Very happy with the work of Joshua and his helper in cleaning out my dryer vent for the first time in the 22+ years I have owned this house (it should be done every 3-5 years). They were right on time and called 30 minutes in advance to give me an ETA. Very thorough--they cleaned the line from the roof down and from the floor level up--and the dryer is working much faster. We had forever vent also know as KDM services do a full vent clean for $526.88. They damaged plaster around the return vent, said they cleaned in the area (obviously didn't) came back out said they would return to repair plaster and paint and never did. Screws were lost, vents aren't fitting back properly. This was a waste of money and now I have to pay someone else to come repair. I also had to go back and re clean vents due to there being so much debris. They definitely brushed the ducts but didn't clean them. read more

The lady who set up my appointment helped walk me through the various packages they offer and pick the best one for my budget, swaying me against using Groupon for the offers they had on there. We moved into our condo in April, 2018. After experiencing some problems with our AC unit, the HVAC tech had to pull some of the parts out of the ceiling. That disturbed the drywall and much of our furniture looked like it had been in a snowstorm from all the small flakes of drywall that started coming out of the vents. Tried to book this company to clean my vents and was both emailed and text a confirmation stating the arrival window was between 9am-11am. No one showed. I called the company and Giovanna answered and was completely rude when I explained why I was calling. She said my appointment window was changed to a later time and this was communicated to me during the confirmation call that they made. This was simply not true as the window she stated i was scheduled for, I would have been at work. I tried to tell Giovanna this but she was completely unsympathetic and honestly just didn't care. She cancelled the appointment and hung up. Several minutes later she sends me a text apologizing for the miscommunication on MY end and said the confirmation call she referenced was made to me on Monday morning. I checked my cell phone records and their confirmation call was made to me on a Wednesday evening. Clearly she's confusing me with another customer. I wasted 4 hours waiting for this company to show only to get horrible customer service when they had a chance to make it right and earn a customer for life. The day of the appointment happen to be the ONLY time i could arrange this for my busy family for at least the next 3 months so it's very disappointing that i need to wait another 3 months and find someone else. Two of the reasons I selected this company is because they use Benefect in their sanitizing process and because the owner took the time to educate me before booking my appointment.
