Orion and team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We were buying a new house and knew that it needed a roof replacement (based on the home inspection report). Orion sent me a quote based on satelite imaging and than did a full walk through to make sure that everything was good to go. The communication was exceptional and they kept me informed every step of the way. They honestly left the property in better shape than when they first arrived. There were no stray nails or anything left behind- which is rare. You get what you pay for with a roofer and Icon Roofing delivered. If you need an honest roofing company, with great communication that does an incredible job- look no further. read more

Used this locally owned/run business 5 yrs ago to roof my flat patio and was happy with them. October 2025 produced crazy rain weather and I needed a new roof for the rest of the house. Went with Icon again, great company to work with! Pricing was very reasonable and they did a fantastic job! The owner, Zac, is also easy to get in touch with if you have concerns. Highly recommend! read more

These folks gave us an excellent proposal for a total roof replacement, including solar panel removal and reset. Our solar solar company finally surfaced and agreed to do all the solar work as part of our original contract, so we went with them only because of the cost involved. After receiving 4 bids on our roof, Icon would have been our first choice. Their proposal was detailed with pictures and lots of explanation about materials and workmanship. We were impressed. Wish we could have used them. read more

Jake was our initial contact and he was fantastic from start to finish. ICON replaced a large foam flat roof which had some wear and tear. ICON did a fantastic job and I highly recommend this company as the people and product was a first class experience. Pricing was very reasonable. read more

I called multiple roofers. Some called me back some didn't. Icon Roofing called me the same day and set up my apt. I also got an email reminder, which I appreciated. Dillion was my roofer he was on time, very professional, and honest. He was even able to take care of my issue on the spot!! ICON Roofing was so impressive I plan on having them come out yearly to just inspect my roof from now on. They were awesome and if you need an inspection or any roofing needs I highly recommend them!! read more

Icon came out and inspected the roof. I knew it was old, but I didn't realize how bad it was. I was sitting on a timebomb. We scheduled the work on my tile roof; the flat roof was in good shape. They were able to come out a day ahead of the original schedule and got to work! Eight guys were all over the roof. They worked well together and tossed those tiles around without breaking one! The supervisor went and got new sheathing to replace the three sections that were rotting. Everything was done and cleaned up by early afternoon. Replacement tiles blend nicely with the old tiles and I have a 30-year guarantee. They will come out once a year to inspect. What I paid is well worth the peace of mind while I am in Illinois each summer. I would recommend Icon to anyone with any kind of roof concerns. read more

I reached out to Icon for some repairs after a home inspection indicated some broken tiles needed replaced. The Icon team was quick to respond to me and schedule the work before I needed it to be completed per our inspection report. The pricing was a great value, but I'm only giving 4-stars because the work didn't get completed in the same day and the real problem was that there no communication on what was happening. I was provided photos from the work, but there wasn't real clarity on how many tiles were repaired and there were very few pictures of the broken tiles prior to repair. I'm happy with the work of Zach and Ashley, but they do need to improve on the communication and close out on these small repairs. read more

Great service. The team came out quickly to provide a quote that was competitive. Zach took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable with the scope of work. We ended up splitting the replacement of the roof into 2 projects for budgeting purposes. Did the backside last year and the frontside this past year. Held the original quote for a year which was very generous. read more

I wanted to share with my Ahwatukee  neighbors how happy my family is with Icon Roofing who just completed a 3 day job to replace the underlayment on our entire roof and also repaired/replaced a corner of one section that had rotted wood. From start to finish, they impressed us all along the way. Roof advisor Trevor worked a competitive  quote with a good/better/best underlayment options (we chose the 'best' option). The part of the quote to replace the rotted wood was very fair too. The crew took great care to remove tiles, take off the old underlayment,  apply the new material and put the tiles back, adding new flashing and other finishing touches. The crew professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Outstanding job. Thanks to the crew of Isai, Thomas,  Jose and Wilmer. Great guys! We selected Icon Roofing after seeing all their great reviews across several sites across the internet and we are proud to add this review to the chorus of praise. read more

We had Icon out a few weeks ago, to repair our roof. They did a fantastic job, and the technician was so great to work with, he explained everything! Great pricing! Highly recommend! read more

Great service, honest/fair estimates, and a personable office staff. Only went with 4 stars because it took a couple weeks longer than originally estimated to come do the work, and of course it decided to rain a few times while waiting. But, when they got here, their crew knocked the project out quickly and with high quality. Would recommend this team to bid any of your upcoming roofing projects, regardless of scope and size. read more

We had a small roof repair. We got scheduled out and got rescheduled 2 times. Which we understand because bigger jobs are more important. We were scheduled for this past Father's Day. No notice of when they were coming. I had to reach out to the salesman that came out initially which was Trevor. We didn't get a reply from him. I got an answer from the owner on Instagram and they showed up about 3pm. After they finished and left my wife and I did a walk around and found debris and nails around the work area(including our pool) it was just a small job for them so we feel like they just got in and out to get to bigger and better projects. read more

I found Icon Roofing through a recommendation on the Arcadia Living Group on Facebook. During a monsoon a tile blew off my roof, I wanted someone to check for damage and replace any broken tiles. Icon roofing was very easy to contact, came out to inspect the roof, and booked the repair within a week. Zac sent an email with the quote that included pictures of damage. Everyone was very professional. I'd definitely recommend Icon Roofing! read more

Icon was great! They showed up on the days they said they were going to show up, they cleaned up after themselves every day, they listened to my concerns, and the price was right as well as availability. this is almost like a to cliché review but I've referred them out to customers before and I finally have used them for myself and they are now giving me a quote for my mom's house. I am so glad I did some research and landed upon Icon Roofing. Having a flat foam roof, knowing nothing about it and having a previous roofing company tell me about my roof issue, "that trips me out." I told my wife, I'm in no means a roofing expert, but that sure doesn't sound very technical to me. So I had Dillon and Zac come out, took a good look around and they came up with a very comprehensive plan to fix our issues. They removed a portion of our roof, installed new foam, and then sprayed the whole roof with a new coating. They completely sealed around small windows in the upper part of the home and sprayed up the parapet walls for a total seal. Workmanship is very nice, clean straight lines. I've can see my neighbors roofs and it's just randomly sprayed. Ours was masked and has clean horizontal lines. Super nice. You'll get a warranty on repair areas and on the new coating. I mainly worked with Dillon and he couldn't of been nicer, not making me feel intimidated by my lack of roofing knowledge, and he's very good about communication. I know who my new roofing company is. Give them a call, you won't regret it. read more

ICON roofing came through on every single promise. There was no delay whatsoever from the first visit to the last. Every single one of my calls or texts was answered within the hour and it was refreshing getting any information needed. The roofers were incredible! A sudden dust storm came out of nowhere and not only did they clean up the work area, but went around my backyard taking the time to ensure that everything was cleared. They were friendly and completely professional. The only thing I feel bad about is that I didn't treat them to lunch, such hard workers. They finished the full project within 3 days and we had constant check ins from Kevin and Hayden to ensure that we were happy with the progress. Thanks ICON for your professionalism on every aspect, we truly appreciate it! read more

I first met the gentlemen of Icon roofing while my neighbor was getting his roof updated. I watched a very professional team working hard on his house. I was pretty impressed. I thought I should get an estimate for mine. I met and talked with Mr. Trevor from Icon Roofing, this was after speaking to three (3) other roofing companies first. I informed him that I would like an estimate, he stated that would be no problem. Trevor went right up and inspected my roof . He took pictures of the good and the bad. Surprisingly it was mostly good. None of the three (3) other roofing companies that bided on my roof ever went up on the roof. None of them ever inspected anything. Trevor was very honest he informed me that the roof was not in too bad of shape. But still the roof is 23 years old. I asked when they could start, we agreed on a date and time. The gentlemen were here on time, got started, they were very respectful of my property as wells as my neighbors. Every day the team had cleaned up swept the property leaving very clean. I never had to worry about getting a flat from stray nails. When the job was completed Mr. Jared from Icon roofing had come out to pick up the left over supplies and the trailer full of the trash from the job. I was very surprised to see Jared walking around my house reverifying all nails were picked up, all trash was was picked up. Jared then reswept my drive way all the way out into the street, He swept the side walk to my front door. While he was working Mesa garbage had come by and emptied my recycle bin. To my complete surprise Jared had taken the initiative to place the trash bin in my yard and close the gate. Upon completion of this project my property was definitely in better shape now than it was when they arrived. read more
