many friends and associates in the million dollar category. These guys are a clown car. I got a quote for a copper roof, made a down-payment, and three months later was still waiting. Every time I called, I got some BS, like you're on the schedule for the 31st, which of course came and went. After all that, they tell me they need to come out and measure the roof and order the copper. This is close to four months later. Stay away from these guys. read more

We had several issues with a certain solar company (rhymes with FunNun) causing multiple issues with the integrity of our home, but Reimagine was incredibly responsive, diligent, and timely. Do NOT use this company. i paid for a roof recoating and two new skylights. roof started to bubble after a year, skylights had to be replaced and when they were replaced, they leaked constantly causing damage to the drywall in my bathroom. It took six months of me following up to get someone out here to make repairs and replace skylights. I now have emails, text messages and face to face conversation where several different people from the company stated they would make sure to reimburse me for the drywall repairs needed from the skylights leaking. Once I submitted all the photos of the damage and repairs and a copy of my check paying for the new drywall, no one will return my calls or answer my emails and I have not been reimbursed. they will not even respond to the Better business Bureau who is also trying to help me get my refund. read more

He did a very thorough inspection, patched my leak at a GREAT price, and gave me some really helpful info for when it comes time to replace the whole roof (it's now a bit over 20 years old). He also showed me, through multiple pictures, how a previous company that came to inspect it very clearly lied to me about what I needed. We had been wanting to add a carport to 'match' our existing canopies, which were custom-built over 15 years ago. It was difficult to find anyone interested in a smaller project that had a specific look. We came across Reimagine Roofing at the Maricopa Home Show, where they displayed a storyboard with pictures of something pretty close to what we wanted. Met with Tom Ferrari (great guy!), got a quote and contracted with them. Ryan and Levi were the craftsmen who came to build our carport. They took the time and made the effort to not just come close, but went the extra mile to duplicate our existing structure even though it was probably a bit more 'custom' than we originally talked about. I want to start off by saying that we had such a hard time trying to find the right company to do our roof. This has been two years in the works and just high hopes that our roof wouldn't give out during monsoon season. Starting from our first phone call and quote with Derek, everything seemed like a perfect fit. He was friendly and super understanding about all our struggles with trying to get work done. We had quite a few estimates and no company ever felt right or they just tried to press our insurance company and ghosted us when it didn't work. We agreed to go with Reimagine Roofing right away because of Derek's personable and knowledgeable consult. (The price was also fantastic!) After that everything went extremely smooth. Reimagine has a great staff and we were never left out of the loop. The next person to contact me, and stayed in contact through the whole project, was Leah. She helped us with picking shingle colors and scheduling the work. She sent us picture updates as well as daily check-ins as the project progressed. We also had a site project manager, named Lenwood. He was very friendly and made sure to address any concerns through out the days they were there. The whole roof was done within about two and a half days.
