I recently hired Roof Medics for a roof replacement, and I could not be happier with the results. Daryl was recommended by a good friend (who spent many years in the roofing industry.) He provided an honest, detailed quote with no hidden fees or surprise costs at the end. I had multiple other quotes that let me know Roof Medics were priced very competitively. The crew arrived on time and got the job done a lot faster than I expected it would take to complete. I was so happy that they got done right before a big rain!! They also did a great job cleaning up every last nail and bit of debris from the yard. Great communication, top-tier craftsmanship, and the best value I found. Highly recommended! read more

I'm very happy with The Roof Medics. Four years ago, they replaced my walk deck over my back porch, including replacing the wood underneath, fixing the metal railings, and installing the Pli-Dek system. Daryl was great to work with. Communication was clear, timely, honest, and helpful. He provided high quality at a great value. I did a lot of research and had several companies come over to provide quotes. After carefully reviewing quotes and interviewing the estimators, The Roof Medics were the clear choice. And the walk deck is holding up nicely after several years. I highly recommend The Roof Medics. read more

The Roof Medics - Walk deck replacement - Roofing Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Chandler National Little League Three of our equipment sheds / container roofs were rusted through and warped. Our equipment and chalk was getting ruined by the rain. Since these sheds were on park district property, we needed to work within their guidelines. We needed these three sheds roofs repaired before our Spring Season began. We contacted eight local roofing companies. Only THE ROOF MEDICS provided us with a quote and committment to get the work completed. We received labor and material descriptions prior to the work being started. JR was our in-house contact. He was responsive and kept us informed thruought the entire process. Their work was exceptional. We received before and after photos. A warranty was provided. Our sheds are now dry. We would recommend them to anyone. read more

We noticed some dry rot on our patio roof and got a couple of quotes. Roof Medics came in as the lowest quote so we really weren't sure if the lower quote would equal lower quality. This could not have been farther from the true. Roof Medics got us scheduled quicker than anticipated, completed the work on time and did a great job. Quality work at an affordable price! read more

These guys are GREAT. I STRONGLY recommend Roof Medics for all your roofing needs. Great work ethic and work is completed in a timely manner. They don't get any better than this. Thanks for the great work guys! read more

I had the opportunity to watch Roof Medics replace an entire roof on a neighboring house and saw how that crew of several individuals was there every day at 7am even on Saturday, appearing to finish up the entire job that same week. Each day I could see there was no mess left around. At the end, they had placed some of their service cards on neighboring front doors and I walked over to speak with two individuals who were standing out front. They turned out to be Daryl, the owner, and Mark one of the technicians. I explained I was in need of some roof work and asked if they could come look at the problem which was starting to show up with some rotting wood. They quickly identified and showed me the issue was related to improper installation of some metal portion of the original roof and offered a very reasonable estimate to correct it and replace the wood. I accepted. The job was scheduled sooner than I had anticipated in a week and also completed by Mark (over two hot days) who had helped assess the problem initially, so was familiar with what needed to be done. A follow up question I had afterward was also promptly addressed. My roof has an older style tile no longer available and he was able to reuse several rows of the tiles that needed to be removed to do the metal and wood repair work along with a couple of tiles I happened to have had left over from the original installation. There was no mess left lying around. The roof tile is completely back to its original appearance and the new wood trim looks nice. A pretty amazing experience! I would highly recommend Daryl and his team. read more

We needed part of our roof replaced and these guys did an awesome job. The crew was very nice to work with and they did a great job cleaning up after. I would recommend for sure! read more

Excellent work on our tiled roof repair. A great company with good customer service and care in their workmanship.

We had an underlayment replacement and upon completion we noticed the new metal used really contrasted with our paint making it look weird and that we'd like the water runoff to angle further away from the porch. The very next day a crew was out with color matched paint and they did exactly what we wanted even though, at least for the paint, it was something they totally didn't have to do, they're roofing folks right? Roofing is exactly what they did, a thorough and high quality roofing job with a follow up on customer concerns. Great customer service is hard to come by but these guys provided that then went above and beyond with the paint the very next morning. It explains all their five star reviews. If your roof is missing tiles or getting up there in years, have these guys come give it a look. read more

Daryl and crew are unequalled in quality and integrity. Quality service Quality product Quality people Quality workmanship. Roof medics have repaired monsoon damage to my roof 2 years in a row. I wouldn't trust this to anyone else. They installed 20 O'Hagan roof vents in September 2021 and my electric bills have consistently been lower. I highly recommend Roof Medics when you want the job done right. Thank you Daryl read more

They quickly gave us a quote and stuck to it. Showed up on time and completed the job on time. The roof looks great.

I am extremely pleased with Roof Medics quality of work and competitive pricing, and glad I chose them over the 4 other proposals. Roof Medics owner Daryl gave me their quote and impressed me with his knowledge and experience besides his straight forward answers to my questions. The work included replacing large sections of underlayment and battens on our tile roof and also replacing some dry rotted fascia boards. On the scheduled morning the Roof Medics crew arrived right on time. The 5 workers were very efficient and courteous, working together like a well-oiled machine. At the end of the day, they let me know they were leaving and would return to finish up. The next day, they wrapped up the job and meticulously cleaned up any and all debris. Afterward, they reviewed all their work with me before leaving. I would definitely use Roof Medics again and highly recommend them. read more

Update: we are updating our review resulting from the follow up we received from Roof Medics. After posting my initial review, the owner contacted me to apologize for the appointment and offered to honor the original schedule. Unfortunately, we had already made an appointment with competitor due to original post. The owner has reached out to me by mail to apologize for issue. We called mid March to schedule an appointment with Roof Medics. We received a confirmation email that appointment was confirmed for April 1st. Due to change in my schedule, I called to ask if there was an earlier opening and was advised on this call that my appointment was cancelled in error by their system and that earliest available appointment was going to be April 18th. I informed receptionist this was unacceptable and not to schedule again. Very unprofessional! One month to schedule an estimate plus additional time to schedule service read more

Wow!! Look no further, these guys do it right! The Roof Medics were recommended to me by a local contractor and they did an exceptional job! Jared came to my house in Fountain Hills and inspected my roof. He spent time with me answering all of my questions and provided advice from decades of roofing experience. My entire roof was redone, flat foam and tile with two layers of the best paper. Trim where required was replaced to a much higher quality standard than the original build. They went the extra miles and color matched and painted new trim, reinstalled cameras and installed bird block. All of this for 5k less than competition! The Roof Medics replace or repair everything needed, but nothing more, and your roof will be better than when your home was built. The entire process was easier than I could have imagined, and electronic payment was aces. They even planned my reroof for when I was out of town! Many Thanks to Jared, Daryl, and the entire crew!! I will recommend you guys at every opportunity. Very Sincerely, JB Fountain Hills read more

Great experience. They were on time and professional. The job was done well and contract price was a great value.

Just purchased a home that recently had their roof replaced from roof medic in 2019. We did have a leak in our roof and were thrilled to find out it was under warranty. They responded immediately via email and were timely to get the repair done before more rain storms came rolling in. I requested that we be compensated for the water damage on our freshly painted ceiling since the roof was under warranty- and awkward ask from a desperately poor & new homeowner-and they were kind enough to send me $100 Home Depot gift card. This paid for all of the paint and repairs!! While we did not personally hire them in 2019 to repair the roof, I would use them over and over based off of the customer service I experienced to make things right. THANK YOU ROOF MEDIC! read more

I needed my roof sealed. I contacted 5 companies with 5 star ratings. The Roof Medics was one of two companies that would consider helping me. They went out of their way to get a ladder tall enough to reach my roof tiles, to get to my roof. They took great photos to show me my roof condition and made a recommendation. I wanted to seal my roof and the bid was for foaming the roof. I chose a different company to seal the roof, but will definitely consider Roof Medics when I am ready to foam m roof. I can say with 100% certainty that this company is outstanding on every level. Reliability, Honesty, and Daryl the Owner has the highest standards of workmanship and integrity for himself and his employees. They have been in the business for a long time. My free evaluation and estimate were very thorough and they explained everything to me in detail with pictures. I'm an older gal and couldn't get up on my roof to see, so the pictures help tell the story. My roof was over 25 years old. They put a whole new roof on the house. My job was scheduled in a timely manner and they were done by the date they provided me. The crew was courteous and they cleaned up every day, no mess left behind at all! The job foreman kept abreast every step of the way " with pictures. I have used them twice now. Once several years back for a major repair from storm damage ( They came out in the middle of the night to tarp my roof, the weather was horrible! Pouring rain and wind and they responded within an hour and a half of my frantic call!) They work in conjunction with my insurance company without any delay.
