Cameron came out the next day and surveyed my roof and adjusted some of my tiles that had been displaced because of some microbursts we had the previous week. He didn't even charge me for his quick effort. We greatly appreciate him. read more

I discovered a leak after our storm a few weeks back. The service provided was excellent, although scheduling required approximately a three-week lead time. The repair was completed efficiently, and the work area was left clean. As a first-time client for roof repair, I found their explanations to be comprehensive and highly recommend their services to anyone requiring similar repairs. read more

I had an outstanding experience with First Response Roofing and couldn't recommend them more highly. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional--quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful during a very time-sensitive situation. I reached out on the very last day of my home inspection period after my inspector recommended a licensed roofer take a closer look at a few questionable areas. First Response Roofing came through immediately, making time when I really needed it most. The service technician, Cameron, was absolutely fantastic! He was thorough, professional, and incredibly patient--taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer feels heard and confident! Their inspection was detailed and gave me real peace of mind moving forward with my home purchase. If you're looking for a roofing company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond, this is the one to call. Thank you again to Cameron and the entire team! read more

Competent and Efficient with Best Pricing Yelp reviews brought me to First Response Roofing. Making the appointment with Evelyn (owner) for an inspection by Cameron introduced me to their exceptional courtesy and good product knowledge. Detailed results of the inspection with optional pricing was received the same day as the inspection via email. Together, their presentation and pricing convinced me to select this company over two other bids from well-reviewed companies. My very positive impressions carried forward throughout the process to replace shingles on my house, an 8' x 10' custom shed, and the bonus - a large, custom doghouse. Their four-man crew worked quickly, confidently and congenially. Matt (Production Manager) and Geoff (Project Supervisor) went beyond the extra mile to provide a wonderful, customized solution to my concerns over the appearance of the new chimney cap. I am very well pleased and comforted with knowing that I have connected with a solid, small company that truly demonstrates a commitment to presenting a well polished service. read more

If I had a roof leak, First Response Roofing would be the company I would choose. I contacted the company because of roof leaking concerns from faint ceiling stain. The stain was noted in a Buyers Inspection Report during a home sale. A tech was dispatched promptly and arrived on time. Despite noting the ceiling stain did not look like a water leak, Brandon made a thorough inspection of the entire roof. A full report was sent with pictures of the tiles & underlayment that confirmed the roof was in excellent condition. read more

I reached out on social media looking for someone to inspect my roof after the monsoons, and First Response Roofing came highly recommended by numerous people. They were also the only company that actually followed through and came out when they said they would. Geoff was fantastic--friendly, communicative, and professional. He took care of my loose tiles quickly and explained everything clearly. What really stood out was how personable and easy he was to work with--he was not only thorough but also cordial and funny, which made the whole process stress-free. He even suggested I reach out again next year around this same time so he can recheck my roof and make sure everything is in good shape. It's rare these days to find a company that delivers on its word and provides such great customer service. First Response Roofing absolutely has a repeat customer in me, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work or inspections. read more

This is our second time using First Response Roofing. Found a roofing piece in our yard after the latest storm and wasn't sure if it was from our house or not. I also thought I saw a cracked tile, but it was hard to tell from ground level. Evelyn promptly answered my call and set up an appointment to have Geoff come take a look. He texted about 15 minutes before his arrival and included his picture so I knew who to expect. He was exceptional! Told him the concerns about the roof plus a gutter area where water was overflowing during downpours. He walked and inspected the entire roof, found where the piece we had found belonged and put it back in place. He checked the gutters, making sure they were level and free of debris and made sure the area of concern looked like it was functioning correctly. Explained why the the spot was likely just getting overwhelmed during our downpours. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and provided very helpful info. Hopefully we won't need a roofer again until our underlayment needs to be replaced - but if and when we do, this will be the company we go to. By the way, they will come out and inspect for free - and if there's anything minor they can fix while they are there, there is no charge. Amazing! read more

Excellent service! They came out to do the work within a week of the request. When they arrived, they went to the roof, did the work, and left without bothering us at all. The price was amazing. We had a bid for over $2100. from another company and First Response did the work for less than 1/3 of the price. I highly recommend this company. read more

Regarding our interaction with First Response Roofing. We couldn't be happier. From the initial call where someone answered and was very helpful with questions and scheduling, to the roof tech that first txtd that he was in route and his approx arrival time and a pic of himself so we knew who to look for. All were helpful, courteous, and professional! Cameron showed up as scheduled and explained the process, what he would be doing, etc. We had to be inside so he told us no problem, and txtd when he was finished and discussed his findings when done. He was very clear that we didn't have any issues that needed repair and what little he did find he easily corrected - at no charge. He then told us what to look out for to prevent future roofing issues. Honestly we were a little shocked that nothing was found or that we didn't have to pay for something. We have complete trust in these guys! The yelp ratings are consistent with our experience. If you need a roofer, these guys are worth a call! read more

They were responsive, professional, on time and super helpful. Geoff was fantastic and helped to troubleshoot without any pressure or hard sales pitch. In fact he suggested we take a very conservative approach to our issue as opposed to recommending immediate repair and/or replacement of our roof. I will keep them on my speed dial. read more

Geoff and Evelyn are wonderful to work with. I had to have the roof over my patio replaced because of all of the rain we had this past summer/fall. Geoff certainly know his way around a roof. When Geoff came out to give me an estimate, he also inspected my entire roof and gave me an estimate to replace tiles and clean the areas where debris had collected. I love the way that I don't have to be home. Geoff just climbs up and gets the job done. Since I can not get up there to see the completed work, Geoff takes detailed photos of before and after so I can see his attention to detail. First Response Roofing is very reasonably priced and guarantees their work. First Response Roofing will be my roofer when the time comes to replace it. I highly recommend First response Roofing. read more

We just had First Response out for our tile roof that was hit with a microburst recently. Kaiden arrived right on time and got busy accessing the damage. We were fortunate that only 5 tiles were broken, but many many more were displaced, including one of the roof vents. In a little more than a couple hours he had everything back in place including replacing the broken tiles with spares that we had. Upon completion he the informed me that there would be no charge! Not sure that would happen for free for everyone else with a job like this but he did it for us on this one. Customer for life for us now, I can see why they were so highly rated at 5 stars. read more

I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me. From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company! They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal! They completed the job in only a few hours and now no more leaks through the roof! I will be using First Reaponse for all my roofing needs on all my properties! read more

I was concerned about a leak I saw in my ceiling. I reached out to a couple places to get a quote. First Response Roofing reached out to me quickly and came over to take a look. They gave a very detailed report of their findings with pictures, and a fair quote. When it came to the actual repair, they were quick and efficient. They also provided pictures of the repairs they made. Overall, a great company that I'll recommend to others. read more

We'd had a couple of tiles slip a few inches out of place and figured to have the roof inspected while getting that repaired. Geoff came out to give us a free estimate, arriving on time, and decided those tiles were easy enough to fix right then. Then he did a quick look-see of our roof, and gave us a recommendation for another company to fix the biggest issue--pigeons and their crap--explaining that we should hold off on an official roof inspection until that issue is dealt with and cleaned up. In other words, for free(!), Geoff fixed our immediate problem, gave recommendations, and saved us money. We'll definitely be using Geoff and First Response Roofing again once we're done with the pigeon clean up for any roofing issues! read more

First Response was one of our bidders for a job to reconnect our dryer vent in the attic. While that sounds like a simple task, it truly was not. It involved removing a section of the roofing and plywood sheets to pinpoint a complex roof/attic area that was inaccessible from the interior attic. From the initial visit right through the last moment on site for completion of the work, this job went so smoothly. Geoff was very knowledgeable about the situation. He accurately pinpointed the area to be removed without causing any waste in effort or materials. He coordinated the HVAC contractor who needed to arrive same day to make the reconnection before they could close up the roof. The job went so well and we are back in business and to code! They were the only bidder on this job who offered to coordinate the HVAC portion of the work so it could all be done same day without leaving a gaping penetration into the home. Can't say enough good about Geoff and his employees, as well as the office staff and payment processing. Quality of work, communication, efficiency - all superb! They even gave us a quote to consider for a complete reroof of our 20 year old home. Although we decided not to reroof at this time, their quote was very competitive with others received. Do not hesitate to contact First Response Roofing for your next job! You will not be disappointed! read more

I reached out to First Response here through Yelp, and got a response within the hour. I was able to quickly get an evaluation scheduled. Of the several quotes I got, First Response came back the cheapest. Jake was also really helpful in explaining what the issue was on the roof, and how they would repair it. Turns out I needed the entire underlayment replaced. Birds pooped, poop piled up, caused water not to drain, water damaged underlayment, hello roof leak. (Thanks pigeons). Once I confirmed and made the deposit, I got scheduled within 2 weeks. They showed up early that day and worked on roof without even needing me to be present. All in all, it was a pleasant experience working with First Response, and I got my roof repaired at the best price I could get. Happy to recommend! read more

first response, my ass!!!!! let's be real,, last response roofing....... took 4 weeks to complete a couple hour project. also,,,, why are you threatening the customer with a lien on the first billing of the balance.... what world are you operating in???.. i warn my neighbors to stay clear of this company..... they may be good roofers, but they lack any tact and business common sense. stay clear. read more

First Response has completed several repairs for me in the past with great results. This time they did about a quarter of my whole roof. The work was completed on time and as expected. Where First Response excels is in their communication and timeliness. The Foreman, Garrett, was outstanding and their office personnel were magnificent. The Cleanup was fine as well. I have to blow the patio a bit, but I can't expect them to pick up every little chip of debris. Well done! These folks are highly recommended, and their pricing is reasonable. I've had other companies over the 25 years I've been here. These folks are the best. Jim L. read more

After dealing with another company that made a repair to my roof that didn't work. I found this company on Yelp and they had a g guarantee that I liked. After meeting with the Sales Technician,I was very confident that he figured out where the leak was coming from and even pointed out mistakes that the previous company did. The cost was double the price from the last guy but that was expected. The office staff was very responsive and answered all my questions. The workers sent me pictures after the work was complete. I'm not a fan of the 3% card charge for paying with a card but overall I am pleased. I am just praying that it is finally fixed because I will be replacing drywall inside the house now. read more

First response roofing lives up to their name. We were having a random leak last year during a storm and they were quick to come out and solve the problem for us and were honest that our roof was in poor condition but that they could patch it for us. A few months later we had a leak in another area and they provided us an honest quote for a new roof without trying to upsell us. They were quick and efficient making having to get a new roof as painless as possible. The workers were respectful while on property and did a great job cleaning up after ourselves. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof maintenance or a whole new roof. read more

Jake found the problem in 5 minutes. Was an easy repair. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with this roofing company. Rather than have multiple quotes, I went through reviews on Yelp and chose them. They were reasonably priced, responsive and finished in two days on a roof replacement rather than three. Definitely recommend them. read more

Finding a company you trust can be difficult, however, after my short interaction with FRR, I have a roofing company I feel confident that I can trust going forward. They answered their phone (amazing how this is so difficult) and scheduled someone to be at my house the NEXT MORNING! After spending nearly an hour with me on the patio roof for my FREE consultation, it was determined the roof was not the issue. Spending that time with me and being honest about the issue (at no charge) is just unheard of these days. Since they wouldn't take any money, I wanted to make it's known these folks are the real deal when it comes to service and trust. Make the appointment and you won't be disappointed! My husband and I needed a few things repaired on our roof, such as some loose and cracked tiles and cracked mortar. We found First Response Roofing and they came and gave us a free estimate. Geoff came and was very informative about what he found and what it would take to fix everything. He followed up with pictures of everything, as well. The estimate was very reasonable. We were able to get scheduled within two weeks and they showed up and did everything that was listed on the estimate. When finished, they sent us several pictures to show what they had done and we are very pleased with their workmanship. I recently cast a net on Yelp using the 'Project' feature in order to get some quotes for some roof maintenance on my house. First Response was not only one of the first to respond, but the best with communication, pricing, and timing of the service. At all points during the process I was kept advised of what was happening and when (which mattered a lot to me since I wouldn't be able to be present when work was being done), and the follow-up information and pictures provided after the work was completed gave me piece of mind. After loosing several roof tiles due to a storm, I contacted several roofing companies on Yelp and found that First Response Roofing was not only very thorough in assessing the repair work needed and detailed in their quote to replace the tiles, but also less expensive than the other quotes we received. Geoff was the upmost professional when we requested to see if there was a leak in our roof. He throughly assessed our roof and found no leak. He could've easily taken us down a path to fix something but insisted there was nothing wrong. We were concerned because our house is nearly 20 years old and all of our neighbors are getting new roofs. He even went into detail of the type of roofing we have and let us know our roof had an additional 10 years of life on it. Geoff is honest and we appreciate that these days. He also showed up on time and called to confirm when he was coming. If your looking for a company that is reliable and honest, you've come to the right place! read more
