These folks gave us an excellent proposal for a total roof replacement, including solar panel removal and reset. Our solar solar company finally surfaced and agreed to do all the solar work as part of our original contract, so we went with them only because of the cost involved. After receiving 4 bids on our roof, Icon would have been our first choice. Their proposal was detailed with pictures and lots of explanation about materials and workmanship. We were impressed. Icon came out and inspected the roof. I knew it was old, but I didn't realize how bad it was. I was sitting on a timebomb. We scheduled the work on my tile roof; the flat roof was in good shape. They were able to come out a day ahead of the original schedule and got to work! Eight guys were all over the roof. They worked well together and tossed those tiles around without breaking one! The supervisor went and got new sheathing to replace the three sections that were rotting. Everything was done and cleaned up by early afternoon. Replacement tiles blend nicely with the old tiles and I have a 30-year guarantee. They will come out once a year to inspect. What I paid is well worth the peace of mind while I am in Illinois each summer. I would recommend Icon to anyone with any kind of roof concerns. read more

I reached out to Icon for some repairs after a home inspection indicated some broken tiles needed replaced. The Icon team was quick to respond to me and schedule the work before I needed it to be completed per our inspection report. The pricing was a great value, but I'm only giving 4-stars because the work didn't get completed in the same day and the real problem was that there no communication on what was happening. I was provided photos from the work, but there wasn't real clarity on how many tiles were repaired and there were very few pictures of the broken tiles prior to repair. I'm happy with the work of Zach and Ashley, but they do need to improve on the communication and close out on these small repairs. read more

I wanted to share with my Ahwatukee  neighbors how happy my family is with Icon Roofing who just completed a 3 day job to replace the underlayment on our entire roof and also repaired/replaced a corner of one section that had rotted wood. From start to finish, they impressed us all along the way. Roof advisor Trevor worked a competitive  quote with a good/better/best underlayment options (we chose the 'best' option). The part of the quote to replace the rotted wood was very fair too. The crew took great care to remove tiles, take off the old underlayment,  apply the new material and put the tiles back, adding new flashing and other finishing touches. We had a small roof repair. We got scheduled out and got rescheduled 2 times. Which we understand because bigger jobs are more important. We were scheduled for this past Father's Day. No notice of when they were coming. I had to reach out to the salesman that came out initially which was Trevor. We didn't get a reply from him. I got an answer from the owner on Instagram and they showed up about 3pm. After they finished and left my wife and I did a walk around and found debris and nails around the work area(including our pool) it was just a small job for them so we feel like they just got in and out to get to bigger and better projects. read more

I am so glad I did some research and landed upon Icon Roofing. Having a flat foam roof, knowing nothing about it and having a previous roofing company tell me about my roof issue, "that trips me out." I told my wife, I'm in no means a roofing expert, but that sure doesn't sound very technical to me. So I had Dillon and Zac come out, took a good look around and they came up with a very comprehensive plan to fix our issues. They removed a portion of our roof, installed new foam, and then sprayed the whole roof with a new coating. They completely sealed around small windows in the upper part of the home and sprayed up the parapet walls for a total seal. Workmanship is very nice, clean straight lines. I've can see my neighbors roofs and it's just randomly sprayed. Ours was masked and has clean horizontal lines. Super nice. You'll get a warranty on repair areas and on the new coating. I mainly worked with Dillon and he couldn't of been nicer, not making me feel intimidated by my lack of roofing knowledge, and he's very good about communication. ICON roofing came through on every single promise. There was no delay whatsoever from the first visit to the last. Every single one of my calls or texts was answered within the hour and it was refreshing getting any information needed. The roofers were incredible! A sudden dust storm came out of nowhere and not only did they clean up the work area, but went around my backyard taking the time to ensure that everything was cleared. They were friendly and completely professional. The only thing I feel bad about is that I didn't treat them to lunch, such hard workers. I first met the gentlemen of Icon roofing while my neighbor was getting his roof updated. I watched a very professional team working hard on his house. I was pretty impressed. I thought I should get an estimate for mine. I met and talked with Mr. Trevor from Icon Roofing, this was after speaking to three (3) other roofing companies first. I informed him that I would like an estimate, he stated that would be no problem. Trevor went right up and inspected my roof . He took pictures of the good and the bad. Surprisingly it was mostly good. None of the three (3) other roofing companies that bided on my roof ever went up on the roof. None of them ever inspected anything. Trevor was very honest he informed me that the roof was not in too bad of shape. But still the roof is 23 years old. I asked when they could start, we agreed on a date and time. The gentlemen were here on time, got started, they were very respectful of my property as wells as my neighbors. Every day the team had cleaned up swept the property leaving very clean. I never had to worry about getting a flat from stray nails. When the job was completed Mr. Jared from Icon roofing had come out to pick up the left over supplies and the trailer full of the trash from the job. I was very surprised to see Jared walking around my house reverifying all nails were picked up, all trash was was picked up. Jared then reswept my drive way all the way out into the street, He swept the side walk to my front door. While he was working Mesa garbage had come by and emptied my recycle bin. To my complete surprise Jared had taken the initiative to place the trash bin in my yard and close the gate.
