This job involved drywall (delete a door and add a large arched opening), electrical, custom cabinets, shelves, interior/exterior paint, and a touch of flooring. Eric and his guys did an amazing job. My wife loves the closet they converted into a reading nook. We always felt comfortable with the crew in our house. They worked around our schedule and Eric was always available for a quick check-in so I knew where we were with each step. The two big standouts were the price staying the same even though he did a few extras, and Salvador nailing that 8' high 6' wide arch! We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again.

The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. He finished the job in a timely timeframe and our home is gorgeous and the workmanship is quality - for a great price. If you need any renovations done, Eric with E.L. Construction is the way to go. We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowed us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. I'm satisfied with the price we paid. We received several quotes and as anyone should tell you, cheaper is not always better. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive however, I went with them because they were the only company that made it clear that in some cases they may choose to not do business with a customer. This, to me, spoke volumes because I'm sure any other home remodel company would gladly take your $.

John chose to place a Mechanical Lien on my property. I resolved the lien debt back in early April and he has promised on several occasions that the lien would be removed. Come to find out from the company he uses to service liens he never paid the bill. He has been challenging to deal with and will make a lot of promises to get the money but once he gets the money. Good luck on him fulfilling on those promises. I am now having to employ an attorney to motivate and deal with John as he is in violation of not removing the lien. Not sure what is going on with this man but I would never do business with him again. If you want any additional details please reach out to me directly.

In the last 24 months I've needed to hire a building contractor twice. This last time was…read moreespecially stressful because it came after a leak with mold remediation. After hiring a contractor for that (remediation) and having a third party independent testing company test, to be sure the mold was gone, I was ready to rebuild. I interviewed 3 contractors, (one recommended by the remediation company and 2 others I found on my own). To be honest this whole process is not fun, in short, it's homeowners hell. Quentin and Urban Elements stood out above the other 2 contractors for the following reasons: Quick and professional response. He answered all my questions, when I asked about something he had missed (my wall was down to the wall studs and covered in plastic so it was hard to see), he took another look and had an answer within 24 hours. One of the contractors I did NOT hire didn't even know his ROC#, and took days just to let me know his company's license number. In addition the communication was great and Quentin was always available by text and responded quickly. When I did sign with Urban Elements the contract was clear: timeline, payment schedule and completion. They adhered to everything in writing. (Contrast that to a contractor who wanted me to agree to abide by the laws of Texas, when I live in Arizona.) Additionally Quentin assured me that every subcontractor who worked on my house would be licensed. There were several subcontractors and everyone who came, was a true pro, they showed up on time, were respectful and did a great job. I honestly hope I never have to rebuild a room again but Quentin made a truly stressful experience 100% better and I feel fortunate to have found him. Lastly his bids were competitive with the other 2 bids I received.

What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The shelf needed some custom trim work done to match the wood stain and overall design. I asked for a "built in" look for the bookshelf given its large size, so it feels like a main feature in the room. From start to finish, Eric exceeded my expectations for the project. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to my requests, and fairly priced for the work he did. The fact that he has a design background in addition to carpentry skills set him apart from other woodworkers and "handymen" in the area. (I hate to even throw that handyman term out in relation to Eric because he is truly an artist!!!) The bookshelf repair and custom trim project took a couple of weeks total to complete as he squeezed me into his schedule between larger jobs, but the work turned out perfectly and was totally worth the wait! Eric did some of the work on site at my home (measuring and cutting), but completed other aspects at his own workshop (staining and fine details), before returning to do the final install. Regardless of any disagreement that may have occurred, this type of threatening and intimidating behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. A professional home inspector should communicate concerns calmly, respectfully, and objectively. Based on what I witnessed, I would not feel comfortable recommending him.

The morning of appointment I received a text msg, indicating ETA for his arrival. He and his co-worker did a great job installing over 13" of insulation in our garage attic! He took before and after pictures of our attic. The inside temperature of our garage feels much better now. This is a small owner-operated business who knows how to take care of their customers. A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

The purpose of this review is simply to share how impressed I was with the level of Customer Service, which Shane with Zona Restoration provided, even though he knew immediately that his company would not be able to provide the type of service I required. To experience this level of Customer Service in today's atmosphere was more impressive than words can say! Based on their name, Zona Restoration, I had hoped that they might be able to help me with a bizarre, previous small animal hole, which had opened up after our torrential storms this year and was now going under my retaining wall. Unfortunately, after reading their reviews, I realized that the type of restoration work they specialized in was for inside of the home types of damage. Unfortunately, as I was having no luck at all in finding the right type of contractor to help me out with this, I gave them a call anyway. Just on the off chance that they might be able to recommend someone who could help me with both this issue, as well as a number of landscaping problems. I spoke with Shane who was extremely pleasant and, although he confirmed that their company would not be the one to help me out, he asked if I could send him pictures of the situation and he would do some research to see if he could provide me with a referral or recommendation. To my amazement, Shane called me back very quickly, after reviewing the photos with his boss, and provided me with the name of a company they felt comfortable in recommending. Even though Shane was aware from the beginning that Zona Restoration would not be able to help me at this time, his level of Customer Service guarantees that they will be the company I will call on should the interior of my home ever need the type of services they do provide! I came home from work and had water coming out of my garage running down my drive way. I have never had to deal with something like this before and did not know who to call. the first thing i did was shut the water off to my house. I found this company on line. When I called the person who answered the phone was nice and had a technician at my home by the time the plumber was finished repairing the pipe that broke. Kevin was who came to my house and was able to explain the process to me and was able to help me file a claim. I did not know really what i had coverage for and i have two young boys in school. I was able to get into a hotel. It was still stressful but, if no one told me i would have tried to stay in the house with all the fans. A crew of guys showed up shortly after Keven arrived, they worked quickly to move my stuff out of the wet areas. Some things were just trashed but, they also told me to take pictures for the insurance company. They were really clean and worked around my schedule so i could let them in through out the week while they picked up equipment. When everything was dry they started to work on fixing parts of the house damaged by the water. I didn't know i could choose who i wanted to do the work. My insurance company tried to get me to use their vendor but, it was nice not to have to look for a contractor to fix everything. I guess this happens a lot and i never really talked about it with friends or anything. If anyone ever asked me or i heard about someone with the same problem i would tell them to call Zona. I don't have anything to compare the experience to but, what i liked most was i knew what was going on the whole time. read more

I'm not sure how many construction companies other people out there have had to work with, but I cant tell you it can certainly be PAIN in the a$$ finding a good one. My house recently flooded in Scottsdale and I wasn't sure who i was supposed to call. I found Zona Restoration on Yelp and based on their reviews figured i'd give them a shot. It was my first time having to deal with water damage and I wasn't sure exactly how the whole process would work or how much it would cost. Kelly, the lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and explained that they would quickly get a technician out to my house to take a look at the damage and provide a free estimate. A FREE ESTIMATE, i loved that. It seems like everyone else wants to charge at least $100 to come out and even look at something. When the Zona team showed up they were very diligent and were able to explain to me that going through my insurance to handle the water damage would be cheaper than paying out of pocket. They worked with me every step of the way and quickly had that water removed and my place completely dried out. After the restoration was completed they put me in contact with the reconstruction team and started getting the repairs handled. I was SHOCKED that they were able to match everything so closely and to be honest, my place looks even better than it did before. Water damage is not something ot mess around with and i'm so thankful i found such a good company to work with. From the beginning and upon first contact Zona Restoration showed extreme knowledge and understanding as well as compassion for our extreme situation. We were currently having to deal with a highly incompetent and ruthless insurance company ASI/Arizona Restoration after experiencing a kitchen flood that left our home uninhabitable. Thomas, our first point of contact was meticulous and very detailed in explaining the process and what to expect from the process we were about to enter upon. Jerry, was always available to answer questions over the phone when we needed assistance or guidance when dealing with our below par insurer. Such great client service! Denny who came out to do the quote on build back was also very thorough and also took the time to answer questions and listened compassionately to our frustrations. Unfortunately, we are in litigation with ASI /Arizona Restoration so we have to wait to rebuild our home. So, we contacted the Owner Aaron and thanked him for his excellent staff and his attention to our needs but we had to hold off on moving forward. Aaron took the time to work out our billing and was so compassionate to our situation we were dumbfounded. I would definitely recommend ZonaRestoration for repairs. We had water damage in four of our rooms & it went down into our basement ceiling & walls. I was worried about mold settling in, & they came out the next day with fans. The litigation department met with our insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page. I want to make sure that the build back team gets recognized. Will Wilson & Passo did such a phenomenal job on our house. You can't even see or tell where the damage was. These two guys are so friendly & down to earth. I got know them on a personal level. ZonaRestoration should give these guys a raise, they are very hard workers. Also, I want to recognize Joseph Bartels for making our carpet back to normal. Him & his team did a wonderful job on installing the padding back in & laying it down & cleaning the carpets. Plus, Tammy LaCour is very professional & explained everything to me & called me back & emailed me back right away. I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one for Zona. Only because from start to finish this team was completely professional. I also ended up speaking to Aaron the owner a few times to discuss the job and was thoroughly impressed by him- looks like he does lead by example. To begin with they were very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I called the company after reading many great reviews (part of my due diligence process!) for a water/flooding issue at my home because the AC had a condensation problem. I was apprehensive at first but my first interaction with Shelby and Shane dispelled my fears quickly-they were both great. They were quick to answer my phone call and came home to survey the problem within a few hours. They explained the clean up and mitigation process patiently and started working on it right away. Over the course of the next few days the cleanup was done and although we had different staff come during that time period (wish I could remember their names), every one of them had the same pleasant attitude. The job was completed perfectly and at the end Aaron communicated with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Stephanie Bellomy - Office Administrator - The first voice I heard gave me genuine assurance that I called the right company. She cares, really! Her voice conveyed confidence and pride in her company. So refreshing. Nate Shanahan & Eric Hornquist - My amazing Mitigation techs - When they dawned the protective masks, I saw a Walter White (breaking bad) look a like. Zona had done some mold remediation on my home back March (done quickly and tested clear) and then the Covid-19 situation happened. Subsequently, my ceiling to my attic was covered with plastic for the past couple of months. Recently I was able to find a drywall company to replace the ceiling. At that time, it was discovered that one of the fire sprinkler heads was bent during the mold remediation and the cap wouldn't come off. I took some pictures and called Zona right away. I spoke with Shane at Zona and he started working with Thomas on a resolution. No pushback...just a pleasant "we'll do whatever we need to do to get this resolved". They had Platinum Fire Protection out the next day to address and resolve the situation and Eric from Zona came out to finish the drywall repair around the sprinkler. During this time, I spoke or received calls from Zona making sure things were moving forward. Great customer service and issue resolution. Thank you to Shane, Thomas, Erick and Tammy for a job well done. Sometimes issues (like bent sprinklers) happen, but if they're handled in this way, the customer is left with remembering the positive resolution and not the issue itself. This company is excellent we got referred to it by our home insurance due to our downstairs flooding and it could not have turned out better. The customer service was beyond excellent in each step of the process. Shout out to mitigation especially Shane and Ed they were great at explaining to us all the steps that they were going to take and making sure we understood and felt comfortable with it all. Zona Restoration is caring and conscientious and I recommend them highly. Let's face it, when you NEED restoration because of flooding or some other ordeal it's not fun. My need for Zona Restoration's service were caused by carless mistakes made by a contractor. It was so nice to have the people with Zona step in and clean things up. Their staff (especially Jacob) were very meticulous. Zona had to dry out then completely gut my daughter's bathroom, remove a bunch of drywall and hardwood flooring from a couple rooms affected by the accident. They did this fast with great care and concern for my family. My wife NEEDS her house clean and is very distraught when it's a mess. Zona Restoration did an amazingly thorough job of cleaning up all dust and debris from their work. Nobody had to ask or demand them to do this...they did it on their OWN. I've spoken with the leader (Aaron) and various support staff (Kathy & Shauna) and found EVERYBODY in the organization to be top notch. I called Zona Restoration after my roof was destroyed from one of the recent monsoon storms. It blew off about 1/4 of the shingles throughout my roof and I had water leaking inside in multiple locations. I've never dealt with any water damage situations before and had no idea what to expect. The gentleman I spoke to at the office was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and by the time the call was done, he was already in the process of dispatching technicians to come out and start drying out the wet drywall. My wife is terrified of mold so getting someone out that quickly was a lifesaver for us. The team that showed up was quick and to say I was impressed by how clean they kept everything, would be an understatement. These guys really take pride in their work. Within a few days they had dried out all of the water damaged areas and were even able to help get my roof tarped and scheduled out for a full replacement. We had a flood in our separate standing casita last month while we were out of town. This occurred from a cracked tank from the toilet. 2 1/2 inches of water throughout the 950 square feet. I called Zona from out of town and they responded the same day. They used commercial water vacs and 20+ commercial fans. We were able to get the furniture, rugs and silk drapes and cornices out within a day through other sources. The water had probably been there for a week. Ed and his crew did a professional and great job. We initially thought that both the bathroom tile and kitchen cabinets would need to be removed. Ed came up with a way to save both from destruction. By cutting holes in the back of the lower cabinets exposed a 2 inch gap from the sheetrock. The more focused drying saved them. Ed was innovative and thorough. I had to have someone come in to clean up an outdoor spa fire which completely destroyed my hot tub (an electrical short in the control panel ignited the cover, which went up like a box of tinder). It was a mess! I got four different quotes from restoration services. They varied from under $1200 to over $2700. The work was basically straight-forward so we went with the least expensive. Zona Restoration sent three men who were here less than 3-1/2 hours, and did an exemplary job! They arrived on time, were courteous, wore masks, etc. I would like to call out three people who were, in my eyes, truly excellent - Hasso who was one of the actual debris workers, Justin who is in the main office who took care of getting me a quotation, and Mary who followed up with an accurate and courteous invoice. I bought a home and almost immediately found black mold in the bathrooms. I called several contractors to come out for estimates. I appreciated that Zona could both re-mediate the mold appropriately and then build back the baths. The mold remediation was done carefully and safely which alleviated my worries. The remediation report was thorough and will definitely be a huge benefit if I ever need to sell. The build back experience was equally positive. Zona went to great length to get at least one of my showers functional within a short period of time. And although there were a couple of mishaps with some of the materials, Zona was great about working with me to make sure I was satisfied. In the end I got two new baths that look great and at a great price. The contractors that did the work were all professional, helpful and responsive. This is a delayed review, but I wanted to make sure to let everyone know how happy I was with Zona Restoration. I called for an emergency in the very early hours in December due to my elderly mother leaving a faucet running and flooding one entire side of my home. Zona was there within the hour and began mitigation immediately. Long story short they took care of everything from start to finish and left me with my home beautifully restored. They were also excellent to work with during the whole pandemic issue. Tammy - Project Coordinator, Jeff - Project Manager, Elijah, Chris & Ed - Mitigation Techs, and Spencer and Thomas - Estimators, were just great to work with. I can't say enough how happy we are with the work done by Brian with Zona Restoration. What stared as a horrible situation (improper install of a toilet from another company caused a flood and damage to two bathrooms and a laundry room), Brian made into a wonderful experience. Brian was extremely professional and just a pleasure to have around. He did an amazing job on all three rooms! He had no problem dealing with our two rambunctious dogs and worked ridiculously hard to make sure the job was completed to perfection. I want to let everyone know how happy I am with Zona. My homeowners insurance contacted them to come to my home due to a leak from water pipe in attic that collapsed part of kitchen ceiling. They mitigated the water and isolated the damage from the rest of kitchen until everything could be repaired. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the team was very considerate. They protected flooring and immediate environment from further wear and soil, always called before coming, were punctual and efficient and always very pleasant-a wonderful team of young men. Zona did an immaculate job, took attention to detail and were punctual and reliable. I've had flood damage before and the previous company did not even come close to Zonas standards! I know and appreciate the difference Zona makes in their customer service. If they say they show up at x date/time, they do! If they say they will call, they do! First time using Zona on an investment property in AZ that had a major water valve leak. I'm out of state, but the company is very easy to work with. My call was returned within a few minutes which is almost unheard of. The office staff is very friendly and understanding. We had a crew out the same day with their equipment ready to go. Everyone I was in contact with are knowledgeable and helpful. Communication is clear and they go out of their way to solve the problem quickly. Aaron was very easygoing and tries his best to accommodate you during the process. Make sure you ask what their procedure involves and so you don't have surprises. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I literally handed the person in charge of the job a $5k check. -Company keeps telling me they cannot complete the project because they have not been paid. -I keep sending proof of the payments including proof from the insurance company and my bank statements over and over. (Only monies not paid out are $500 that were to be paid by the insurance company once the work was complete) -Keep being told over and over they cannot find the money. -Talk to representative at the company (this is after two years) and threaten legal action. -Money is all of a sudden found. -Tell them I expect all of my monies returned as I will not be doing business with them as they blatantly lied to me about not having my money and have made myself and my wife feel like liars when they literally were sitting on our money. -Find out the person in charge of the job was fired because of this situation. Did he pocket the money and this is why it wasn't found? -Have continued outreach to the representative that keeps telling me he is taking the issue up to his executive team with no answers. -Threaten legal action again along with letting them know I will be going to the BBB, the insurance company and getting my lawyer involved. And here we are today...Two years without a finished bathroom with an exposed toilet opening. I have been beyond patient with this company and have asked over and over for them to do the right thing and give me back my money as they are holding it hostage. The only work they completed was putting up some drywall. I am fed up and will now start sharing my story everywhere I can.

Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.

The communication was very poor throughout the process .We literally had to call almost everyday to try and get them to come back to finish the job. I would NOT recommend them unless you want your repairs to finally be finished in about 2 months when it should've been maybe 2 weeks max. They were also paid in person via certified mail with a check, THEN harassed for even more money AGAIN months later saying they were never paid. This feels more like a duty on my part to inform the public of the poor business practices, the greed and lack of integrity this business practices under.

Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

We had significant water damage throughout our home, and R&M Construction handled the entire…read morerebuild from start to finish. The scope covered walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical, plumbing, AC, flooring installation, carpet, and paint, essentially half of our house. We got five bids for the job, and R&M came in lower than the other four. They did an excellent job on all of it. Ramiro was great to work with. On a job this large, things change and new issues come up along the way, and he was flexible with us every single time. There was also an insurance claim involved, which meant a lot of extra detail and documentation on top of the actual construction work. He gladly provided everything we needed, every time we asked, and never treated it as an inconvenience. That made a genuinely stressful process much easier to manage. Rafa, our project manager, was our day-to-day on site and was outstanding. He was attentive, there consistently, and always responsive when we had questions or added something to the punch list. He never made us feel like we were bothering him and stayed on top of the details all the way through closeout. We were displaced to an Airbnb during the rebuild, which means we trusted this crew in our home while we weren't there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. More than one crew member told us they just wanted to make sure it was done the right way, and you could see that in the finished work. They went above and beyond on everything we needed. We'll be using them again for our next project without hesitation. Highly recommend.

I found this…read moreto be true and I found that both Ramiro and his team listen very carefully at services that are requested. They return phone calls incredibly fast and they will work in any changes you may have. I found them to be honest and hard working every day that they are there. They are fair with costs and how much they charge per job and you walk away knowing that you got fabulous value for what they charged you. We had work done in all rooms including the addition of an Arizona Room , but for us it was a sewing room. Did it matter what the room was for? Yes in this instance it did, because I needed an excessive amount of light. They did a magnificent job, you couldn't even tell that the room was added on. They built the gazebo we had and they added a small putting green for the beginner golfers in us. They added new closet doors on our new closets. They did various electrical work in the house. They added a keyless entry onto our doors and did some work in the garage. They built us the best carport with a noiseless remote door. Anything we asked them to do they were able to do. If you want honest, fair and hard workers R&M is the business to use. You will be 200% satisfied!!
