It's not easy to do that, so I respect him for it. Dan asked if I'd still be willing to consider an itemized quote from him for the work, and he sent a detailed one when I agreed. Then there was a long delay on my part, but when I finally accepted and signed the quote, he was on-site within a week and finished all the restoration work in 1 day.

Frustrated, I turned to Yelp again for help. I was hesitant on using the original roofing company from 3 years ago for this repair because I had some thoughts that they may not have done a good job during that first repair. Four Peaks Roofing was fast to answer in my time of need and I was able to get someone to come check out my issue same day. Jorge ended up coming out and I relayed my concerns to him. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous person than him. When he was inside my home, without anyone prompting him, he took off his shoes while walking around. My family and I have a "no shoes while inside the house" rule but I never ask any outside vendors to abide by it for their convenience and safety. He was the first outside vendor to do this (again, without anyone asking him to!) and I really needed to highlight this as this was exceptional and beyond thoughtful. After Jorge was done inside, he went back outside and got onto my roof to start inspecting. He took his time and came down with pictures to show Hubby and I when he was done. He eased my concerns and said that the sealing from 3 years ago deteriorated with time. The previous roofer did what needed to be done at the time and it's just the brutal summers that just destroys everything so quickly. Jorge encouraged me to get in contact with the previous roofer to see if I can work something out with them and continued to write up an estimate for us if we wanted to go with him. He went out of his way to look out for us and I wish there was more people like him out in the world. I did contact the previous roofer and ended going with them as they worked out something with me that I couldn't refuse. This inspector that came out also reiterated the same things Jorge went over so I was relieved that these 2 different individuals were in agreement on the same things. Even though I ended up not doing this project with Four Peaks Roofing, this exceptional experience will guarantee me coming back here for my next project.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) My roof had taken a pounding from several different storms, each of which stole multiple shingles, leaving the risk of a leak a real possibility the next time a storm rolled in. Not knowing much about how the insurance process worked, or what was covered, I figured that the complete job would cost far less then my $1,000 deductable & was ready to stop by Home Depot for a couple bundles of mismatched shingles & a date with YouTube to learn how to do DIY shingle replacement. Luckily for me, Tommy & Cole from Multi Pro Roof Solutions were working with one of my neighbors & noticed all of my missing shingles & came over & offered me a free, no obligation inspection, which they said would allow me to know exactly what I would need from Home Depot when I was ready to start my DIY fix-it job. A few minutes later, they were showing me pictures of my roofs actual damage, which happened to be severe enough that it would require more than just a couple of bundles of shingles from HD. When they told me that the actual damage was substantial enough to require a whole new roof, my heart sank, because a new roof sounds expensive & I'm broke! The Multi Pro guys told me not to worry, that they could work with my insurance to get the entire cost covered & I only needed to get on the phone with my insurer to give them permission to let Multi Pro work on my behalf. Sensing some type of con job, because this all sounded too good to be true, I agreed to let them prove to me that they could get me a totally new roof at no cost to me. I thought, the insurance adjuster will come over, he'll have a good laugh while he tells me the guys are crazy & there's no way they'll cover a new roof & then we'd both have a good laugh & share a few "the nerve of these guys" comments & then I'd head over to HD to buy my mismatched bundles of shingles & get started on my DIY roofing job. About 3 days later, my insurance adjuster arrived, with Tommy & Cole right there with him to make sure he did not overlook anything & to represent me to the fullest. You can imagine my surprise when my insurance adjuster climbed off my roof & told me that he would recommend that my insurance cover the entire cost for a new roof! About 2 weeks later I woke up to the loudest noise ever, coming from my roof. What sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around on my roof was actually Multi Pro installing my new roof! It took them a day & a half to do all of the work & I've got to tell you, they do fantastic work. I couldn't be happier with my new roof! November 24, 2023 In July my roof was damaged by a Microburst. The Response from my Insurance company's adjuster, who came out... when no one was home... to make his evaluation left me very disappointed. His findings were an unpleasant surprise, stating that damage too minor and repairs would be below the policy deductible...there would be no coverage. I was my lucky day! I was so fortunate to have had Phil Calder, the Project Manager from Multi-Pro Roof Solutions, stop by and inquire as to the status of my roof; as it was covered with a tarp to keep water out. He listened attentively and offered to look and give me his findings at no charge. His assessment proved to be shocking! He informed me that the roof needed to be replaced. I was skeptical to say the least; but agreed to reschedule with my insurance company's adjuster and have Phil from Multi-Pro Roof Solutions present for the assessment. Phil was a major advocate for me. He stood up for my best interest, called attention to many areas of damage that were overlooked and asked the adjuster questions the average person would not know. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable! The meeting went very well and resulted in estimated repairs of $37,403.17 for a NEW ROOF. The insurance company's adjuster changed their findings, and I was covered for a new roof. Work began!!!, the crew arrived on time, was professional, in every area: Prompt, Proficient in Skill and Organized. This Company is an Advocate for the Homeowner! Honest, Professional, Respectful and Very Meticulous. My roof was removed, Repaired and Replaced that day with NO SURPRISES... My property was left in immaculate condition free of debris. I needed some roofing work done and had to get inspections to determine the extent of the required work. I sought out estimates from a handful of roofing contractors. After much research (Yelp and Google reviews, BBB ratings and history, Registrar of Contractors data, etc.) and meeting with each contractor personally, I decided to go with my gut & the data, and went with Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. My contact, Philip Calder Project Manager, was amazing to work with! He was never "hard sell" and very professional, communicative, prompt and informative on every step of the process. He met me at my home and provided guadiance with the insurance claim process. Following the adjuster's inspection, he reviewed the claim report and made recommendations back to the insurance company to be sure everything would be fixed within code. He was there when he said he would be there and did what he said he would do. I had the utmost trust in his actions and felt he was always honest and trustworthy with me. On the day of installation, he was on site and sent me pictures of the work at various stages so I could see how it was all coming together. And, other than the new, beautiful roof, there was no sign they were there; everything was all cleaned up. The process could not have been easier. our project manager was Zach. He kept me in the loop from the start by phone and text. He also assured me the work would be done in one day so that was convenient. It's the middle of summer and we have a newborn, so we left the house and waited for Zach to let us know when the work was completed so we could return home. They had to get a crane to remove our AC on the roof during the process. Once the work was completed we came home, but AC wasn't working so we were extremely frustrated due to the heat in the home and concern for my newborn. I called Zach and he was very sincere and told me he would get the HVAC company back out asap. He also spoke to the owner Patrick, who offered to buy us dinner while we waited for the house to cool down after the HVAC company got the AC running again. We went to dinner but didn't take them up on their offer. We understand things happen but appreciated them for offering! Thank you! Overall, the roof looks amazing, the previous owners had a sloppy job done, shingles weren't secured properly, so when the storm happened it pretty much ripped off the roof. Zach made sure the plywood was added and shingles were secured properly. We also got to choose the color of the new shingles and all the edges/trim to match. My roof had been damaged for a little while after the last monsoon and figured it was time for a full replacement. I worked with James Lugo from Multi Pro (480-528-3575) and it was an excellent experience. I'm a fairly particular person, and he made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He worked with my insurance, and made sure they covered everything that needed to be (which the insurance had missed a few things). I wanted to do some upgrades and improve the look of the my house and had some specific things I was looking for, James made it happen and was completely transparent. Communication was excellent, I was always kept in the loop. Materials were dropped off the day before, and the Job was completed the next day. The crew was professional, and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. If you are looking to replace your roof, look no further than Multi-Pro! The "Pro" clearly stands for PROFESSIONAL! Their quote was very reasonable, and they even included replacing the roof on our shed and patio. Patrick, the Owner had us scheduled within a week and he was very prompt in returning our phone calls and texts. The workers were on time and efficient in protecting our many shrubs and trees. When the new shingles started being installed, we were horrified that WE chose the wrong shade: they were much lighter than expected! Patrick to the rescue! He halted the project. He immediately came over with large shingle samples and got on our roof himself so we could determine what look we wanted. Multi-pro was the sixth roofing company I called out. The others were either too expensive or not quite the team players I was expecting. I worked with Hayden who was so professional and personable. He was always available, prompt, helpful and answered all my questions. Actually Hayden explained everything so well I really didn't have many questions. The whole project was worry free. I was always told of inspection, roof material delivery and crew work dates in advance. Sergio was the roof manager and also answered my questions promptly. The crew finished in a day and even my neighbors were impressed how well the roof looked and how well the crew cleaned up. I was in a crunch as my old residence was under contract to be sold. I found out during an inspection we had hail damage. I contacted my insurance company who stated we could find our own contractor locally. I used yelp for this assistance and reviewed Multi-Pro's rating. I contacted them as most roofing companies had anywhere from 4-8 week wait just for estimates. Patrick contacted me and had a team out there in less than a week and the project was completed in 3 days. Working with Patrick and him understanding insurance companies was a blessing. He minimized the stress and made the process easy as it could be. Contacting Patrick about the project through email was about a 30 minute turnaround. I am so happy with the work that Multi-pro has done for me. My roof has never looked better, and I owe it all to Hayden. He was great to work with, helping me deal with the insurance company adjuster. The adjuster that the insurance company sent out to look at my roof took more pictures of everything but my roof. Hayden made it a point that when the adjuster returned he was here to make sure that the inspection was done completely and correctly. These guys are great! The rep called my home insurance, met with the inspector, set up all of the dates and knocked out the old roof and installed the new one all in one day!! When the work started, they put down blue tarp all around my house and even covered my pool to keep the dirt and mess to a minimum. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with my new roof and the service I received!!! I'm sure all of their reps are great but request for Jacob, great person to talk to and provided an awesome service/work/planning and making sure I was updated on everything and exactly when the work was going to happen. kris gator chevez was the person that handled the whole operation including being here when the insurance adjust was here and stayed whet him doing the full inspection. i belevie that had he not done thati do not know what the verdict would have been so the crew arrived here at the break of dawn and started work at 6 am this crew was very capable of there job and how to do it.also kris was very on top of the project from start to. please note no blarring music no ear pieces in the ears just good hard workers they finished ay 4 30 not any debris left on propery and was very clean signed brian and very very happy with the final result read more

Yesterday Multi-Pro redid my roof, which was suffering from a bad case of age and wind. I had lost about 160 square feet of shingles in different areas, not to mention the weakened ridgeline (bent) on many shingles. I was really tired of picking up parts of shingles in my yard. I talked to Roger from Multi-Pro and, to my surprise, he told me they would do it in one day. They did. The crew (7 guys) and truck arrived at 6am, give or take, and all were gone before 5pm, leaving me a new roof with a labor and material warranty. We've worked with a lot of contracters over the last couple of years and in general we've had good experiences. Kris, our project manager from Multi-pro, went above and beyond our expectations. From the beginning he was ON TIME, pleasant and knowledgable. He worked as a go between between us and our insurance company, fighting for us but in a polite manner. Always gentlemanly! From start to finish, Multi-Pro has been proactive, very professional, and easy to work with. They gave a fair and thorough bid on my roof, explained everything that needed work, what they were doing to repair everything, and kept in constant contact. Owner Timothy Battles came personally to do a punch list after John and his crew finished. Both have been in contact to complete those final details, and Tim has communicated about warranty for their work and the factory warranty. I highly recommend Multi-Pro Solutions. I am blown away by Paul Gannon and Multi Pro Roof solutions. Paul is a consummate professional, making the entire experience easier than I ever imagined! He handled every aspect of it, from beginning to end, including working with my insurance company, which wasn't very cooperative, to a super successful conclusion. Tim at Multi-Pro was great to work with on my roof repair. He explained exactly what was needed and provided a quote and pictures with the fixes needed. He also ensured me that my roof shingles were in great shape and would last for many years, which is great news to hear. I had multiple quotes, and Multi-Pro's was not only the most comprehensive, but also at a great price! Also, they were able to get out within a week, which was much quicker than most companies. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials. Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are "lifetime warranty" architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price. I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to. Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris. Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner. Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

THIS COMPANY PROUDLY ENDANGERS WOMEN BY TRESPASSING, LYING TO THE COPS, AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT…read more PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY. PLUS THEIR WORK IS LAZY. I live in a condo and my upstairs neighbor's insurance company hired Straight Arrow to fix his patio. An employee pushed my patio gate open, the one BELOW the staircase to the patio they're working on. It's literally impossible to access from the staircase and it makes no logical sense. When I questioned him, he said he thought the condo was two story. When I asked how that worked when there were two numbers, he said "I don't know." I then spoke with my upstairs neighbor who said they knew it was two story as they watched him leave and told him he can't go back on his patio, so he took a duffle bag to stay elsewhere. Yet, the dense employee continued to lie to my face because he didn't think he'd get caught. I called the owner of Straight Arrow Roofing who said "well I'm sorry he used your water" without acknowledging his employee literally forced his was into my enclosed and gated patio, trespassing on my property. He even tried telling me "it wouldn't be good for [me]" had I shot his employee on my patio out of fear. He got very quiet when I told him I work in law and that's not how that works. The cops also didn't feel the same when I told them three times that the man "needs to be trespassed for his safety and mine" lol, they understood. When I called the cops, the employee who trespassed on my patio called someone and laughed about the situation. Here's a cute picture of him laughing about violating a woman's home and lying to the cops about it. The whole video was sent to the insurance agent who hired them. When my husband and I left to run errands, the arrogant employee told him "hahaha the cops came and did nothing." He said they'll be back, they misunderstood, and the police had him formally trespassed from my home. I also sent photos of the patio to my neighbor and the tape wasn't secured tightly, the plastic is everywhere. Shoddy work from garbage people as expected. UPDATE: The curly haired kid isn't on site anymore after being trespassed. Guess who's laughing now boys. No one from this circus still called or text back to apologize, but I'm sure you apologized to Brian which is good enough for me ;) Someone likely told them to tape off the stairs after I posted the pictures of the shitty work - they didn't do that the day they were trespassed lol. Thankfully the work is done and I hope you all learned your lessons. Don't ever try this type of predatory behavior again or may you be handled appropriately by the women you happily violate - especially because it's completely legal in this state. SECOND UPDATE: The work took longer to complete as the workers didn't tape off my upstairs neighbor's patio and an Amazon worker threw a package on it. They also damaged my wall by forcefully opening my gate when trespassing and are actively laughing it off when I ask for their insurance information. I'll now be contacting the appropriate boards. Good thing I practice law and can sue you at no cost to me ;)
