My new view deck. A foam polymer adds a lot of strength and protection compared to rolled out roofing.
    Bill A.

Professional , knowledgeable and experienced. Just had a complete 5000 sq ft combo tile and flat original roof replacement by DCR, led by the owner, Edwin. They did it in just 5 days , from tear down to completion. The roofing crews were super efficient and listened to all my questions and addressed any and all concerns. Tile work and foamed areas came out really nice. Honestly the roof is much, much better than the original Glenn Alden builder had given us. It's a perfect roof now and was tested already with zero leaks of course. I'll sleep well come monsoon season. Highly recommend these guys , as they offer a fair price , quality materials and craftsmanship, with great customer care / relations. Edwin will take care of you. I'm a reference now and will post updates over the years with or without leaks ;) just to let people know the eagle tiles and 40 double felt under it , and the flat foamed / white coating is still leak proof. and I now have no fear of rain

This is the result when they mention they finish the job....

I check obviously for plenty of good reviews. I'm looking for professionalism, timeliness, pride in workmanship, and just overall customer satisfaction. L and R past the the reviews. Plenty of people seem satisfied. The next thing is, I check their website if they have one. Most businesses do now have some kind of online presence. Theirs was very smooth and easy to navigate. I requested a quote online, and in about 24 hours got a response. The owner, Luis, came out, climbed the roof, gave me a rundown of what to expect, should I use their services, and told me they would not contact me again or try to pressure me. They certainly followed through on that. They did send a quote. Their website makes it very easy to accept the quote and has finance options. Their contract is laid out very straightforward, full disclosure. Nothing hidden. In this online business world, where people expect more online transactional capability, you just expect businesses to offer that. But many don't, particularly in the contracting world. So, anyone who is attentive to making it easy to transact online is very focused on their business, in my experience. It's just another sign of professionalism and tells me that probably they will also be attentive during the actual construction process. That's just my general experience. It does not always hold true. But in this case, it did. After the HOA approval, I decided to use them for the roof replacement. Costs were in line with about what everyone else is charging. I paid the 50% down, and got a call from Victor the foreman to schedule replacement. They were very accommodating and got busy. There was a minor hiccup, but not their fault. The supplier delivered the wrong tiles. I'm sure that caused a bit of stress for Victor, because they have plenty of jobs scheduled. Anyway, the day after the day they were supposed to do the work, the new tiles were delivered. And then the following Monday, the tiles were loaded onto the roof. The next day they were laid and completed at the same day. I'm no roofing expert, but have some common sense. I climbed the roof before they laid the tiles just to check out their work. All the flashings were very nicely placed. Everything seemed to be high-quality. The underlayment was very nicely laid. And, each day they cleaned up pretty well. When the work was completed, they cleaned up better than I had the yard cleaned up. Victor very professional. If I need any maintenance on the roof, I definitely would consider L & R again. However, I suspect the roof will out last me and my wife.

We contacted them again recently to re-coat our flat roof. Again, they provided great communication, quality work and fair pricing. My experience with Multi Pro Roofing has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Their…read moreproject manager, Shaun H., came to my home on 8/27/25 to look at my roof and check for any underlying issues related to age -- things I might not be able to see myself. I had walked the roof personally before his visit and saw no damage at all. The roof was simply old, not damaged. After Shaun went up there, the condition of the roof looked noticeably worse. Shingles were pulled up in numerous places that were absolutely not like that before his visit. After that appointment, Shaun stopped communicating with me for a couple of weeks. Eventually, another project manager, Michael, was assigned. I told him I was no longer interested in working with the company, but he convinced me to give them another chance since Shaun was no longer there. Michael scheduled an 8 AM appointment for 10/23/25 and then didn't show up or call. I texted him telling him not to come and that I was done. He showed up anyway and asked for another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. He promised to send me an estimate right away. Two more weeks passed with no estimate and no communication. I then called their office and spoke with a male receptionist who acted completely uninterested in my concerns. He said he would contact the owner, Patrick O'Dell Steele, and told me Patrick was on a job site but would call me by the end of the day. That call never came. At this point, three individuals -- Shaun, Michael, and Patrick -- failed to follow through, communicate, or take responsibility. Please click on my name and look at my other reviews. I am not someone who hands out negative reviews lightly. I'm easy to work with, and I gave this company three opportunities to make things right. Because the roof is now in worse condition heading into Arizona's monsoon season -- which officially runs June 15 through September 30 -- I am extremely concerned about wind and water intrusion. I will be contacting my homeowner's insurance company so they can document the damage firsthand. I will also be filing complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Department of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau so the appropriate agencies can review what happened. I am no longer seeking any discounts or offers from this company. I simply want other homeowners to be aware of my experience and for the proper authorities to evaluate the situation.
