Lior came out to give me an estimate to repair some broken and loose tiles on my roof. I believe he gave me a fair estimate for the work, and was going to include some additional minor fixes. However, he also offered a more robust maintenance considering it had been several years since the roof was worked on, and provided clear and easy to understand quotes for both options. I ended up going with the more robust maintenance, which included cleaning large parts of the roof, replacing some additional broken tiles, and fixing some mortar damage. He was honest about the condition of the roof in general, which I appreciated - it was in good condition, and did not need replacing, but needed some TLC. Communication was good overall - we texted quite a bit back and forth so I knew what was going on. They got me on the schedule quickly after I paid the deposit, and sent lots of pictures of the work once it was complete to ensure I knew what was done. I would certainly use them again. read more

We contacted a few businesses to get quotes on getting the flashing and openings in our roof sealed to prevent water damage. The owner responded right away and was very responsive to my questions. He scheduled a visit to inspect the roof and give us a quote within a quick turn around, and sent the quote right away. It was more than I was expecting to pay but less than the other quotes, so we confirmed and he sent me a DocuSign agreement that same day, and sent me info to pay the 50% deposit to get the work done. We thought it was unusual to require a deposit before the work could be scheduled but I went ahead and paid it. When we spoke about scheduling the work, he said it would be the next week between Monday and Thursday. I assumed that meant he would follow up to let me know the specific date and time once he had it scheduled, but Monday the worker just showed up with no advance notice. This caught my partner by surprise and kept him from being able to do what he had planned for that morning. The work was completed quickly and it looks like they did a great job, so overall we're happy with the job. Our only complaint is not getting any confirmation on when to expect the work to be done and not getting any notice before they showed up. read more
