Pricewise, from the companies we interviewed, Tacheny was in the upper mid-range. One of the reasons we opted to go with them is we have Solar panels and they have their own Solar contractors to remove the panels. That saved us about 2K based on pricing from Solar companies that do the same work. There were a couple of issues we noticed after the initial roof repair was completed. We talked to our site manager, Mahkobi, and he looked over the areas of concern and got those fixed. The drywall repair was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. Even though we had to address some of the roofing issues, I felt the office and site manager kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company for any exterior work you might need on your home.

After doing our homework and getting several estimates, we chose Weather-Tite. We were initially told the project would take five days, but it ended up taking fourteen. Throughout the process, my husband had to closely supervise the work due to repeated mistakes by the installer. Many issues had to be identified and corrected by us rather than the crew. The installer, Hector appeared to lack experience with homes that have replacement windows like ours. At one point, he suggested removing the windows entirely, which was unnecessary. My husband had to step in and explain how to properly complete the work without doing so. There were multiple workmanship concerns, including: Gaps that were improperly addressed with excessive caulking Cleanup that we ultimately had to handle ourselves, including nails and debris Significant issues with the upstairs portion of the project An outdoor electrical outlet that was trimmed incorrectly, preventing a cover from being installed (my husband had to fix this himself) Damage to our screen door, which required us to push for proper compensation The installer even left our job during the project to provide an estimate to a neighbor Kaleb, our salesperson, was responsive and consistently came out to verify concerns and help resolve issues. We truly appreciate his efforts and professionalism during a very frustrating process. Unfortunately, our experience with Brock, the project manager, was very different. His communication was dismissive and at times disrespectful toward my husband, despite the clear and ongoing issues with the work. Rather than acknowledging the problems, he seemed to defend the crew's performance. My advice to you Brock is go to your website and retract your quotes. Because customer satisfaction is clearly not your top priority! While we are ultimately satisfied with the finished appearance of our home, the process to get there was extremely stressful. PAL Painting floated to the top based on their Yelp rating and their competetive bid and also being local to our location in Chandler. Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. Adam, Nevada, along with Bernie the job foreman, and the rest of the crew, did outstanding and professional work completing the job very timely. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed. Nevada assessed the issue and quoted a very reasonable fix and completed the fix along with his son, and now our roof looks and functions better and we are ready for anything the monsoon season throws at us. The final bill was exactly as quoted. We could not be happier with the work performed and the house looks great! Highly recommended!
