Jordon was great to deal with - friendly, trustworthy, and competent. Since we were getting multiple quotes, it was a week or two before deciding on Copper West (price, reviews from neighbors that had previously used them), and after a slight delay, we received the quote. I requested a change to the underlayment, which Jordon indicated was no problem and verbally let me know what the price difference would be but did take a little bit to get the official updated quote. Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again. read more

Haven't used these people full disclosure, but it's completely asinine that people are allowed to leave a 1 star review because a roofing company is too busy to give an estimate in July which by the way is one of the busiest months for roofers due to monsoon season storm damage. I reported that review and for good reason as it's not a reflection on the capabilities of the company in question, merely a scheduling incompatibility but apparently it was already reported by another user and a moderator felt it was okay to leave up. Two thumbs down to Yelp on this one, a little common sense goes a long way. While it won't undo the 1-star, I think if you look at this companies litany of reviews against the bad ones you'll probably find they're a reputable company. Reviewers......Bad reviews in the 1-2 star range should be reserved for bad EXPERIENCES with the companies services directly. Not because they're unable to give you an estimate. I would not personally use this company again, nor can I confidently recommend them based on our experience. Pros -Jordon was consistently kind, respectful, and easy to work with. -Despite recent heavy rain, we have not seen any visible leaks in the roof, which we appreciate. Cons -We ultimately had to file a complaint with the ROC in order to have the job completed correctly. This has since been resolved. -The initial workmanship was below expectations and did not meet code requirements. -After the fascia was replaced, some stucco was damaged. Jordon repaired the damage, but the house and fascia boards require painting to fully restore the area. FYI (learned this from the ROC inspector)- -Roofers are not typically responsible for painting fascia boards, so be prepared for that additional expense unless it is clearly included in your contract. read more

I needed the underlayment on my roof replaced so I contacted five companies that have high ratings on Yelp to get quotes. Copper West Roofing had the best price with a really good warranty... 20 years. I also talked with Jordan, the owner, to address questions and concerns I had before signing a contract. They started the job the following week and completed it in 2 days. That's amazing considering my roof is about 2,100 square feet with several gables and ridges. I am very happy with quality of their work. After the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up all of the surrounding areas including my next door neighbor's yard. Recent wind storms had blown off several shingles from the "ridge vent" that runs along the top of my roof. I called CopperWest Roofing late in the day, Jordon answered and he said he could come out the next morning to look at it. The next morning after inspecting, he said he could repair the ridge vent the very next day and for a very reasonable amount. Jordon came by to do a roof inspection for us. When we bought the house we were told it would need a new laminate but we have been putting it off for 5 years. We were expecting the full gambit of quotes, but jordon went up and looked at our roof and gave an honest, small town friend opinion. It was showing some signs of aging but that we had at least another monsoon season or two to start planning on it. It was honestly refreshing to be given an honest quote of what to expect, but not be sold on something we didn't need yet. Had a total underlayment replacement and roof repairs done on a large tile roof home which was built in 2004. Jordon was great to work with and his team was outstanding. I had two tiles fall off my roof and I contacted Jordan to have them replaced. He immediately returned my message and was able to secure the replacement tiles very quickly. The tiles were falling off my roof randomly because of the monsoons. Luckily none fell on my cars. I called 3 roofing companies the next morning which I left messages for all 3. Needed a re-tile and new underlayment. Received very competitive quote and decided to go with CopperWest Roofing. I went with the Roofing Foil as my underlayment in order to reduce heat in the home. The roofers came out and did most of the work in 2 days. There were some minor things that were missed and I reported them to Jordan. Jordan was very helpful and came out to patch up a small hole in the front of the house where a part of the roof sticks out above a window. He also painted it and made sure it looked right. My neighbors were very impressed with the speed and quality of the work! I chose Copper West to replace my underlayment after getting 4 different quotes. Their quote was competitive, and they offered a few more options than others. One option was an insulating radiant underlayment that is supposed to save on cooling costs and keep the garage cooler, which is what I went with. I used Jordan and Copper West Roofing to re-roof my rental property. They did a great job getting it done in a timely fashion. There was an issue where a water pipe, from the recently completed, whole house repipe was punctured as a result of the roofing activity. The fault lied with the plumbers who did the repipe because they did not properly secure it to a rafter and away from the roof. But Jordan did not shy away from the issue. He called me immediately to alert me about the leak. I was able to get the pipe repaired and properly secured so that it wouldn't happen again. But Jordan went above and beyond and even though it wasn't his fault gave me a credit to offset some of the drywall repair work that needed to be done. He even gave me a good contact for the drywall repair. Most other contractors would have just walked away saying it wasn't their fault that the pipe was not properly secured. After the last rainfall, my ceiling woke me up by drooling on my face. After a few choice words and the retrieval of a very large bucket, I began my relatively short search for a roofer. Once I found the amazing reviews on here and on google for Copper West Roofing, I gave them a call. I left a message, and Jordan called me back not long after. I texted him my name and address and he came out for a quote. He texted me pictures from my roof of the culprit, and sent me a (very reasonable) estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the estimate and we set up a date for the repairs. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he wasn't able to make the first appointment, but texted me to let me know. No big deal. When he got here today, he didn't waste any time, he got straight to work and sent me more photos from atop my humble abode.
