I don't write a lot of reviews, but CopperWest Roofing definitely earned this one. Our 25 year old tile roof house was overdue for replacement of the underlayment, so I started searching for a local roofing company for quotes. I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing. read more

Jordon was great to deal with - friendly, trustworthy, and competent. Since we were getting multiple quotes, it was a week or two before deciding on Copper West (price, reviews from neighbors that had previously used them), and after a slight delay, we received the quote. I requested a change to the underlayment, which Jordon indicated was no problem and verbally let me know what the price difference would be but did take a little bit to get the official updated quote. Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again. read more

Haven't used these people full disclosure, but it's completely asinine that people are allowed to leave a 1 star review because a roofing company is too busy to give an estimate in July which by the way is one of the busiest months for roofers due to monsoon season storm damage. I reported that review and for good reason as it's not a reflection on the capabilities of the company in question, merely a scheduling incompatibility but apparently it was already reported by another user and a moderator felt it was okay to leave up. Two thumbs down to Yelp on this one, a little common sense goes a long way. While it won't undo the 1-star, I think if you look at this companies litany of reviews against the bad ones you'll probably find they're a reputable company. Reviewers......Bad reviews in the 1-2 star range should be reserved for bad EXPERIENCES with the companies services directly. Not because they're unable to give you an estimate. Keep in mind the weight these reviews have on company's long term. read more

I would not personally use this company again, nor can I confidently recommend them based on our experience. Pros -Jordon was consistently kind, respectful, and easy to work with. -Despite recent heavy rain, we have not seen any visible leaks in the roof, which we appreciate. Cons -We ultimately had to file a complaint with the ROC in order to have the job completed correctly. This has since been resolved. -The initial workmanship was below expectations and did not meet code requirements. -After the fascia was replaced, some stucco was damaged. Jordon repaired the damage, but the house and fascia boards require painting to fully restore the area. FYI (learned this from the ROC inspector)- -Roofers are not typically responsible for painting fascia boards, so be prepared for that additional expense unless it is clearly included in your contract. read more

We could not be happier with the work done by Jordon and his team. We had them install a new shingle roof on our home in May 25'. They were efficient, did a good clean up afterwards, and their pricing was fair. I would strongly recommend Copper West Roofing if you are considering any roof work. One of the other things I was impressed by was their communication and the owner checked on the job site a number of times. read more

5-star Plus! We are very pleased with the Copper West Roofing experience and the quality of the work. Jordan answers his phone/responds very quickly when called and is a great communicator. He even took pictures of sections of our roof and sent to us via phone. He's very knowledgeable and communicates well with his roofing crew. The crew is hardworking, efficient, and did a great job! Great value, reasonable price. We appreciate having quality work being done on our home. Thank you Jordan and crew! read more

I needed the underlayment on my roof replaced so I contacted five companies that have high ratings on Yelp to get quotes. Copper West Roofing had the best price with a really good warranty... 20 years. I also talked with Jordan, the owner, to address questions and concerns I had before signing a contract. They started the job the following week and completed it in 2 days. That's amazing considering my roof is about 2,100 square feet with several gables and ridges. I am very happy with quality of their work. After the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up all of the surrounding areas including my next door neighbor's yard. I would definitely use Copper West Roofing again and would recommend them to family and friends. read more

Jordan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He was super responsive when going through the quoting process and his pricing was the most fair of any company I reached out to. He kept me updated from start to finish on timing and his team knocked out the roof replacement in just two days. It's looks great. I would certainly use Copper West Roofing again. Thanks. read more

Jordan and crew were awesome. Jordan took the time to come by and give an honest assessment of our roof and what needed to be done. Didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Made recommendations on how many vents we should have. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. Communication was great. On the day of installation the crew was prompt and did an excellent job. They worked continuously throughout the day and were able to complete the work in one day. They were all polite and hard workers. It was hot on the day they came. We definitely recommend Copper West. read more

Recent wind storms had blown off several shingles from the "ridge vent" that runs along the top of my roof. I called CopperWest Roofing late in the day, Jordon answered and he said he could come out the next morning to look at it. The next morning after inspecting, he said he could repair the ridge vent the very next day and for a very reasonable amount. Before I called CopperWest, I was expecting to wait days for a roofer to inspect, then maybe weeks for a repair. For their outstanding service, I would give Jordon and CopperWest 6 stars if I could. read more

I had a great experience with Copper West Roofing. Jordon and the crew got the job done quickly and as expected, communicated with me thoroughly, and showed up on time. I appreciated their communication, and the pricing was very fair. Would recommend them to someone needing a new roof. read more

Jordon came by to do a roof inspection for us. When we bought the house we were told it would need a new laminate but we have been putting it off for 5 years. We were expecting the full gambit of quotes, but jordon went up and looked at our roof and gave an honest, small town friend opinion. It was showing some signs of aging but that we had at least another monsoon season or two to start planning on it. It was honestly refreshing to be given an honest quote of what to expect, but not be sold on something we didn't need yet. We trust the experts explicitly in matters we dont know, which can be easy for some companies to take advantage of that trust. Jordons honest opinion tells me I can trust him. His card is on our fridge for when we decide to pull that trigger. Thanks for the inspection! read more

I recently had the underlayment of my roof replaced by CopperWest Roofing because my roof was leaking in certain areas. My porch also had some wood that was rotted so I also had that replaced. Jordon (who is the owner) and his team did an excellent job fixing my roof and porch. It's been raining the last couple of days and I've had no issues with the roof leaking and it has given me peace of mind. Jordon took the time to explain everything that was going to be done which put me at ease. If you want a company who is timely, fair-priced, professional, honest, and efficient, I highly recommend CopperWest Roofing! read more

Didn't even bother going on roof to check if there was anything wrong. I don't think they wanted business

I reached out to Copper West Roofing and Jordon was out the next day to take a look at my leak. He gave me a fair quote on the spot and returned the next day to perform the work. They showed up on time and were incredibly professional. Jordon is following up with a quote for full roof replacement and I don't have a concern about using them going forward. Highly recommend! read more

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. We had been trying for 3 years to get a roofing company out to look at our roof. Copper West not only came out to inspect the roof (actually went up on the roof), but provided an estimate within days, was responsive to questions, and started the project 2 weeks later. Our roof was completed in 1.5 days thanks to a cancelled project, so we lucked out. The crew was efficient, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning up after each day. Do not hesitate to contact Copper West Roofing. read more

We had a longtime roofer that we just loved - but he passed away. What to do? Our house is 35 years old. We knew we needed a new roof. Who to call? My husband did a bit of research and called a few companies for estimates. We landed on Copper West and Jordan. We are so glad we did! Great, ethical people who did a great great job. Everything - beautiful job, pictures, great workers, and fast. Gosh we are grateful - we found our new roofer! Highly recommend read more

Jordon was awesome to deal with! Great from start to finish. I had 4 companies come out to give estimates and Jordon beat all the companies, even though all the material were exactly the same. Had a total underlayment replacement and roof repairs done on a large tile roof home which was built in 2004. Jordon was great to work with and his team was outstanding. They cleaned up each day after they were done for the day (in 110 degree heat, poor guys). They made sure the home was buttoned up in case of rain overnight. The price was the lowest of the 3 estimates I had. The estimate had 3 underlayment options and I choose the best (TileSeal HT) and of course the most expensive. I Highly recommend this company. read more

I had two tiles fall off my roof and I contacted Jordan to have them replaced. He immediately returned my message and was able to secure the replacement tiles very quickly. A day or two later, he arrived at my house with his crew and not only replaced my tiles, but checked the front of the house to make sure there were no other loose ones. I would highly recommend him if you have roofing issues. I will definitely be using him in the future if needed. read more

While checking my attic I noticed a roof leak, I called Copper west and they found about 10 staple holes in the underlayment paper. Repair was done fast and pictures were sent before during and after the repair. Copper West actually sent me the invoice for less than quoted originally which was an awesome surprise during this season. Thank you Copper West, I hope not to need you soon but when my family or friends do I know who to call. read more

My homeowners insurance recently requested a roof inspection. I've been in my house 10 years and know nothing about the age/history of the roof, and didn't know where to begin. I called CopperWest Roofing and got an immediate response from the owner, Jordan, setting up an appointment within days. Jordan showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He provided an honest assessment that at this time, the roof did not require any repairs - he did not try to upsell me on any minor work or repairs that someone with less integrity might have. The ease of doing business with Jordan, his professionalism, and the integrity of his work made me a loyal customer. Jordan will be my first and only call for all future roofing needs. read more

Their representative arrived promptly, was pleasant and thorough in their assessment.

VERY pleased with my experience with Jordan at Copper West! Not only was he timely and reliable, but he got the job done much sooner and for a much better price than anyone else I had bid the job. The tiles were falling off my roof randomly because of the monsoons. Luckily none fell on my cars. I called 3 roofing companies the next morning which I left messages for all 3. Jordon from Copper West called me back immediately after I finished my message. When I was talking to him, he was on a roof! He told me that tile can definitely come off on a 20 year old roof, especially with a monsoon. I felt great about his confidence and he quickly made time for me that day give me a quote me. When he arrived he saw exactly what was going on, gave me all my options, and I picked what was best and most affordable for my family. He was professional and friendly and I was very appreciative of that. read more

Needed a re-tile and new underlayment. Received very competitive quote and decided to go with CopperWest Roofing. I went with the Roofing Foil as my underlayment in order to reduce heat in the home. The roofers came out and did most of the work in 2 days. There were some minor things that were missed and I reported them to Jordan. Jordan was very helpful and came out to patch up a small hole in the front of the house where a part of the roof sticks out above a window. He also painted it and made sure it looked right. My neighbors were very impressed with the speed and quality of the work! Since the new roof was put in with roofing foil, I have noticed a 10 degree temp drop and my next electrical bill is down about 10%. read more

I needed to update the underlayment of my roof and after getting 5 different quotes, I decided to go with Copper West Roofing. Jordon was responsive throughout our communication and he provided several options as well as pricing for them. I chose Copper West to replace my underlayment after getting 4 different quotes. Their quote was competitive, and they offered a few more options than others. One option was an insulating radiant underlayment that is supposed to save on cooling costs and keep the garage cooler, which is what I went with. Job was done quickly and on-time, and they were always very responsive. Can't ask for more than that. read more

After reading many reviews on several roofing companies, I contacted Copper West for a quote. Jordon came out, inspected the roof, and sent a quote same day. After comparing quotes with others i had received, and educating myself on the shingles, I went with Copper West. His crew was very efficient, and other than the new roof, I can't tell they were here. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs! read more

These guys give me the best deal among many competitors and they replaced my underlayment in 2 days! (normally 3-4 days but they happened to have 2 screws) Jordon is very friendly and helpful to explain what they did, and did me a huge favor by haul away construction waste from another job (with a very reasonable fee). After the last rainfall, my ceiling woke me up by drooling on my face. After a few choice words and the retrieval of a very large bucket, I began my relatively short search for a roofer. Once I found the amazing reviews on here and on google for Copper West Roofing, I gave them a call. I left a message, and Jordan called me back not long after. I texted him my name and address and he came out for a quote. He texted me pictures from my roof of the culprit, and sent me a (very reasonable) estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the estimate and we set up a date for the repairs. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he wasn't able to make the first appointment, but texted me to let me know. No big deal. When he got here today, he didn't waste any time, he got straight to work and sent me more photos from atop my humble abode. I am very happy with the results and can now start loving rain storms again without having to worry that I may need an umbrella in my bed. :) I've attached the photos Jordan sent me while he was on the roof because I don't do heights so I'm not going up there to get my own shots. Two thumbs up, 10/10, would recommend! read more
