BUYER BEWARE!! If you're looking for a roof... RUN! The individual I worked with, Conrad, is an absolute heartless monster. The owner Tyler.. is just as unprofessional and realized the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. I have been a real estate broker in Arizona for just over eight years and am also duly licensed in Illinois. Over the years, I've learned that word-of-mouth is the most effective way to do business. I explained upfront that I had received multiple quotes around $10,000 (without negotiating) and needed the job done ASAP. Conrad specifically said "we will be close to that for you don't worry". I also emphasized that time was of the essence, as I was preparing to list my home and wanted to hit the spring market. This was the second day of February. As many of you know, that's when homes sell for the highest prices. Conrad convinced me to go through insurance, assuring me that the claim was a "slam dunk" and would cover the entire roof. He also agreed to a four-week timeline. Fast forward to April, and they have completed only 80% of my roof--for $16,321. To make matters worse, I was left with a two-tone roof while trying to shoot a drone video for my listing. The cherry on top was going through the invoice noticing half of the labor charges were fictitious. For example, removing and replacing gutters (I don't even have gutters). Tyler said "it's the wrong invoice but correct dollar amount". When I confronted Conrad, he met me with extreme hostility and aggression, leaving me feeling completely defeated. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect and disgust when purchasing anything. I wouldn't buy an ice cream from Conrad or TSM--even in the peak of summer in Arizona. The harsh words and unprofessionalism left me in shock. I had to contact my designated broker at HomeSmart, as well as the ROC, to report my experience and ensure no one else falls into the same predicament. If I, as someone in the industry, felt this way, I can't imagine how others would feel dealing with this company. Not to mention.. I was $2800 short of what I was promised from the insurance claim (that I'm stuck finishing to collect myself and didn't get) and a flat tire from the laborers not cleaning up after themselves. I have already referred 3 clients to another roofing for installations. *I was a referral from my parents! *TSM did end up completing the rolled roof portion after belittling me saying I'll take it out of my commission.. etc. read more

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication or resolution from TSM roofing. After hiring them to replace my roof, my gutters were removed and replaced with a mismatched set, even though my original quote stated the existing gutters would be reinstalled. Extremely disappointing considering I was quoted and invoiced $1300 extra for the removal and reset. I've reached out multiple times asking for help addressing this issue. It's now been over a month with no resolution. I would not recommend using this company. read more

This company is trash! I called the other day and scheduled a roof inspection and they agreed to come out the next day at 9AM. No one ever showed up. I was home all day plus I have a ring doorbell camera so I know for sure they did not come by. This is just another roofing company that is all talk and no action. If you need a roof inspection/repair/replacement consider another company because TSM is trash. read more

Thank you TSM Roofing for a job well done. After a wind storm, Jeff B. came to our property and asked if we would allow him to give us a free roof inspection. We allowed him to do on and he found that there was some damage. We sat down and he explained the process of making a claim to our insurance co. and help make a claim right then. The insurance co. sent out their inspector a couple of days later and agreed to reroof the entire house and a barn. TSM workers came out and in One day reroofed both house and barn. (Jeff suggested that we check it also. So happy he did. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. 1 2 3 Done. Could not have been easier. After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor's yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot. He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. Tyler was honest, had the highest level of integrity, and took great care of this military family. His office staff and his crew members were friendly and the crew did wonderful work. Awesome family owned and operated roofing company. I called TSM Roofing because I needed to get an inspection done on my roof for my home owners insurance. I spoke with Carolyn , who was a delight to talk to, and explained to her what I need and she was able to get Wendell out to my residence the next day to do the inspection. Wendell gave me a call before heading out to my residence and explained to me what he was going to inspect and how long the inspection was going to take. My insurance company needed a minimum of 6 photos of the roof from different angles and some details of the roof with the estimated age of the roof, which I asked Wendell about and he said that would be no problem. After the inspection was done, Wendell gave me another call and went over all of the details from the inspection and sent me an email with the pictures and documentation that I needed. I highly recommend TSM Roofing for any roofing needs that you might have and I will be using them for all of my future roofing needs, again TSM Roofing is an awesome family owned and operated roofing company. Chris has been an amazing find. We contacted him about our very steep roof that the original owner had installed in 2020 but was done incorrectly. I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find. I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area. Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business. Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience. Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage. Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages. Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement. Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together. The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly. And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet "broom" making sure that they got as many nails as possible. He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process. Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust. This is way overdue. I had TSM out in July to do a full roof replacement. They fit me into the schedule in about 5 days. Not kidding. Within 1 week, I had a brand new roof...in the middle of monsoon season. Absolutely stellar job. When I reported a skylight leak, Carolyn sent someone out within a few days to fix the area on a Saturday and he reviewed the rest of the roof as a precaution. We are new to Arizona and not familiar with tile roofs. TSM got a good referral on a neighborhood Facebook page. We called late on a Friday afternoon for an appointment and the office took our information with the promise of getting us on the schedule. Promise kept... the technician, Dustin, called on Monday morning and was at our house by noon. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified potential leak points and sealed them up.
