Five stars for Forever Vent! Our home's AC was struggling with severe airflow restrictions, causing major pressure spikes and short-cycling. I reached out to Forever Vent, and they were incredibly responsive--they were able to come out the very next day. The team was professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. They performed a thorough inspection and provided photo documentation of what they found. They then cleaned the entire duct system, plenums, and blower fan, and chemically washed the evaporator coil--all in just a few hours. The owner also honored an amazing price for our single-unit home. This type of deep duct and coil maintenance is something that is often overlooked, but it can make a significant difference in how well an HVAC system performs. Regular cleaning every few years can help maintain airflow and keep the system running efficiently. The difference in our airflow has been night and day. Rooms at the far end of the house that previously had barely any air coming through the vents are now getting a strong, cold stream of air. If you're looking for a company that is responsive, professional, honest, and takes pride in doing the job right, I highly recommend Forever Vent! read more

It is so rare and uncommon to receive excellent service these days, anywhere. From anyone. Not so with Ceclan Curtis, Jesus, and his very focused, concentrated crew with immaculate attention to detail. After this project was complete, we felt that we got way more than we expected or paid for. Well worth the very reasonable price quoted us, and then some! Arrived precisely at time promised. Worked in extremely hot temperatures in the direct sun, over 100 degrees already early in the morning. Persevered all day through the most punishing conditions. The finished product is a beautiful finish delivered. To say our house looks brand new from top to bottom and everywhere in between, is no exaggeration of the truth. We are very pleased with the outcome. Look no further than Curtis Coatings for your next painting project. They are the Best! Forget all the rest!! Gary and Shannon, Phoenix AZ read more

Nothing worse than your AC going out in this AZ Summer heat. We contacted Forever Vent for a service so we can prevent a future catastrophe. Mike and Zak were great! They didn't mind our annoying pets running around the house. They were respectful of our entire home, including it's occupants. I was kept informed along the way with live information and photographs. In the end, they didn't try to sell me a large service that I didn't need but instead explained how the things we needed would give us the peace of mind in the years to come. They even cleaned EVERY dusty vent plate in the house. Definitely something they didn't have to do but they have pride in their work and completed the job with care. Thanks! read more

Had my dryer vent and ducts cleaned. Great price. Quick service. Other services offered are a decent price.

The dryer stopped working, and after doing some research, decided to get the dryer vent cleaned as it had never been cleaned before. Requested quotes from numerous companies, and most never responded at all or provided exorbitant quotes. Forever Vent responded with a reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. As requested, they sent me a text when they were on their way, which I really appreciated. Mike and Shaun arrived exactly on time and did great work. They were very friendly and professional and worked quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned everything up when they were done. Now the dryer is working great, without any additional repairs. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend Mike and Shaun! read more

I've been needing to get my air ducts and dryer vents cleaned forever but kept putting it off. Finally got the team from Forever vent in to clean and they did a fantastic job. They were efficient and professional, got the job done and offered helpful suggestions to stay on top of the maintenance tasks as I'm getting my home ready for sale. I highly recommend them and wish them the best! read more

What a great company with an amazing staff and owners. I am waiting for additional work to be finished, but so far so good. I highly recommend Forever Vent! Take advantage of their 10 year protection plan too. It's a great deal! read more

Very happy with the work of Joshua and his helper in cleaning out my dryer vent for the first time in the 22+ years I have owned this house (it should be done every 3-5 years). They were right on time and called 30 minutes in advance to give me an ETA. Very thorough--they cleaned the line from the roof down and from the floor level up--and the dryer is working much faster. Nice thing was that they showed me a video from the rooftop and I could see exactly what they found at the roof level as well as what was in the laundry room. read more

I was able to get the service scheduled soon after getting the coupon from the Groupon. The staff is very professional, and the service was performed and a very highly satisfied manner. I was so shocked and surprised to see the amount of lint and dust collected during this cleaning process and I never imagined that my ducts were so dirty. Thanks to the staff who patiently cleaned all the dirt in ducts. The best part is there are no hidden fees or marketing gimmicks shown by the staff. I would definitely recommend the service to my friends. read more

As stated these people are total scam artists! Now he's saying "wrong business" which is NOT true. They seem to change their name when consumers get on to their scheme. They operate under KDM services as well. They claim they were a registered contractor and to date I have been unable to confirm their claim. I have filed a formal complaint with BBB and AZ attorney general's office. I encourage others to do the same to get them off the street! If I'm trying to extort money don't you think I would have accepted your "hush" money you offered for me to remove my reviews and complaints?!? I don't want others scammed like I was so I said NO! read more

They did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent (which was clogged). They provided videos and photos every step of the way. They were professional and on time. I'm very happy with the services provided and the value for the money. I highly recommend! read more

Ignacio arrived on time and with a super friendly customer-service-oriented attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem (the vent led to nothing!) and cleaned our dryer duct and household vents. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of work. He took videos of everything so we could see where the trouble was. This was very helpful. I'd definitely use Forever Vent again and I'd request Ignacio. (He's a single father raising a six-year-old.) Highly recommend. read more

Highly disorganized company. The photos and screenshots speak for themselves They will not work within the customers time frame "sorry we are only in your area on Wednesdays" I had asked if at all possible I would like to be moved to first thing in the morning. They couldn't comply so we kept our original appointment. ( or at least i thought we did) However they are indicating they canceled the appointment even though the screenshot and emails say otherwise Wouldn't you call a customer to confirm all this?? Everything with this company is done via text message or email read more

Ignacio and Sean where the absolute best, they really care about the customer and the health of the house. They took the time to explain to us what needed to be done and why. They completely cleaned all of our vents and air conditioning unit. Super friendly fellows with top notch service. They offered an incredible value in the price as well. I simply can't thank them enough for how they took care of us today. Kudos all around! read more

I purchased a groupon for a whole house vent cleaning. Phil was my tech and he was amazing! I had him brush and sanitize my vent system and my house smells so good!! He texted me before he came, which I appreciated. He was prompt, polite and did an amazing job. This is not something one wants to spend money on but I'm so glad I did. Phil sent before and after pictures for me. My vents were so gross and dirty. Now its clean and smells great. Highly recommend! read more

We had forever vent also know as KDM services do a full vent clean for $526.88. They damaged plaster around the return vent, said they cleaned in the area (obviously didn't) came back out said they would return to repair plaster and paint and never did. Screws were lost, vents aren't fitting back properly. This was a waste of money and now I have to pay someone else to come repair. I also had to go back and re clean vents due to there being so much debris. They definitely brushed the ducts but didn't clean them. read more

I shopped around for the best prices and reviews in the valley before giving them a call. The lady who set up my appointment helped walk me through the various packages they offer and pick the best one for my budget, swaying me against using Groupon for the offers they had on there. It wouldn't have been a good enough clean since I knew my vents hadn't been cleaned at all in at least 3 years. Luis called to confirm before heading over and was beyond helpful and friendly. He explained more thoroughly the packages upon inspecting how dirty mine actually were - he was finding children's toys, bolts, and even rat poop in there. After the entire cleaning, I could instantly smell the difference. So happy to have stumbled upon them. Will refer them and continue using only their services. Attached are before and afters. read more

This is an update to my original review below. After talking with the owner, he offered to send back another crew to make things right. They more than made up for the botched service I received from the first crew. ChrisP and Jordan did a really great job with the cleaning, and I saw the difference it made. I appreciate this gesture from Forever Vent. I would use them again and recommend to friends. Thank you. read more

I bought a Groupon to have them do vent cleaning. They claimed the coupon right away without me ever making an appointment. When I did make an appointment, they never showed up. I waited many hours for them to show up... No calls or anything from them. When I called to see why they did not show up, they said they are unable to service my property. I was offered a full refund from Forever Vent and they were quite apologetic for the missed appointment. read more

I needed my dryer vent cleaned out so I started looking into getting all my air vents cleaned since there's so much dust in AZ and I've never had them done. They did a great job. They even showed me pictures of the stuff they cleaned out when they were on my roof. Stuff I wouldn't have seen otherwise. I thought that was very honest of them. I would definitely recommend them for all of your vent cleaning needs. read more

RIPOFF!! We bought a voucher that said with 50 miles from their Zip code. I googled it and our house was at 47. They would not come out stating it was up to the technician whether he wants to go that far. Then they cashed in our voucher saying they would send a check. FALSE advertising and fraudulent!! Beware!! read more

Eric, this review is absolutely warranted. You are correct, a dryer vent should be cleaned every year but the FACT IS STILL THE SAME, it was NEVER CLEANED. I feel like that is why we did not get photos because your tech did in FACT, forget to clean our vent. I am not going to argue about this anymore. I could have been an A** **** and contacted the ROC. So let this go and be an example of honesty and workmanship. I just noticed that you said you took video. Where is it? We never got anything. Show me your receipt or anywhere it states two years of dryer vent cleaning? You and I both know a dryer can run a year without vent being cleaned. 90% of the consumers don't know this and that is why fires are caused by this so don't insult our intelligence...Thanks . ************************** I just discovered that my dryer vent was never cleaned. WOW, no wonder I did not get photos. +1 623-680-6818I pulled out lint from a few years it looks like. I trusted that they did the work. I noticed my Dryer getting very warm and clothes not drying properly. Went outside and checked the vent and it was COMPLETELY clogged with lint. I should have checked this before my good review of Forever Vent. Will not use and will let all my contacts and friends know how this service was. I should have taken photos but shame on me!!!!! read more

I am SO glad I called this company! Avi and Ben were fantastic and VERY professional and friendly! Our ducts were so dirty and they cleaned them up so fast! They even cleaned out my dryer vent which was absolutely stuffed with lint. They charged me exactly what they quoted me which was so refreshing. Anytime I need my vents cleaned again I will be calling this company and referring them to anyone else needing the same services! Thank you guys for your help and professionalism. read more

We moved into our condo in April, 2018. After experiencing some problems with our AC unit, the HVAC tech had to pull some of the parts out of the ceiling. That disturbed the drywall and much of our furniture looked like it had been in a snowstorm from all the small flakes of drywall that started coming out of the vents. Each morning we would find a new layer, and realized we were breathing that air. We called Forever Vent (aka Arizona Air Cleaners). Josiah and Ken came out to do a deep clean of all the air ducts. They also did a hand cleaning of the components, including the interior housing. Finally, they applied an anti-viral spray that also helped give our home a clean smell. We will see the guys in a year for a cleaning, and we recommend them highly. read more

Tried to book this company to clean my vents and was both emailed and text a confirmation stating the arrival window was between 9am-11am. No one showed. I called the company and Giovanna answered and was completely rude when I explained why I was calling. She said my appointment window was changed to a later time and this was communicated to me during the confirmation call that they made. This was simply not true as the window she stated i was scheduled for, I would have been at work. I tried to tell Giovanna this but she was completely unsympathetic and honestly just didn't care. She cancelled the appointment and hung up. Several minutes later she sends me a text apologizing for the miscommunication on MY end and said the confirmation call she referenced was made to me on Monday morning. I checked my cell phone records and their confirmation call was made to me on a Wednesday evening. Clearly she's confusing me with another customer. I wasted 4 hours waiting for this company to show only to get horrible customer service when they had a chance to make it right and earn a customer for life. The day of the appointment happen to be the ONLY time i could arrange this for my busy family for at least the next 3 months so it's very disappointing that i need to wait another 3 months and find someone else. I would not recommend this disorganized company. read more

I purchased a Groupon for vent cleaning. Was not sure what to expect. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and got me scheduled right away. Needed to get my vents cleaned before the sale of the house. Luis came out was well within the time frame given to me. Gave me a courtousy call when he was on his way. Got the vents all cleaned up and ready for my closing. He was very professional and gave us lots of information. We have since scheduled a cleaning for our current home can't wait to get our vents clean and clean air in out house. We will be recommending this company to all family and friends. read more

I was very disappointed in the service. I bought Groupon deal to have unlimited vents, 1return and dryer vent inspection. They arrived on time and were pleasant. I had to work while they did their work so I could not observe what was being done closely. My issue was that they left without speaking to me. I don't think they inspected the dryer vent. They never scanned my voucher or had me sign anything for the work performed. They just left?? read more

Jesse and Chris came out and inspected the system. They found the system was extremely dirty including our dryer vent being 80% blocked. They were professional and did not make a mess at all. We already notice the difference in the air quality in the house. read more

They were communicative and timely. Our technician, Chandler, was friendly and professional. He answered my questions and was able to provide write-up sheets on the process and products used. Two of the reasons I selected this company is because they use Benefect in their sanitizing process and because the owner took the time to educate me before booking my appointment. While they were not able to provide the service I initially requested (a/c coil cleaning), they were able to suggest an alternate approach, and my home no longer smells like the incense the previous tenants used. I can't speak to the value/pricing because I wasn't able to quote it with any other groups in advance. I appreciate that they'll repeat the sanitizing process after 6 months at no additional charge. Will definitely be calling them then. read more

This is the worse company. Don't use them, I validated the Groupon and what was covered before buying it. Then when the service people came they said the office gave wrong info. So they just blame their office for work they say they are going to do and don't do it, it's a way for this company to make money and take money from consumers. Just putting the warning out there for everybody, don't use forever vents they are just stealing from you!!!! read more

What an awesome service! After purchasing a voucher on Groupon and then upgrading to a complete clean, my ducts are beautiful! They were very dirty from years of lack of maintenance, so these guys had a lot of work to do! They sanitized everything and my house smells great! They're making a custom filter for me so I don't have to keep replacing them. Very happy with the work, and I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

This is one of my best buys for our home. I can give without reservation a 5-star rating for Forever Vent . Josiah(Josh), the tech came to my house exactly at the appointment time with the service van and another tech. They carefully finished all the ducts from my Groupon coupon description for about 1-hr. After that Josh explained to me with pics from his cell phone the conditions inside my house ducts and what I have to do more for 100% clean . Judging for their quality work, I decided to let them do that. Finally, after extra brushing and wiping, our home ducts looked like new! I believe the $ has been worth spent for the A/C air distribution for next 4-5 yrs. Thank you Josh and Forever Vent a job well done. read more

Extremely pleased with my service today. Josiah and Cameron were great. They spent 2.5 hours at my home. They really took their time, and did an amazing job. Josiah was extremely kind and professional from the moment he walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable and someone I felt like I could completely trust. He showed me pictures and videos of my ac unit on my roof, and let me know everything looked great up there. I'm so pleased with this company, and SO glad I chose them over anyone else to do my air duct cleaning!! Even when I called the office to schedule my appointment, the initial guy I talked to was on the phone with me for 30 minutes, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Thank you all again and again! I will definitely be sending anyone and everyone your way. I can already tell a huge difference in my home! read more

They came within window provided even called before they showed up (I didn't answer since I wasn't sure who was calling though). Were very nice and courteous. I've never had my vents cleaned but I moved into new place recently and have bad allergies in AZ in general and hoped it would help some. They took video of issues at a/c unit so I could send to owner and see if he'll take care of it so unit doesn't die. Prices for additional service(s) suggested seemed pretty reasonable. Will definitely call them back for any other cleanings. read more

They did refund my Groupon purchase after a few calls so that's good. Update to 3 stars from 1.
