I had minor damage to my tiled roof, called Tip Top to arrange an inspection. Appointment was arranged for the next day -- Nick assessed the roof damage, along with other areas throughout the roof -- a comprehensive roof assessment and repair. Roof work was completed within a few days, at a reasonable cost. The owner, Lior was helpful with billing and payment. read more

Tip Top Roofing is a life saver! We came into our business after a rainstorm and found standing water in the building. We new that with the possibility of more storms we needed to get a handle on where the water came from and what we needed to do to address it. I went online to look for a roofing company and found Tip Top. I was so pleased when I called them. They were onsite within three hours to complete an inspection, and quickly identified several issues that needed to be addressed. It is so hard to find great customer service these days, and I was thrilled by the service they provided. IF you need a reliable, professional roofer, I highly recommend you give Tip Top Roofing Service a call. read more

I found Tip Top Roofing on Yelp. I did not use the option to connect with them through the Yelp portal for an estimate, but like the feature. My company asked me to reach out and have the property inspected, especially after we had a previous roofing company misquote us and fail to do the work properly. Lior, the owner, personally came out to inspect the roof, and I can't say enough about how helpful and honest he was. After feeling like we had been taken advantage of by the previous company, it was such a relief to have someone take the time to thoroughly look at the situation and give us an honest assessment. What stood out to me most was his integrity. It's hard to find people you can truly trust, especially when dealing with costly repairs and situations where you don't always know who is giving you the right information. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, helpful, and, most importantly, honest, I would definitely recommend Tip Top Roofing. Lior gave us peace of mind, and that alone is priceless! read more

Best price, best materials, best customer service, excellent workmanship. The best roofing contractor in town. We got 4 quotes to replace our 25-year-old 3,300 SF two-story roof. We went with Tip Top Roofing, using premium materials (Tile Seal), at the same or lower cost than the other companies quoting regular 40-lb. underlayment. From the beginning to the end, customer service was impeccable. The crew thoroughly cleaned up every day and worked hard. Every evening, Yav sent us photos of the day's work and made sure we were happy. Roofs are expensive; we're glad we chose Tip Top based on Yelp reviews and would recommend them to anyone : ) read more

I requested a quote for a flat roof repair and recoat. Lior reached out to me directly, and the next day came to give me an estimate. I had already had 2 or 3 other companies give me quotes with stuff I asked not to be included and told what I needed. I was honest and direct with what I needed, and Lior *Listened* and quoted me under my budget and with higher quality materials. The job was complete within two days, and I won't have to think about it again for years. I am extremely pleased with this work - and especially working with Tip Top Roofing Service :) read more

I confirm with great enthusiasm that my experience with Tip Top Roofing has been beyond excellent. From initial consultation to completion of project, everything has been flawless. I don't think I've ever seen such hard-working people working on a project and who took immense pride in the work and cleaning up after themselves. Particularly noteworthy was the excellent communication. Never a delay in responding to my text or emails or phone calls and constant update with pictures and text was the norm. The proposal was much more thorough than other companies with a very similar price. This is excellence at its finest. Tip Top Roofing should be a model for other companies on how they conduct themselves and complete their work and promises with utmost professionalism . A job super well done and that I will likely recommend to others without any hesitation.! So glad I found Tip Tp roofing and I trust you will be too ! read more

100% would recommend Lior and his team. Lior (the business owner) was timely, professional, and transparent. He showed up for a free inspection within 24 hours, and showed me pictures of damage done to my roof. He answered all of my questions honestly and professionally. He provided me with two options for service, and Lior provided pros and cons to each choice. This was nice as it did give us a sense of choice, based on what the roof needed and what we could afford. When we ultimately chose to use Lior's team for the roof repairs, the document signing was quick and easy. He was accessible and responsive during the entire process which put my wife and I at ease, as we are first time home owners. The day of the project was also pain free, I asked if I could come up on the roof with him and he showed me where all the work would need to be done. He took several pictures before and after all the work was completed, which he promptly shared with me via text. I will definitely be working with Lior and his team in the future. read more

What's the difference in who you choose to replace your roof? In our case, we got a bid from a reputable company that had done a previous repair on our roof, but we about fell through the floor! Then we called Tip Top Roofing and Nior, the owner, came out on a Sunday for a bid. We chose Tip Top - same high quality materials, they were ready to start right away, incredible work team, everything up to code, complete yard clean up each day. What was the difference? $20,000 LESS than the "big guys." Do yourself a favor and call Tip Top for any roofing needs! read more
