What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. I requested a change to the underlayment, which Jordon indicated was no problem and verbally let me know what the price difference would be but did take a little bit to get the official updated quote. Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again.
