I first brought them in to deal with a roof leak seven years ago. I have a flat built up roof that had a seam leak. They came and sealed the seams and took care of the problem. I contacted Circle G recently to redo my barrel clay tile roof (felt paper and wood repair of deck boards and fascia). They did a good job on foaming my flat roofs a few years back so I thought, "why not" on this job. Their bid was OK so I hired them. Shame on me for not requiring them to be more specific with the replacement materials. instead of matching my 2x8 rough sawn lumber, they cheaper out and used dimensional. I looks like crap! if they would have told me rough-sawn wasn't in bid, I would have paid the extra. Also, they left a real mess on the parapet roof with roofing nails, felt paper and broken tiles. They probably thought I would go up there. Again, they did replace boards where there were some and now I have pigeons roosting! Even on a lower roof, their workers left half-emptied bottles of water and lunch trash. They may have competitive bids but I would not recommend. read more

Jimmy and the team there have been fantastic. We're undergoing a major remodel and we're expecting to change some areas of roof penetration. We fixed some rotten plywood on areas of previous leaks, and they worked with us on the scope of the project. Due to our delays we had to be pushed out a month and a half because of the flood of business with the monsoon coming up... we told them that any time and any day they can come, we're ready. They called a week or so later and said they're ready to go! Met the guys and they foamed the low spots and took care of a broken skylight. Today they're finishing up with elastomeric, and we have a 5 year warranty on the roof! They have been incredibly patient, and all of the reviews show how responsive they are if leaks ever do show up. I'm so glad we found them. No leaks now, however there was a leak in the metal part of our roof (which was replaced 15 years ago by another company, before we owned the house). They repaired our flat roof three years ago and we had some leaks shortly after they did the work. It was a fight to get them to come pack and fix the work again. They did the roof for our home prior to our purchase of it. Prior to purchasing the home, we requested they come and inspect the roof and gave us reassurance the warranty would transfer to us. After they started Jimmy rang my doorbell and informed me of three other areas that needed attention. These conditions were not unveiled by the workers - they were clearly visible the previous day. 10k for the worst roof Iv'e ever seen. I have 4 separate sections on my roof and after they foamed it they created 4 different swimming pools. All my scuppers are blocked and ledges where water is supposed to run off are also blocked with excessive foam build up. Its been a few years since I had the roof installed but just noticed a few new leaks so I went up on the roof during a storm. Thats when I noticed nothing was really draining that well, just pooling up for the most part. High spots where it shouldn't be high and low spots where it shouldn't be low, nowhere for water to flow at all. A week later I call them out to look at it since it needs a new elastomeric coating anyways and they tell me they can fix it for 5 grand? 5 grand to fix a roof you completely screwed up in the first place, are you kidding me? I was actually willing to pay for the new coating and thought they would take care of the mess they created but 5k is just straight up theft in my book! While I was on my roof I looked at my neighbors roofs and they were as smooth as could be and you could actually see where water could flow easily off the roof, not mine, looks like the bottom of the ocean! I would pass on this company if I was you! read more
