What an amazing experience! We had been looking for almost 4 years for a roofing company that was…read moreable to do maintenance and not just a full replacement. We had some broken roof tiles that we knew needed to be replaced, and I was lucky enough to find Jordan from Eco Roofing Solutions, at a home and garden show in Scottsdale. He came out for a free inspection and confirmed that we needed maintenance. Jordan took photos and a video and explained everything he had found. For a very reasonable price, he sent a team out, led by supervisor Jake, to get our roof back in tiptop shape. They sent photos of their work after completion so we knew everything looked great. We will definitely be having them come out annually for routine maintenance; and when it's time for a full replacement, there's no other company I would consider going with other than Eco Roofing Solutions! Their customer service and communication is above and beyond. And their honest, no-pressure approach to business was so refreshing. We can't say enough good things about Jordan and his team!

I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing.

Due to yelp messaging not going through, I left a review stating the issue was no response from…read morecontractor. This is an updated review. Skyler came by and looked at my job and gave me a straight forward honest assessment of what condition my roof was in. I originally wanted only the AC roof replaced and while looking at that, he noticed several parts of the roof were almost at the end of life. Although there was probably a year or more still left on the life, I decided to go ahead and get the re-roof done. He was very polite, honest and stated that he could do whatever needed to be done when they get into the job. He quoted me a price that was 2 thousand dollars more than my best estimates, but he stated that he would do whatever needed to be done when started. There turned out to be more rotten wood due to an ac leak a few years ago so there was more plywood needing replacement. He went and got all the extra wood and replaced it without any hassles. The previous roofers would not commit to that and I was told that any additional supplies would be more money. Skyler stayed in touch with me all through the process and communicated whatever issues were found, and once again was all inclusive i the estimate. they also replaced an additional 20 feet of facia boards that were not rotten, but warped, added additional roof tiles that were damaged, and blended the non matching tiles to my roof and left me additional for future in case they are needed. One more thing I especially liked was that the crew were very fast and knowledgeable on the roofing system I have. my wife was upset though that they made a very big mess all around the house with debris and dust and the kitchen was very dirty from the skylight being removed above the kitchen while blowing dust from roof. I would have expected this, but my wife is a clean freak so I don't think was an issue. After the job was done, the area was cleaned, hosed, and all debris was removed and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend them for more work and although they are new and not have many reviews here, I would not be discouraged by that as i said, they did a great job with everything. I waited to post this review until after the rain to see how it would perform. After all the wind and rain, there was not a single issue. All water drained, and the roof performed perfectly.
